There was once a word where a lot of races lived together, but peace didn't last long, where there are beings possessing intelligence there tends to be war and conflict.

This world was ruled by the five great nations, And each nation was ruled by it's own people. Each nation and kingdoms under it had different cultures and view in the way they see things, these led to a lot of wars. If nothing was done the world would perish, for that reason Hades, the god of underworld, created demons hoping that all the nations would unite together to face against the demons, and he succeeded, but the demons he created grew stronger, and the demon lord had become too powerful even the gods couldn't restrain him, at this rate the world would perish again, so, the gods decided to give their blessings to beings from each nation hoping it would balance the world. With that, eight powerful beings were born and together they defeated the demon lord.

At a certain castle were five beings watching the events occurring on the world on a screen leisurely, one of them spoke," I don't see everyone here." It was a man with masculine feature and well build body, he has blonde hair and eyes glowing even in the bright light under the palace. " Heracles sama is right, where's Poseidon Sama?"

asked a man with a simple build body, he had white hair and eyes that was glowing as well.

"Hmph, you don't have to worry about him Asclepius, knowing him and his free spirited mind, he might be wandering around somewhere, lady Athena might know where he is though" speaks a man with a round figure and masculine feature, he had glowing brown eyes and long black beard. "fufu...well you are right, I do know where he is Hephaestus sama, he said was going to the mortal world below for a while." Speaks an lady with a elegant figure, silver hair and silver eyes both glowing lightly, ... "wha-??" everyone questions simultaneously.

Meanwhile on a certain Island, a man appears out of thin air, "ehh~ It's been a long time since I visited the mortal world, I'm kind of excited, hehe." a man with a black hair and round eyes that is deep blue and seems to be curious and knows about everything at the same time, he had a feature of a young boy that is around 15, but is actually 2000 years old. "oh yeah, I should first surpress my powers and conceal my aura. all the monsters in and around the island seems to be wary of me." He was right, when he appeared all the monsters in the island and nearby sea suddenly felt fear and went into hiding. "With this it should be all right, well now, where should I head first? It's been a long time since I had something to eat from the mortal world, hmm... I guess I should visit the land under my protection first~ let's go!" After saying that he dove into the ocean, why you ask? because the most nearly territory under his protection was under the ocean, yes, a kingdom of mermaids.
