Power Scaling

Battle Power is a combination of the Strength, Speed and Durability of a fighter, not factoring in any Regeneration, Techniques or Hax a fighter has.

No characters in this fiction will be able to move faster than the speed of light. The speed of characters with faster than light feats will be made relative to other characters.
