Although suddenly being attacked and being betrayed wasn't something he was particularly happy about, he wasn't that dissatisfied with the results either. Alt knew that sooner or later he would have to take a human life, be it due to self protection or harming a hostile entity. So he thought himself fortunate, that his first kill's were conscious efforts to fight against a enemy that was also out to kill him. Although he understood he was a flawed individual, and going through the tutorial certainly didn't help. This was still the first time he had killed a genuine human, and he didn't understand how that would effect him. Actually deciding to kill the trio helped him greatly to accept the reality of the situation, while also giving him a chance to test his anti ability user skill sets, while letting him test the current limits of his ability. He was indeed very lucky, or perhaps the trio was especially stupid, the first attack he received was completely out of expectation, although his makeshift chainmail helped lessen the shock of the blow and spread the electricity outwards a bit more, there was a possibility that Alex could have used a weapon to instantly end his life, and he realized the mistake of not having his wolf outside as precaution. If the wolf had been there he might have been able to dodge the initial strike, or at least be able to counter attack without taking as much damage as he had. Although he didn't feel much pain, he had a few 3rd degree burns, a broken rib, and he also had a nausea and a headache probably due to straining his senses, his arms and legs felt a bit numb. He hadn't seen any scenes of violence when he was in the city, and due to the friendliness of the trio, had completely forgotten about the possibility of being attacked for stupid reasons. Alt remembered that this world was unfair, and he still understood basically nothing about this place, but 2 things he did now know was, there are always stupid people, and that he was strong, strong enough to the point where the trio was insanely easy to kill when he used all of his chains at once. Alt originally had thought of a possibility that summoning too many chains or controlling his chains while controlling the sensitivity of other's senses would be too taxing, but after Alt released all limitations on his own senses, he could control the chains as if it was part of his own body, and could even roughly sense the locations of the chains even without looking at them. Alt let the wolf in his inventory out of the dimension cage, and placed the cage back in his inventory. He now had 4 wolves under his command, although he didn't know how much information he got from the trio he got was correct, he thought that not having the wolf out in the open as it might attract some unnecessary attention, he put the 2 least injured wolves back in a dimension cage, then let the other two wolves go since they had been injured from the fight with Alex. The wolves ran deeper into the dungeon as if running away from Alt, after the wolves went away, Alt started gathering the trio's weapons, and the things scattered around the dead bodies into his inventory. Apparently after someone has died, things that were in the top 3 slots in their inventory, and half of their gold dropped to the floor, thus he gained a couple more items, and 2380 gold. When he opened his inventory he also had a new discovery, when he looked at the icons for his short sword and the dimension cages it showed in small numbers just how many of the items he had, yes the same items stacked in his inventory, although the cage with his wolves didn't stack, he felt satisfied since he only had 30 total inventory slots. When looking at his inventory he now had 2680 Gold, 2 ShortSwords, 1 Mace, 1 Spear, 19 Rank F Cores, 4 Empty Dimension Cages, and 2 sets of rank E armor, one which he equipped, although he was worried it might be too big for him, once he equipped it, it appeared on his body fitting him perfectly, without any scratches or blood. Apparently system store bought items have no extra effects, but in exchange had no durability feature, thus didn't degrade, and any damage done to it would be fixed if you just unequipped, then reequipped the item, the only time this would not work was when the item was completely broken. That was what had happened to Jack's armor, which Alt had completely crushed along with Jack's body causing the full set to disappear, apparently the entire set was treated as one item so even if just the helm was destroyed the rest of the armor would too, making mixing and matched certain sets impossible for system store bought items. Which was why player made items were a lot more well received since it was easier to increase versatility. The armor and weapons sold in the system shop only went up to B rank from a list of F-SSS or more commonly referred to as god ranked gear, only obtainable from the SS ranked dungeons that appear once a year and have a 25% chance of dropping them once cleared, but they could only be cleared once before disappearing once again. S ranked dungeons appeared with a 50% chance every month and had a chance to drop S rank gear. F-A rank dungeons were always open and dropped gear corresponding to the dungeons rank. After reading the help tab for a while he started walking towards the exit to spend the gold he had just gained, and to sell his loot while killing any wolves he came across.
