Nanxu Square is located in the suburbs of Pingjiang City, originally bustling and lively, with countless entertainment venues such as brothels, gambling dens, wine restaurants, and auction houses all gathered here.
After the Great Disaster Year, Nanxu Square became deserted.
It is said that too many people died outside the city, causing resentment to skyrocket. It gave rise to contaminated soil, affecting the Fengshui pattern of Pingjiang City.
The Dragon Vein shifted, giving birth to an "Evil Boil", and the location of Nanxu Square happened to be that "Evil Boil".
A Taoist priest said that once the "Evil Boil" was born, forcefully removing it would inevitably affect the Dragon Qi, which would be detrimental to Pingjiang City. However, if inhabitants were to settle there, there would be endless disasters, and people would be unable to survive.
From then on, Nanxu Square gradually fell into ruin, and the powerful forces that originally had properties there withdrew.
