Elders Convene - First Day

Pacing back and forth waiting for the elders to show up Huo wills herself not to breakdown before all hope is lost for Sarah.

*Swoosh*

Air distorting from the speed that the elders ran here at Huo breathes a sigh of relief however before she could utter a word the first elder that shows up questions her immediately.

"Where is the emergency? Who are the enemies?"

Answering the elder immediately as more elders show up Huo explains that her mistress had been walking around with Zhoa Ming'er when they were attacked and her mistress is in the room right now with a weird dagger stuck in her side as Ming'er attends her injury to make sure she doesn't bleed to death. Hearing her explanation the elders become extremely serious as the name Zhao Ming'er was brought up as thye knew her situation and came up with a theory on what had happened to them.

"Elder Sui here is an expert in medicine and alchemy, she will come with you to tend to your mistress" The elder spoke to her as he enquired if Elder Sui would do so before saying that.

Rushing up to the room Elder Sui asked for more details on the dagger within Sarah and the more Huo explains the deeper the frown on Elder Sui's face becomes as she knew the likelihood that the dagger is cursed is very high, especially if they came from that organisation.

Arriving at the room they here Ming'er shout out for them to hurry up and heal Sarah. Elder Sui's right eye twitches at annoyance at being ordered by a brat but the situation calls for her attention. Dismissing Ming'er away with a wave of her hand she walks over to Sarah and sits by her side on the bed and studies her for a bit before coming to a conclusion.

"Your mistress will be physically fine once we stop the bleeding and remove the dagger however spiritually it will be up to her as the dagger is cursed. The curse will cause someone to face their heart's demons which will either be her downfall or her greatest boon. Legends say that before a person becomes a divine that they must face their heart's demons which means your mistress, if talented enough, may become the first being to become a divine in eons."

Hearing this explanation Huo and Ming'er paled as even though there is the chance that Sarah could come out perfectly fine but that chance was so miniscule that they may as well disregard it. However before they could completely give up Elder Sui told them that in the forbidden region in the North is rumored to have a flower that can purify and lighten someones spirit which may help her win the fight against her heart demons. She goes on further to explain that the flower has pure white petals with some blue spots her and there on the petals, the stalk will be a healthy light green and will have a leaf sprouting from the side of the stalk.

Leaving them with that explanation she gives Sarah a blood clotting powder which stops the blood flow around her wound. Elder Sui also overpowers the left over willpower left from the previos user to stop the vibration of the dagger to stop the wound from becoming worse. Once her current treatment is done she informs them that she is leaving to get her surgical instruments to take out the dagger as it is in a very sensitive place that is very near the organs and should they take it out the wrong way they could also pull out the organs alongside the dagger.

Huo and MIng'er just silently assent to her leaving as they each take a side of Sarah's and grip a hand to let her know that they are there.Ming'er ends up falling asleep next to Sarah as she holds her hand as she had already been asleep when she was woken by Huo and then had to put up with the stress of tending to Sarah. Huo also began to fall asleep as she had tired herself out from the stress of having Sarah suddenly show up with a dagger in her side and collapse which made it a race against time to save her placing a huge responsibility on her shoulders stressing her out even more and as more time passed the more stressed she became. Before falling asleep Huo silently whispered towards Sarah as the darkness took her.
