Chapter 12: Festival

In one one of the many realms orbiting the world, big news was going around a boy wearing robe and sandals was running around golden a plated street with multiple papers fluttering about.

???:"Extra Extra, The first dungeon master is born Extra Extra!!!" He shouted while running around, A muscular man caught one of the papers and read it.

/Mortal A 'Captures' Dungeon/

???:"Well this is interesting. To think a mortal would be capable of such a feat. There haven't been any big news since all the divine factions met up to discuss that anomaly a few years back." The man said looking closer at the paper, he had a small beard and pure golden eyes even the whites were gold, he looked at Luffy's picture with a smirk on his face.

???:"A mortal actually captured my dungeon. How interesting." said a beautiful woman she had large DD breast and green hair and golden eyes, she was wearing a robe as well, she looked at footage of Luffy one shoting the Lich and using familiar magic on her dungeon.

???:"It's best to keep an eye on this mortal." she looked at Luffy.

Luffy's actions

-With Luffy-

Luffy:"Okay so what can I do." said Luffy as he sat know the cold ground of the dungeon.

Clara:"You can manipulate the dungeon anyway you want."

Luffy:"Really." he spawned a couch and sat on it along with a tub of popcorn.

Luffy:"So I can do anything!"

Clara:"Yes my lord but the things you make can even be more powerful if you have a deep understanding of what your creating."

Luffy:"I see." he got up and began to eat his pop corn.

Luffy:"Let's go guys we have a quest to complete."

Skipper:"Cool."

Dawn:"O-o-okay!" stutters Dawn her world view broken by how crazy Luffy and Skipper are.

Clara:"But master how did you....well capture me?"

Luffy:"Simple I sensed life force from your core so I thought why not use taming magic on it see what would happen."

Clara:"Eh!?"

And so they completed their quest, in the living room was Luffy with golden floating cubes in floating in the middle of his hands. This is the dungeon he's currently playing with it changing its shape. He bought [Engineering] and [Coding] and [Hacking], he then bumped them all up to Diety level with all of his other skills. He bought knowledge of each subject from other worlds as well he can literally do rocket science blind folded.

The small cubes then slowly morphed into a small golden castle, fused with a ship that looked like the sunny. Luffy looked at his work and smiled.

Luffy:"Done."

Dawn:"What's that Luffy it looks like a ship?"

Luffy:"I call it the sunny it's an airship, submarine and spaceship." Dawn turned her head.

Dawn:"What's a space ship, subma- whatever and airship?"

Luffy:"Don't worry about."

-A few days later-

Skipper/Luffy:"The Light Festival?"

Anna:"Oh yeah your new in town. The light festival is when we celebrate the light god blessings, so we party and make offerings to him mostly food. It's gonna be held in three days so everyone's preparing."

Luffy:"I see we'll be there, that's why people have been setting up those things around town." Luffy looked up to a floating stone.

Anna:"Those are glow stones, they normally glow when it's night time it was given to us by the God of Light."

Luffy:"I see, Welp I'll guess I'll be helping out around town."

Skipper:"Then I'm gonna go take aroudnnother quest." They both got up Luffy heading out into town while Skipper head to the quest board.

Luffy:"Oi Granny you want help?" said Luffy as he walked into an old shop, that's when a old woman came out.

*BAM!* she hit Luffy in the head with her cane.

Luffy:"Oi what's that for?"

???:"Your being too loud child, I like my peace. What do you want?" This old woman is known as Granny Coco, she's one of the many people Luffy met, while helping out the town. She owns small medicine shop.

Luffy:"I heard the Light God's festival is coming, I wondered if you'd like some help."

Coco:"That's very kind of you child, but I won't be in town then."

Luffy:"Eh! Really you know some your age shouldn't move around so much."

*BAM!*

Coco:"Insensitive child! Give me a massage as compensation for my hurt feelings." Luffy sighed and reluctantly gave her a massage, while giving her a massage Luffy stopped for a bit.

Coco:"Is something on your mind child?" she asked her back turned to Luffy.

Luffy:"Do you have any family?" asked Luffy his face solemn.

Coco:"No child, old age got to my husband, and son died during one of the many squabbles with the demon race."

Luffy:"Granny I have something to tell you. I have the power to sense people's life force."

Coco:"And I don't have long don't I?" Luffy nod, the old woman paused for a bit.

Coco:"Meh! I lived a good ain't nothing I can do about it." she says deadpan.

Luffy:"Shishishishi! You sound just like like my Grandpa Goku!" said Luffy with his smile.

Coco:"I see...well get out I'm done with ya!" Luffy just did his trademark laugh and left to help more people.

-The night of the festival-

The town was filled with yellow decorations of angels, lanterns and yellow glow stones, vendors were selling their foods, and games were set up, children with their parents and guardians having a good time. Luffy at this time participating in the battle of his life.

???:"You think you can defeat me little man!" said a huge obese man with smug smile on his face as he looked down at Luffy. This man was named Giganbo he's one of the most notorious adventurer.

Luffy:"I wouldn't do my race justice if I lost to you. My siayan pride won't allow it!" another man then walked up.

???:"On you mark, get ready...Go!" the two then dug into a huge plate of meat and begun there eating contest, with other contestants beside them eating as as well. Luffy and Giganbo stuffed entire piles of meat down their throats, as they stared each other down.

One by one each contestants dropped out leaving only Luffy and Giganbo who were still eating. The air was tense everyone watching couldn't believe how much Luffy can eat, they understood Giganbo, but not Luffy who's now very obese. However Giganbo was slowly reaching his limit and he collapsed. The referee walked over to Luffy and held his arm up.

Referee:"The winner is Luffy!" the crowd went wild, Luffy looked over to the passed out Giganbo and his plate still filled with meat.

Luffy:"You gonna eat that?" Everyone paused.

Everyone:"He's still hungry!" shouted everyone, but another shock came was when when Luffy returned to his normal size suprising them as he continued to eat.

Later Luffy Skipper and Dawn were walking down the streets as people danced and children ran around the air was festive. Luffy and Skipper had large amount of skewers with them while Dawn was walking around fascinated.

Luffy:"You know it's almost time for people to being praying." The townspeople end off the festival by praying to the light, not only that other towns and cities also celebrated this festival it's sorta like a holiday.

Skipper:"Oh yeah yor had those planned!" said Skipper.

Dawn:"What planned?"

Luffy:"Don't worry your little head you'll see."

-Later-

It was almsot time for the mass prayer, Luffy however could be seen standing on a huge stage.

Luffy:"Hey guys there's something I want everyone in town to see!" he shouted, people steadily came over to the stage.

Duncan:"What is it do you want talk about kid." The rest of the townspeople had the same question, to their confusion Luffy pointed up.

Luffy:"Just look up!" confused they all looked up and multiple flares flew up into the sky and exploded, it was fireworks.

Everyone:"WOOOOOAAAAHH!!!!"

???:"Pretty!" said a little girl in the arms of her father. Some started to take shape of different people from the town there was even one that formed the picture of the entire adventurers guild and one with the kids and Francia.

Luffy:"I hope you guys like your present." said wig Luffy with a huge smile on his face.

???:"Thanks strawhat!"

???:"You've been a blessing on this town."

-Later-

Everyone in town went on their knees to beginning to pray, Luffy and Skipper did the same as they might as well. However Luffy sensed something, during the years he achieved super siayan four he's been trying to achieve super siayan God, he bought a manual on how to attain [God Ki] and he's making alright progress so far.

His eyes shot open when he sensed divine energy flowing from everyone going up it no the sky, he could see it Skipper was also wide eyed.

Luffy:'Skipper the gods in this worlds must use the power of belief and faith to exist and maintain their power and get even stronger.' said Luffy using telepathy.

Skipper:'Isn't that!'

Luffy:'Unstable, very unstable all it could take is wipe the entire populace's mind with a high level mind spell and they'll be powerless, but I guess it's not gonna be like worlds that's in their modern times.'

Skipper:'So what do we do?'

Luffy:'Nothing, just act like your praying and let's do some image training.' the two nod and kneeled back down.

-Elsewhere-

In a graveyard just outside the town sat Granny Coco praying infront of two gravestones, they both had a bouquet of flowers infront of them. While the old woman was busy praying, she heard a twig snap behind her and as she turned she saw a man in a robe.

Coco:"Who are you?" the man said nothing and took out a ritual knife, the old woman eyes widened as she was stabbed in her throat.

While image training with Skipper, Luffy's eyes shot open again as a tear rolled down his cheek.

Luffy:"No!"
