Unmasking The Sorrowfuls (2)

The sound of Rae-gi's truck is all that can be heard at the territory of the sorrowfuls. He parks the car as he hears a ding. "As points are not being added, points will now be reset and allocated to recommended places. You do not have to invest as this will invest by itself depending on your experiences." Rae-gi pushed the screen aside as he walked to the back of the truck. He opened the doors, rays of sunshine slowly peeked from the small opening blinding both of the girls by a little. He removed the piece of handkerchiefs in their mouths and interrogated them.

"Tell me, where is this last member," Rae-gi said calmly. The two girls were furious and were laughing at him indicating that they think even him can't defeat "La Sombra" so he shouldn't take the chance to even fight Seo Min-ji "La Serpiente". As he forces them to talk, he takes their phones out of their pockets and opens them. He uses their face as they are tied up. He checks their messages with "La Sombra".

He mutters to himself, "Park Ji-yoon..... huh, supposedly the strongest out of you three, and the closest to Seo Min-ji. Defeating The Boss seems like a dream with all this information. I need to defeat Seo Min-Ji and take down the sorrowfuls once and for all.

Rae-gi soon finds out the location of Park Ji-yoon and heads for it. The final base in Seocho-gu, I didn't expect that I would even get here. With enough motivation we can do anything. After a few minutes of driving they finally reach the base. But something is off, there is this strange feeling, as if something or someone is watching Rae-gi. Beok-sing finally wakes up and asks Rae-gi where he is. Beok-sing soon realizes and doesn't need any further explanation.

They head inside and the building is empty, as they are both walking, they suddenly come to a halt. A silver wire, it was definitely connected to something, if they were to activate it there was no guarantee that it wont be bad. A shadow swiftly moves past them, with no time to react, all they could see and feel is a slash on their faces. Rae-gi asks himself, "I thought she was a master of Krav Maga, this is definitely not Krav Maga..... If im not mistaken, this has got to be." Rae-gi opens his menu, even he doesn't have the power to unlock this fighting style yet. In the menu, all it says is, to unlock this fighting style, you must go through all stages of training the "Basic Form" fighting style.

He wasn't mistaken, it was definitely Ninjutsu. Both Rae-gi and Beok-sing couldn't do anything. The slashes continue, it was no use, they had to do something and they needed to be fast. The floor with two pools of blood shows their horrified faces in their reflection. They needed to memorize her pattern. They try to run away, as they run towards the exit, they forget about the silver wire earlier. The trap gets activated which causes the floor to open, they slide down to a dimly lit basement with both the Eun-ji and Soo-mi were.

The wounds they had from the series of slashes earlier limited their ability to fight. They were pressured by both of them, each time they had enough power to stand up, they were just brought back to the start because of Eun-ji and Soo-mi. Beok-sing was tapping in morse code hoping that Rae-gi could understand it, luckily Rae-gi knew a bit of morse code because the only gift he recieved from his mother was a morse code book. Beok-sing's taps were saying, "I forgot to tell you but your mother is still inside the warehouse, she probably might be starving already. We should call someone to save her after we get out of this place."

Beok-sing continued his taps, "I told you it was a good idea to bring gear. I will give you a tranquilizer dart, I stab Soo-mi and you stab Eun-ji." Eun-ji who was annoyed at that time shouted at Beok-sing, "Quit that tapping, i'm getting irritated." She then kicks both of them in the face. They secretly hold the dart and stab them, it took a while for the effect to hit but they did it.

They found a way out of that little basement, and headed outside. Rae-gi apologizes to Beok-sing and creates a plan to defeat Park Ji-yoon. They head inside, the building again, but this time with more determination. As expected a series of slashes hit them. They take their time learning the pattern.

Rae-gi who had learned the pattern for a while tried to grab her, all he could do was take a piece of cloth away. Her attacks seemed to have slowed down. "Secret Quest:Withstand 20 More Slashes, Reward:DZDNHQLQJ. He needed to withstand 20 more slashes, as he got slashed, blood wasn't leaking out. A certain aura was leaking out of him, the aura which resembles his resolve.

Rae-gi shouts, "ONE MORE HIT!" As he got hit one more time he felt a burst of power, the quest was finished and his wounds were healed, the letters for the reward turned into the word "AWAKENING". A notification showed up, "AIKIDO NOW AWAKENED INTO > WHISPERING BREEZE. Following Skills Unlocked:Flowing Harmony, Sensory Awareness, Redirective Strikes, Shadow Dance, Illusion Shatter."

Flowing Harmony, allows him to anticipate movements, Sensory Awareness, gives him the ability to heighten his senses, Redirective Strikes, his redirection abilities will now be more precise, Shadow Dance, gives him the agility to match the speed of Ninjutsu users, Illusion Shatter, has the power to disrupt illusions and similar things.

"With all this Seocho-gu is going down!" Rae-gi's senses which are heightened mixed with shadow dance allows him to move swiftly without hitting traps. Rae-gi who now has flowing harmony manages to flip her and knock her down, she quickly gets up and prepares for a swift and fast combat.

The slashes keep on repeating as Rae-gi dodges and redirects it. As they move too fast around the room too fast for people to see, Beok-sing was left speechless. Rae-gi who moved fast enough to take one blade out of her hand, cut one of her leg joints. Her movement was now limited, it was his chance to defeat her. She was left unable to move as Rae-gi copied her movements and let out a series of slashes.

Park Ji-yoon now unable to fight is interrogated by Rae-gi. "Tell me, where is your leader? Where is Seo Min-ji! Rae-gi was filled with surprise and nervousness as he felt a heavy presence behind him. He felt a breath running down his nape, "Is it me you are looking for?" Said a seductive voice. He moved away and turned around. It was her, it was "SEO MIN-JI."
