Finding You Way Back Home
Meloris gazed at the landscape, grassy plains, lush forests, and flowing rivers. She clutched her wand and waved it around in the air a few times.
"Auc'ci Mori!" Meloris exclaimed.
Out of nowhere, an entire city appeared in front of her. She teared up slightly as she walked forward through the veil and into the city. Meloris inhaled deeply, the city smelled just as she remembered it, freshly cooked bread, fresh meats, the smell of whatever food the street vendors decided to cook. It was all wonderful!
She wandered down the avenue before a familiar voice called out to her.
"Meloris!" They called.
Meloris twirled around on her heel and locked eyes with the person.
"Mom?!" Meloris chirped.
