A few people exchanged pleasantries, and Lu Yao noticed that behind Zhang Yunshu stood a line of young men and women, each with an extraordinary bearing.
There were seven people in total, five men and two women, all dressed in glutinous-colored Taoist robes embroidered with cloud patterns, very similar to Hanfu.
Zhang Yunshu introduced with quite some pride, "These are the seven true disciples of our Wudang Sect's current generation."
The Seven Disciples of Wudang bowed in unison and paid their respects, "We are the junior disciples, and we have the honour of meeting Grandmaster Lu."
These elites, all true disciples, were a group of elegant and graceful figures, and each one carried a musical instrument—qin, flute, xiao, there were even ones with drums—enough to form a complete "folk symphony orchestra."
Among them was Bai Lu, whom Lu had seen before; she carried a yaoqin on her back, her eyes downcast as she bowed in greeting.
