"What are you searching for, sir?" Winn asked as he saw him looking all over the scroll.
"Where are the actual details for practising the technique? Where do I get it?"
"Oh that? For security purposes we can't keep the methods for practising the technique on the technique scrolls themselves."
That made sense.
The other man continued "We have to go through a specific procedure without letting anyone leave the repository with any technique no matter how small it is,"
