After a few hours

"Come and get some if you want to eat," the pirates, including Ace, stared at Dan.

Dan looked at their expressions and said, "Don't give me that look," but they were still hesitant. Dan sighed, "If I wanted to kill none of you would be alive yet

Finally they joined up with Dan, and they started eating.

Over the next few days, Ace and his crew befriended him, but Dan had just noticed the ship's "Masked Devil" doctor.

Dan saw him use Haki, and had a favorable opinion of him, Ace had asked him to join him several times already, Dan laughed and refused Ace's offer.

It took a week to repair the ship, during which time the crew took turns fighting against Dan

Dan happily agreed and thought, "This can be taken as my leave of absence from my training."

Each Dan and Devil Mask were standing in front of each other, while the rest of the group sat close to them while eating,

Dan smiled and gestured for him to make the first move. The Devil Mask threw a punch at Dan, Dan felt that his armament's Haki had almost reached the level of hardening, Dan hit him again with just his physical strength, Dan had precise control over his body, he used the exact equal power to counter the Masked Demon's punches, the aura around the masked started to grow with time passing ,

Dan smiled and increased his physical strength a little

Both fists joined together, everyone heard a metallic sound, they looked surprised watching this scene, it was as if two metals collided instead of two fists.

After looking at his black-coated fist, the masked man was shocked, Dan looked at the scene in front of him

"Congratulations, finally, you have finally strengthened your hand with the armament haki."

The masker looked boring, he just wanted to fight with Dan because he wasn't convinced of his loss before, he never thought that Dan would help him become strong, he still didn't understand what these Haki things are,

At night there was a big dinner, everyone was enjoying food and drink, after recovering from the past few days, everyone trusted Dan

Dan asked, "How did you guys end up on this island?"

The devil's mask replied, "A storm has swept our ship, fortunately we ended up on this island."

Dan sighed at their fate and said, "What are you going to do next?"

Ace looked at his crew, then said, "We'll meet the red-haired pirates."

Dan's eyes lit up, he knew about the red-haired pirate, one of the Four Elenko, so Dan was interested in meeting the legendary Shanks and challenging him to find out his strength level.

Dan looked at Ace and said, "Count me, I want to see also the legendary Alenko." Ace who thought wrongly said, "Does that mean you agree to be a member of my crew?!"

Dan rolled his eyes and replied in the negative, "But I will travel with you to meet the Red-Haired Pirates." Ace was a little confused, but he agreed and invited him to come with them.

The ship was repaired two days later, they sailed and left the island, Dan looked back at the island that was disappearing and smiled and remembered his memories with this island, then he shouted "I'm free"
