"Ding! Please make a choice."
1: Put a drop of blood on Kaido! Reward: Early-stage Top Observation Haki + 100x Mission Card.
2: Pour a bowl of blood on Kaido! Reward: Mid-stage Top Observation Haki + 2x 100x Preaching and Karma Cards.
3: Give Kaido a pot of blood! Reward: Late-stage Top Observation Haki + 3x 100x Preaching and Karma Cards.
Finn froze as the system notification echoed in his mind.
Top Observation Haki? What?!
His heart raced. Just hearing the reward's name was enough to know it surpassed the advanced Observation Haki he already possessed. Memories of his fight with Katakuri came flooding back. Despite Finn's own advanced Haki, Katakuri's ability to glimpse seconds into the future had completely outclassed him. Now the system offered a chance to surpass that. But how?
Finn mentally asked, "System, what level is Katakuri's Observation Haki?"
"Host, Katakuri's Observation Haki is classified as mid-stage Top Observation Haki."
Finn blinked. No way! Katakuri, the seemingly unbeatable Observation Haki user, wasn't even at the peak?
"If I get this reward," Finn thought, a grin spreading on his face, "I'll be the best in the game."
He was already imagining what he could do with the 100x Preaching and Karma Cards. With three of those, he could either transform a single ally into a powerhouse or distribute them and elevate his entire crew.
But none of that would matter unless he figured out how to make Kaido bleed.
"Great," Finn muttered sarcastically, gazing at Kaido's unconscious dragon form. "How the hell do I squeeze out a pot of blood from this monster?"
Finn paused, contemplating his next move. He couldn't leave Wano just yet. The only thing known to injure Kaido was the legendary sword, Enma, wielded by Kozuki Oden. And the last known location of the sword? Hidden by Oden's daughter, Kozuki Hiyori.
With a plan in mind, Finn activated his Moonwalk technique, kicking off into the sky and heading for the Flower Capital, determined to find Hiyori and the fabled sword.
Back on Onigashima, Kaido stirred. The massive dragon untangled himself, fury radiating from his every breath. He stretched his body, cracking the knotted parts that Finn had twisted. His Observation Haki flared to life, searching desperately for Finn.
But Finn had masked his presence, making it impossible for Kaido to pinpoint his location.
"Where is that little b*****d?" Kaido roared in frustration, grabbing the nearest subordinate. "Tell me where he went!"
The pirate trembled, barely able to speak. "H-he flew into the clouds, Boss! I didn't see where he went after that!"
Kaido, in a fit of rage, crushed the poor pirate with a single blow. He transformed back into his human form, fists clenched in anger, then screamed into the heavens, "Boy! If you're really with the Navy, I'll chase you down, no matter where you hide!"
He glanced around at the other survivors, his voice dripping with venom. "Did anyone capture his image on the video phone?"
"Boss Kaido! I did!" a pirate called out, hurrying over with a trembling hand and presenting the recording to Kaido.
Kaido snatched the device and quickly dialed a number.
On the other end, the voice of Morgans, president of the World Economic News, crackled through. "Your Excellency Kaido, what brings the mighty Beast King to call me today?"
"Morgans, I have a video of someone. I need you to find out who this b*****d is."
Kaido sent the footage through the snail transmission. Morgans reviewed the video briefly, and his eyes widened in shock. "Isn't that... Monkey D. Finn?"
Kaido's expression darkened. "You know him?"
Morgans, always the sly operator, sensed Kaido's rising anger and quickly explained, "Yes, Lord Kaido. I saw him at Charlotte Linlin's tea party not long ago. He made quite the scene."
"Linlin?!" Kaido's voice boomed, suspicion filling his mind. "Is he working for her?"
Morgans shook his head, knowing he had to tread carefully. "No, no, Lord Kaido. He was uninvited! In fact, he injured two of Linlin's sons, took her daughters, and ate the cake she'd been obsessing over. It drove her mad. She killed two of her own children in the frenzy."
Kaido was momentarily stunned. Finn had dared to cause that kind of chaos in Big Mom's territory? "This brat... he's Garp's grandson, isn't he?" Kaido finally asked, piecing it together.
"Indeed," Morgans replied. "Monkey D. Finn, the eldest grandson of Garp the Hero. Currently serving as commander of the Marine Independent Battalion."
A furious snarl escaped Kaido's lips. "Marine scum!"
He had underestimated Finn. What he thought was some arrogant pirate was actually a Marine commander with a legacy that ran deep. And now, Finn had escaped before Kaido could settle the score.
"Morgans," Kaido growled, "I'm going to Naval Headquarters. I'll rip that little b*****d apart myself."
After slamming down the phone, Kaido transformed back into his dragon form, soaring into the skies with a final vow: "Finn! If you're not at the Navy base when I arrive, I'll destroy it myself!"
Back in Wano, Finn was already well on his way to the Flower Capital, a sly smile on his lips. Top Observation Haki was within his grasp, and soon, the tides of battle would shift in his favor.
