After a fierce battle, Blacklight Biotechnology finally signed an agreement with two groups from the nuclear industry in Mainland China.
Through an EPC contract, Blacklight Biotechnology would contract China General Nuclear Power Group and China National Nuclear Corporation to complete the "Blacklight Biotechnology Namibian Nuclear Power Plant" project. The two companies would be in charge of all construction work and technologies while China National Nuclear would also supply the necessary building materials.
The "Blacklight Nuclear Power Plant" was a third-generation nuclear reactor with two CAP1400 pressurized water reactors, each with a power of one million kilowatts, reaching a total output of two million kilowatts. The construction area would span about fifteen square kilometers.
