Teaching the Daughter

It has been more than hundred years since Arya started on the path of spirituality. Veer wanted to bring her out of the serene and secluded Himalayan region to the world of mortal beings to understand it.

Veer has understood that mortals are also an inseparable part of the working of nature and to live in the mortal world, it's acceptance is gained through them. This is why Veer thought that it was the time to bring Arya out to understand these things.

One day Veer asked Arya "Dear! Tell me if you are able to feel yourself. Have you understood who we are? Do you feel like some force is attracting you from outside and it takes a great will power for you to stay here?"

"Yes, father. I have found myself. Thanks to the help from father, now I have understood the relationship between body and myself. All the things of this world really feel like an illusion because this body and its experiences are just momentary." Arya said. Again she felt a bit confused and asked "Father! What you said about repulsive force from this world is also there. Why is it so? Does this world not want me?"

Veer laughed and said "This is what I planned to tell you next. Along with your own achievement on the spiritual path, you also start to reach the top of the mortal world and later you will remain at the top but not able to come down unless you have a calling from there."

Arya felt surprised and asked "Calling? What is that? And who is the one who calls? Is it some type of force?"

Veer smiled and said "I will tell you with an example. All the mortal people in the world are like water in a pot. Every small particle of water is a person. People who are on the path or spirituality start condensing and become oil particle later and they will automatically be forced on the top layer. It means being able to go anywhere in the pot, you need the acceptance of the water particles."

"Father is certainly good in comparison." Arya laughed and then turn silent while trying to contemplate the points mentioned. After a few moments, she said "Now I understand. In the case of humans it all is related to the strength of the soul. Souls only up to some certain strength can stay in the mortal world and if a strong soul needs to remain in the world, it must be accepted by the masses."

"Yes. That is correct. If a person ascends to a higher level and does not do anything to be accepted in this world, where does he go? You might wish to know it. But that is something which comes on later times. But for now, you need to know how to get acceptance of this world." Veer looked at curious Arya and said calmly.

Arya smiled and asked, "Then father should tell me, what do we do next?"

Veer held the hand of his daughter and said "let us go make a visit among the people of the mortal world. It will help you understand what to do." He smiled while feeling something and said: "Your mother also wishes to see how many changes have happened in the world in last more than a hundred years."

With that Veer and Arya went down the mountain to go out of Himalayan mountainous region toward the south direction.

They visited many places. They walked sometimes being seen by people and sometimes without being seen. Veer told Arya how materialistic people behave and why they behave so. He showed her goodness and evil. He also showed her battlefield where people were killing each other and temples where people get together and pray to the same God harmoniously.

Veer and Arya during their travel reached a city known as Elapura which is ruled by a famous dynasty of South Bharatvarsha.

While they are staying in the city, the king suddenly got sick by severe disease. Many famous doctors and physicians tried but nothing happened. King's beloved wife prayed to God Shiva for the successful cure of his husband and vowed that she will construct a temple for God Shiva and observe a fast until she sees the top of the temple if her husband is cured.

Everyone has lost the will but who knew that Veer and Arya will be there in the city. After knowing how kind and compassionate the king is and the gloomy atmosphere in the city, Arya felt like she needed to save the life of such person. She pleaded to Veer and Veer smiled in acceptance.

Veer also knowing that Arya will be revered by masses due to this act and will accumulate the acceptance of the world, accepted it. Veer has firmly started believing that the Yogis who have attained higher level should not interfere in the destiny of common worldly people because it may affect the workings of nature.

Next day father and daughter visited the King and by the evening people heard that the king was saved by a young girl. Later King and Queen publicly thanked that young girl and her father who are the great yogis and by the description of King people constructed an image of a young beautiful elf girl and paid their respects to her. Many people felt that kindness gets rewarded for sure.

Now when the king is cured, a new problem has appeared. Queen has to go on a fast and remain so as per her vow until the new temple of God Shiva is built and she sees the top of the temple. Many architects are brought for discussion and they all declared that even if thousands of people are employed, it will take at least a few months to build a temple up to its top.

Of course, Veer and Arya are aware of happenings because they are still in the city and they did not even need to use their spiritual powers to know this. Suddenly mischievousness of Arya got awakened and she appeared in the consciousness of one of the architects named Kokasa and told him an Idea. Architect felt like he met the divine elf girl and is blessed by such brilliant idea in his dream. Architect Kokasa ran to the King next day first thing in the morning.

The architect shouted that he has the solution to the current problem. Queen has already started her fast. A vow can never be broken otherwise it might bring calamity. King is extremely worried and when he heard it he quickly ordered to meet the architect.

Architect Kokasa is brought in front of King and King asked: "How did you suddenly get enlightened and feel like you could do it?"

"The little goddess you mentioned, the one who treated you. I feel like she is the same little girl who came in my dream and told me what to do. After listening to her I could only feel happy from the prospect of this idea." The architect said happily.

King laughed after hearing this and said "Even I can not stop but feel excited to hear about what it is. Just start telling about it without any delay."

Architect Kokasa said "According to her we can build the temple where that rocky hill outside the city is. She said that the eastern part of that hill is a big single rock. That place is also rich with spiritual energy due to the direction and concentration of polar waves of earth and I really did not understand this concept but it sounded something good. We can carve the temple out of that rock in a top to bottom approach. In this way first, the top of the temple will be created on the rock and then other parts while we keep going down working on it. This way Our lady queen will be able to break her fast in one week time."

King laughed and said "Great. Really great. You will be the chief architect for this temple construction. Just go ahead and start working on this. Such a great person has commanded us on this. We should start on this as per her instruction without any delay. My queen will really be happy hearing this."

At the same day, the construction of the temple started and a great number of people started taking part in construction due to their enthusiasm. Veer and Arya stood at a distance watching this with a smile.

Arya looked at them and said, "Will they be able to complete the temple top within a week?"

"There is no doubt seeing how excited they are now. Construction speed might get a bit slowed later but it will not be slowed a bit before temple top is completed. These people love their King too much and they will do everything to achieve that. And I can also feel that my daughter will also be revered and worshipped by many. It will help you get the acceptance of world." Veer said.

"This is all due to the help of the father. I can really feel changes around me now." Arya said and then she fell in some thought for a while and then asked "Why is it that whenever there is some problem, mortal will pray to god and will vow to make a temple if their wish is fulfilled? Isn't making an architecture too materialistic? How is this materialistic vow will fulfill their wish?"

Veer smiled and said "Of course, materialistic things will not elevate their soul power significantly but it will still provide some strength to their soul. When a person becomes the root cause or supporter or such a great initiative, he or she will be remembered for centuries or much later. Every time mortals will come to this place for worship or admire the grand work, they will also praise and thank the person who was the initiator of all this. This way the emotions of a mortal which are caused by admiration and praise will ultimately benefit the soul of that King or Queen who became the founder or such an enterprise. These things benefit the soul because the emotions of mortal come because of the feelings invoked by the work done by them. The same thing happens for other types of arts as well."

Arya jumped happily and said "Now I understand why Yogis are required to sever their ties from mortal world and retrain their emotions. This way they can not lose their soul power and will only move ahead on their spiritual path separate from the materialistic path of mortals."

Veer rebuked her in a fake way and said "Aren't you being too happy and playful sometime? Aren't they emotions? Looks like you really need to learn more."

Arya laughed and said "He he. Father can not blame me. I like to be this way with father. Does father not have the deep emotion of love for mother? How can father blame me if I feel the same for father and mother?"

"Your mother gets the help of spiritual energy and soul strength due to my emotions toward her. And this love is my help on my spiritual journey. I feel this way only toward your mother and you." Veer looked lovingly toward Priya who is in form of a light sphere glowing and moving around himself and smiled.

"See, that is what I said. So, I am also allowed to keep my emotions for father and mother. And as father is also a Yogi. When I lose my soul power to father and mother due to my emotions, I also receive them back due to love of father and mother. So no one is losing here. He he he." Arya said and laughed.

"I really can not defeat my daughter on this point." Veer shook his head and said.

Before Veer and Arya left the Elapura city, they looked at the wonderful creation of temple and Arya could not help wishing loudly to see the final result. Veer assured her that they can come again after some time to see the final architecture built on the place.

Veer and Arya visited many more places in southern parts of Bharatvarsha and Veer explained to her how the mortal beings conduct their life and how is it related to the working of nature. This journey is for Arya not to learn the mortal conduct but how nature is working in the world of mortals. How the conducts of mortals are a part of nature's plan.

Seeing a battle of armies consisting of thousands of people Arya felt like materialistic people are fools to waste their life in such a way which could be used to do the greater good while walking on the path of nature. When Arya saw some people doing atrocious acts on the people of humble origin, she again felt like the mortal way of living is just either too flamboyant or too pitiful.

Seeing the changes in Arya's thought and fluctuation of emotions on her face, Veer explained "When mortals do their bidding, souls are either being contaminated or being purified. Being contaminated means soul power decreasing and being purified means soul power increasing. A person with lesser soul power means he or she has committed a sin in this or previous life. When a person commits sin, his soul power decreases and goes to the soul against whom the sin is committed. So the person who has committed sins previously suffers so as to be free of those deeds so that their souls can be purified again. And this cycle of nature continues."

"So, it means if a person is suffering, it means it is not without reason? And if someone is committing a heinous act, that is also a part of nature's plan?" Arya asked curiously.

"Good. Looks like my daughter has understood finally." Veer smiled and stroked her head.

She said, "But how can we just watch such atrocious and heinous acts being carried out and not do anything?"

Veer looked at the countenance of Arya and said "Normally people like us who have crossed over and are free from the cycle of life and death should not meddle into the matters of mortals. When you grow spiritually, you start understanding the way of working of nature and with every act of mortal, you can feel what nature wants from them. If a person who knows about things, interferes and changes them from happening, he or she is simply being meddlesome."

"Oh, I get it. As we are the Yogis who are trying to be one with nature, we are not to meddle with the working of nature. We can help mortals when we are at their level but not when we have come nearer to nature. Right, Father?" Arya chirped happily. She seemed proud of her own newfound knowledge. She really has felt like helping many times but something inside her is stopping her and saying it wrong and now she understood the reason for that.

Veer smiled and said "You are right, my daughter. If we help a mortal who is being victimized, we are stopping the purification of a soul caused by his or her previous Karma. The same way if we punish a person causing wrongful deed, we are simply taking away the chance of another soul of stopping it and gaining more virtue. We might also be stopping the many things which are going to happen due to that act."

Arya thought for sometime and then said "Then what about this acceptance of the world. We come among mortals and guide them and sometimes help them. Is it not interfering?"

"Nature wants us to remain here in this world and that is why such thing exists there. Then we can simply use it because it is not an evil act in any way." Veer laughed and said.

Hearing the laughter of her father, Arya pouted and said "Father! You are trying to confuse me here. From what I learned, it seems mortal affairs are for mortals to handle and every action of them are interconnected and should not be interfered by us. But still, I won't hold back when mother takes birth. I will do things for you and mother to come together and will be born as your daughter. You can not stop me otherwise I won't be on peace."

"I can feel your mother is really happy hearing you say that. Do not worry, your mother is a part of our journey on the path of spirituality. So, It should not be called an interference when we interact with her within certain rules." Veer smiled while saying and stroked the hairs of his daughter.

So, I have described few more concepts here about souls and other things.

Veer is also teaching many things to his daughter. Arya will become their actual daughter, so be prepared to know when and how.
