Short Interlude
After the incident with the Sham Alraune, the humanoid plant monster, we decided to take a break. We are still at the forest level with a simple camp setup. I was still up right now but Yue was asleep.
"Now then, how much did my skills change?"

"Holy..."
The sheer number of skills I now have is mind-numbing. I tried scrolling down and it continued for a few seconds.
I have an inkling why this happened, it's mostly because of All the Elemental Affinity I got from Yue. From this single skill, A-chan derived many manipulation-type skills like earth manipulation, etc.
I'm extremely overpowered with all these and what's more, I don't need to master them one by one. A-chan has that covered for me. The only thing holding me back from fully exploiting all these skills is my mana reserves. Though luckily, my mana body greatly increased my mana regen along with other useful abilities it brought.
"For now, I should be preparing for upcoming fights."
My power sword and gun need to be upgraded with better materials I got from that scorpion monster I killed after saving Yue. I will also build new weapons that can channel most of my skills.
"Phew, let's start!"
I stayed up all night and created various utility weapons. I also created a subspace aka inventory using magic. I fully utilized my new skills especially Delayed Casting, I had quite fun using it.

"You want to test these weapons?" Asked Yue.
"Yeah, I made these last night while you were asleep."
We were still at the forest level on top of a hillside. Beside us were the weapons mentioned, they looked like simple spears just bigger in size, they are three meters in length and as thick as an arm. They are fully made of Orichalcum and only their tip is made of adamantite. Though they look nothing remarkable, do not be deceived by their appearance.
"If you're skeptical, I'll show you how they're used."
I controlled several of these spears I dubbed Ragnarok Spears and you'll see why. As the several Ragnarok Spears floated, I controlled them and shot them toward the horizon.
They were evenly scattered over a few hundred meters between each one. Once all of them landed, I grinned and put up a magical barrier around us.
"Now, watch, Yue! Activate!"
*Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*
*Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*
Loud explosions resounded and a spectacular view appeared. Flames, Lightning, and Wind interweaved with each other, ravaging the land in a radius of hundreds of meters around each spear.
But it wasn't the initial explosion that was most devastating, that was just an appetizer. After the initial explosion came the second one which differs from the first, it came in the form of flaming projectiles being shot out from the spears and then exploding upon landing.
*Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*
"Haha! Yes, it succeeded!"
"Wh-what was that, Hajime?!"
"Hah! It was my latest creation, Ragnarok Spears, made using several of my skills!"
I grinned at her. But I returned to watching the explosions happen. Because it wasn't finished yet, there was one more surprise.
"Wha—!"
My grin became wider at Yue's reaction. From the horizon, with the Ragnarok Spears as the epicenter, a lightning storm, tempests, flaming tornadoes, etc started spewing out and wreaking havoc.
"If enemies didn't die at the initial explosion then the second comes in to sweep the surrounding enemies, and lastly, the third effect finishes them off."
Unfortunately, the materials I have can only withstand three uses. The way I created those spears is simple. I just used Delayed Casting and imbued several compound magic (combined magic spells) on the spears. I can set a timer or I can remotely control the activation in which case the simple-looking spears become deadly weapons.
"What do you think, Yue? Hm?" I turned to ask her but I saw her expression was frozen. "Pff—"
"Ha-hajime, did really create those weapons?"
"Yes"
I noticed her trembling slightly which I can understand. I glanced at the devastating damage those several spears did, in an area of tens of kilometers around each spear, the area became barren. There were no traces of trees or normal dirt, and the area itself became akin to a hellscape.
"What do you think?"
"...Each one can easily wipe off an army."
Hmm, that's true I guess. Each one of them is essentially a small nuke not to mention several. I can most likely destroy kingdoms easily with these. Though I plan on upgrading them further on and using them as my 'gifts' for Ehit and his crew, I hope they'll like them.
"Anyway, now that the tests are done, let's continue going down."
"Yes, Hajime!"
