Chapter 13: Rage

Luffy got up his hat over shadowed his face his body was slightly more bulky, he silently walked off with Skipper following him, no one even noticed him walking away. As he made his way to the cemetery the sky roared with lighting, on cue the rain started to fall from the sky as if to represent Luffy's tears. Luffy and Skipper though used fire magic to evaporate the droplets before it could even touch them.

As he got to the gate he saw her body with the knife wound fresh in her throat as blood marked the soil and the grave stones of her family.

Skipper:"Luffy!"

Luffy:"I know. I won't blame myself for this...I already knew only the strong can live freely in this world like my old world." said Luffy with his hat over shadowing his eyes.

Luffy:"I'll clean this up, you tell the towns people, I have a lock on the guy who did this." Skipper nodded and dissapeared in and flash, Luffy snapped his fingers and a magic circle appeared and cleaned the blood, he entered his inventory and threw a blanket over the elderly woman's corpse, he then bent down and sent her a small prayer.

Luffy:"Light God please give her a great place in heaven, she deserves nothing less!" he got up his eyes shining gold through the darkness, due to entering Ikari mode from the rage he felt.

*BOOM!* A small sonic boom went off, as he jumped off to the killers location, he flew sonic speeds towards the killers location which was was some kind of tomb, how he got there he doesn't know or care, but he could sense the perpetrator's ki underhim along with many others a few hundred.

Underneath Luffy, multiple people who were dressed in dark robes were saying unintelligible words at an altar, with the same knife that killed Granny Coco floating over a magic circle the blade was glowing with black and purple, as a man in more fancier robes floated over the glowing knife, this was the head priest who is the same man that Luffy saw on the wanted poster.

???:"My brothers and sisters our time has come, for we shall summon a true demon unlike those fakes!" the other cultists cheered and prayed.

???:"Now to complete the ritual, I need ten of you to give me your magical power while I start the chant!" they cheered again. Sometimes when a person don't have enough for a spell they can have an ally transfer their mana to deal with cost.

As the cultists were giving their mana, to the head priest *BOOOOM!!!* A huge explosion went off as the roof broke open with a roar, large amounts started debree fall down killing some of them, those who were alive, took out their weapons and the spell casters started to their spell chants.

???:"Identify yourself intruder!" said one of them holding an axe it wasn't a normal axe though Luffy sensed it's mana and felt it was AA-class which was rare, super rare, the man seem to have a rather large frame and dark skin along with blond hair and black eyes, he had a cocky smirk on his face.

A man holding a cane with a green gem at atop levitated down his head was completely covered hiding his identity, along with woman wearing a robe, she had whip covered in thorns.

Luffy:"The doesn't matter, I'm just here to kill the bastard who murdered the sweet old lady at a cemetery a few miles away from here. Can you kindly tell me who they are."

???:"I see that was one of our men, he murdered her to complete our ritual you see, we needed the blood of the elderly so we can summon a 'true' demon unlike those fakes the rest of humanity are fighting. She just happened to be conveniently there at the time one of our men passed by." said the man in robes.

Luffy:"I see I don't care about your ritual you can complete it are whatever I give could give a rats ass. I'll just kill you guys to quell my rage then." Luffy released his Bloodlust and [Conquerer's Haki] which was too much for some of the cultists killing them, the other cultists who survived tried to run but were frozen in fear urine and feces soiling some of their clothes, the ones dealing with the ritual almost stopped transferring their mana but a stern look from head priest made them continue.

The man with the axe strikes downwards with all of his strength, but the axe was stopped as Luffy who caught it by its blade. Luffy then crushed it like it was glass. The woman swung her whip at Luffy fired a [Death Beam] through her head killing her.

The one with the staff finished chanting and activated a teleportation spell, he wanted to run, seems he was the smart one. But Luffy with his affinity for space locked his spell and crushed him with his gravity magic turning him into a meat paste.

???:"MUAHAHAHAHA!!! IT IS COMPLETE A 'TRUE' DEMON IS BEING SUMMONED!!! I ALBERTRASS FAUST DID IT!!!" A completely black demon showed up its magical power was so huge it turned everyone there except Luffy into meat paste, not only that Skipper who is currently with and the townspeople could see the creature in all its glory, fear began to rule their hearts so much that they began to pray for mercy from the God of Light.

Creatures mass produced by a certain evil god these are known as the lowest rank of demons as they are many higher classes than it. These are just mindless foot soldiers. They are known as true demons unlike their more humanoid counterparts, which the God of Darkness created to mock the God of Light, as he created humanity, but were thrown away due to being weak.

The being charged a black ball demonic mana at its mouth, and attack like that could destroy a small city.

Luffy:"[Light Magic:Light Sword]" said Luffy calmly as magic circle formed and a sword of light came in his hand, without a word he threw the blade at his opponent, leaving only a large crystal and it's enormous head.

-With Skipper-

She had just finished informing the townspeople of what happened to Granny Coco, those who knew her were all distraught, while others were angry she was a beloved member of their town and she was taken in such a horrible way.

???:"Those bastards killed her let's follow Luffy!" said an adventurer with his sword to his hop

Skipper:"Don't worry Luffy will deal with it."

???:"What? we don't know how many of there are!"

Skipper:"Just trust Luffy, none of those bastards are gonna survive." They could only scowl, but thoughts of going immediately left their minds when they saw the giant demon far away.

???:"What the hell is that!" It's mana was so powerful that the towns people began to shake.

???:"God of Light please save us!" said an elderly woman.

???:"Isn't that where you said Luffy is!" said the same adventurers, Francia and kids from the orphanage heard what was said, dread ran through them, not only that the entire town became worried even the girls from Fernia's Restaurant.

???:"Mommy!" said a little girl as she hugged her parents tightly, who looked on in horror as the demon started to charge an attack, however before it could do anything a brilliant bright light in the shape of a sword pierced the beast killing it.

???:"The God of Light has saved us!" said someone, they started to pray however they were corrected a few minutes later when they saw Luffy carrying the giant demons head.

Luffy:"Hey guys what did I miss."
