Chapter 1

"Hey!" I smiled at Neon. He just raised his eyebrow.

"O?" I pout by the response he responded to me.

"You're so boring when greeted. You look like a gay with a huge attitude problem" I sat down next to him.

"Wow! Now I'm the gay now? Just because of what I respond?" He couldn't believably ask.

"Can you explain? I don't get your point" I stand up and face him while I put my both hands in my waist like a mother ready to scold her child.

"Well, I'll tell you. I greeted you with my beautiful bright smile then you answered me 'O?' What's with that? You even raise your eyebrow! YOU RAISE YOUR EYEBROW! ARE YOU GAY!" I exaggeratedly said while he still in his tablet which irritates me even more. So being pissed by his reaction kicked him in his leg. "Hey! Notice me!"

He stare at me as if he is bored. "Oh? Then?"

What did he say? My lips twitched. I glared him and turn my back calling Kuya Welson.

[Hello?]

[Kuya! Where are you? We've been waiting for you] First thing I hear his call.

[Sorry. Who are you with?]

[Neon, Kuya. Waaaah! His bullying meeee] I pouted acted like a child hahahaha I look stupid.

[Ow! Tell Neon that we can't make it; the others have to do some errands. Sorry Yna. We'll bond next time.] My brows furrowed because of what he said

[Again?] I sound sad which is not my intention. 2 years since we've meet again then this happened. I'm truly disappointed since it happened a lot.

[I'm really sorry, Yna] The only thing Kuya Welson said and I somehow heard his sincerity in his voice

[It's okay kuya. Some other time, I guess]

I ended the call sadly. I pouted to Neon who intended to looked bored in front of me.

"The meet up is cancelled. Kuya Welson said that the others have to do some errands so they can't make it here." I sadly said

"Oww is that so? Then, It's time to go home." He stand up and walked away. I sighed staring at Neon's back.

It's so disappointing that I didn't join the other choirs just for this meet up. Yep! I'm a member of the church near our house. I told to our leader that I can't go to our practice because of our reunion gala since the last time that we are complete is when we are in grade 10, about 2 years since we were separated from each other.

Suddenly a brilliant idea came to my mind that I rushed to Neon. I noticed that he was crossing the road so I hurried in order to grab him.

"Neon!" I shouted but he didn't budge. Shoot! I'm getting tired!

"Neon Rhakiel!" I shouted his first and second name and he stopped and looked at me with confusion. I slowed down and at last! I found myself in front of him and catching my breathe.

"why?" He asked "Why did you run? You can call me" I raised my right eyebrow and smirked.

"Why? Is it bad that I gave effort so that I come to you, Rhakiel? " I wiped my sweat in my forehead while he still stare at me.

"Why did I asked you to make an effort?"I laughed and grab him so we can go in the jeepney. "Wait? Where are we going?" He asked.

"Secret!" I smirked.
