Spar with my new master.
I transformed Adonis into a scythe which Scarlet looked a bit surprised about but that didn't matter, all that mattered was this fight.
I was unaware of how to use a scythe in battle so I spun it round a bit while keeping my distance before running in and slamming the scythe down onto my new master, Scarlet. She was quick and sharp. She dodged my strike making my scythes blade slam into the ground causing a spider web like crack to form.
'I'm not good with the scythe in battle. Maybe it's best to switch.' I thought while ripping my scythe from the ground causing some dirt to fly out as well.
I quickly switched Adonis to a sword and took a relaxed stance.
'Rank A. Estimated strength of around 1700+ as she is peak A rank but below 1800 while I'm at 222. I can't beat her as my stats are lower in everything so I'll just have to show her what I can do without trying to win.' I thought knowing I couldn't win. I was too weak.
I gripped my sword tight as I leapt forwards. I used quick small movements in close range as a flurry of blows, all of which were blocked. I didn't see when it happened but Scarlet had also drawn her weapon and it was a sword like my katana but both sides of the blade were sharp unlike mine. I kept striking before jumping back knowing that would do me no good.

'[Fire blade] might work. I'll have to try using wind as well to enhance my speed.'
I activated [Fire blade] and flames engulfed my blade producing a scorching temperature that would make it hard to breath. Using wind magic I pushed myself from the ground and towards my opponent. My speed felt to be triple of what it was before thanks to the use of wind magic and I felt incredibly light.

My body was moving at incredible speed and i readied my sword. As soon as I was in range I used wind magic to push me more to the right and I went for a horizontal slash. I just barely missed Scarlet as I created a cut in her clothing. The cut started to burn from my [Fire blade] so Scarlet quickly stopped it from burning.
"Oh? You almost cut me. A pleasant surprise, you passed what I expected."
"You thought I wouldn't hit you even once?"
"Honestly yeah. I am an A rank after all."
We continued with our sparring. I leapt back a little dodging the strike of Scarlets blade but she followed my movements. She slashed vertically coming from my head so I lifted my blade to block it. Screeching of metal could be heard that threatened to burst your eardrums. Sparks flew from the two metal swords rubbing against each other until I pushed my sword up and away a little making Scarlets slide of but she went for a horizontal slash next so I prepared to block not expecting to be kicked in the gut which sent me flying off backwards.
I flipped around mid air and stabilised myself planting my feet back on the ground.
"Wasn't expecting that." I said.
I decided I would use some magic in this battle so I conjured up some flames in the palm of my left hand and used wind magic to make it move in a circular motion. It spun chaotically yet still under my control.

I used my newly formed [Inferno] and shaped it into a spear which I fired off in Scarlets direction while using more wind magic to make it go even faster. Scarlet, who had a higher agility stat, easily dodged the flaming spear that was sent towards her in one swift movement.
In a split second we were directly in front of each other with blades clashing together in numerous swift and short swings and jabs. I decided to try use my body while using the sword just like Scarlet did so I kicked the side of her right shin.
Although I managed to hit her she did not move, flinch nor allow a single opening be made from my kick.
"That would've worked on someone weaker than me." Scarlet said with a chuckle.
"Thought so." I said as Scarlet tried kicking my gut again which I allowed so I would be sent back.
I landed gracefully on the ground and changed Adonis into a bow really quickly and sent multiple arrows in Scarlets direction before switching back to the sword.
I started running around towards her left side and jumped in to try hit her but I was met with her blade clashing against mine yet again.
"Worth a shot." I said to the grinning Scarlet who replied with a short chuckle before swiping my sword away from hers and quickly putting her blade to my neck in one swoop.
"You passed. Your definitely worth training." Scarlet said as she sheathed her sword and stored it in her storage ring.
"Thanks I guess." I replied as I transformed Adonis back.
I could still feel Tess's eyes on me throughout the battle and she was in range of my [Spacial awareness] skill which was now up to a 100 metre radius around me.
"What are you doing?" I said.
"Me?" Scarlet asked confused.
"I'm sure you've sensed her by now unless she is allowed here. 63 metres south west of me." I said as I quickly dashed over there using my [Wind enhancer] skill to increase my speed as I caught Tess and brought her back.
I placed Tess in front of Scarlet.
"How could you Kiera!" Tess said looking at me as if I just betrayed her.
"Stop looking at me like that I'm just wondering why you are following me since I left the dorms."
"Huh? You noticed that I followed you since the dorms?"
"Don't compare me to my past self I've changed in a bunch of different ways." I said.
"Still can't show emotion." Tess said averting her eyes.
"I can if I wanted too but I don't. I don't understand emotions. I can make my face smile and stuff but I don't actually feel the emotion though." I said back.
"Then smile!" Tess said looking back at me eagerly awaiting me to reply.
"I'd rather not. Now what were you doing following me."
"I just wanted to make sure you were alright."
"*sigh* yes I am fine." I said back, "I will be leaving now back to the dorms." I said as I left.
I wasn't bothered to do anything today and the only classes I have are with Scarlet spits fine.
I soon approached the dorms and went to my room to practice a bit.
