Chapter 44

Looking back up the three who were standing back up. They had serious looks on their faces as they got into their stances once more before charging at me. This time with Hinata in the lead she sent a flurry of fists and palms towards me after a while she would quickly swap with Rock Lee who sent in his own barrage, then Naruto. This time, I was only allowing my body to dodge, no blocks nor counters.

No matter what they threw at me, my body would always dodge, regardless the awkward position I found myself. I decided to push further and closed my eyes at some point, just letting my body do what it should. I was truly enjoying myself. I speculated on how it would fair against Obito's Kamui. If it was how Kakashi handled his in the way he ripped Deidera's arm, then Auto-pilot should be able to handle it; Merely moving out of the way with great speeds. Maybe. However, I doubted that. Obito seemed much more proficient in kamui's use, after all he was the original owner. Then I could only use that.

After a while, my body no longer moved. Wondering what was happening, I opened my eyes. The three had stopped attacking and were standing a distance away, looking at me with grave expressions. I could only assume the constant smile on my face was annoying them or maybe it was my eyes closed dodging all their attacks with ease; I don't know.

"Alright, let's stop here. You have gotten quite strong; your combinations are great and I can tell you still have things up your sleeves but this is only a friendly spar after all. What do you think, Guy-sensei?" Guy nodded before coming to stand by my side smiling.

"Sakura is right, this is only a friendly spar between comrades. There is no reason to get serious with it." Although he said that, I could see him examining me.

'What happened? Where is the seriousness coming from? The Guy I know from the anime is a very simple minded and straight forward man. Did I enter an AU instead?' I kept my smile and nodded at him as the three walked towards us. Guy looked to us and spoke again, "I have something to do so I will see you all later."

Before I could get in a word, he flickered away. 'Well, there goes my chance for a spar with him.'

"Sakura, what was that? that was amazing." Naruto said. I could not detect a single hint of jealousy or envy in his voice. The dude was amazing. We both started training about the same time and have surpassed him and yet, not a hint of jealousy or envy. Truly amazing.

"You too Naruto. I could tell you still had a few more tricks up your sleeve. You too Lee, I could almost see the shadow of Guy-sensei in you." Naruto smiled goofily while Lee blushed a little, offering his thanks. I wondered if he was still harboring feelings? I whooshed to Hinata's side and hugged her before continuing, "Hinata you are amazing and terrifying, what the hell was that? I suuperrrr did not want to get hit by that."

"It is my own style I am trying to come up with. I am melding the Hyuga clan's Gentle Fist with Guy-sensei's strong fist. I am still trying though." She blushed slightly while she explained. What she was trying to achieve was truly terrifying, although currently it was only in the skeletal stage.

According to her, since she was no longer the heiress of the Hyuga clan, she decided to do whatever she wanted to get stronger. Her Strong Fist was coated with chakra that was meant to disrupt an opponent's chakra flow that was either outside of the body protecting it in order to deal more physical damage, or/and at the same time sending the chakra inside the body with the intention of dealing damage to the bones. Mixing that and her gentle fist, which according to her, she was now mainly focusing it on dealing organ damage.

'Absolutely terrifying and I have to say, sadistic. Is this really the shy Hinata that kept following Naruto in the shadows? Again, why is she blushing and smiling while saying all that?' I would not be able to do the same with her version of Gentle Fist, but I could definitely create a version of her Strong Fist with my lightning nature.

"Well, we are all young. With more experience I am sure we will only get stronger." They nodded in agreement. Lee bid farewell as he left to take care of his stuff.

Hinata bid farewell as well asking Naruto to meet at their usual spot tonight. I did not know they had progressed so far with their relationship. Before she left, I called out to her and said, "Hinata, if you find out your chakra nature type come see me. I have a few jutus you could try if you truly want to stick it up theirs." Since their characters had pretty much gone to shit, then why not. Let's see how much more they'll change. She nodded before waving happily with a wide smile at Naruto before leaving.

"Hehe. I don't think your girlfriend likes me much. So, what happened while I was gone, and how did the cute and shy Hinata turn out into that wild her; Don't get me wrong, I quite like this new and improved" We sat cross legged on the ground as I tried to know the cause of the changes.

"Mm. It was about a year ago…"

[ONE YEAR BEFORE]

After Sakura had left, Naruto went back home. He was dead tired from working and improving on the leaf chakra control all night. Considering his massive reserves, controlling was much harder than he originally anticipated. As he lay on the bed, he thought about what his departed friend had said. He needed to find the 'Might Guy' person but he had no idea how or where to start.

It was not like he could go round blindly asking about him, nor did he have any friends he could ask; The entire village hated him. He could try asking the old man, but he always seemed so busy, plus that assistant of his would probably prevent him from going in. She had eyes like the others after all, looking at him like something that needed to be stepped on, and quick.

Then that only left one person. Iruka-sensei. The only other person aside the old man that had treated him decently; although quite loud and annoying. Thinking to this point, Naruto smiled. He knew the loud sensei did what he did out of worry.

"Okay, let's ask Iruka-sensei after class tomorrow." With that he closed his eyes and drifted off into sleep. The next day Naruto arrived early for class, made his way to the back and fell asleep, waiting for the class to end so he could ask Iruka-sensei.

After being yelled at a few times for falling asleep, and a long and boring day of academy, class was finally over. He made his way towards Iruka. He told the man about his desire to meet Might Guy or Rock Lee. Iruka wondered what for, but noticed Naruto did not want to say, only telling him it was extremely important.

After a bit of contemplation, Iruka decided to help the young Naruto find Guy. With his rank, it should not be too difficult to find out if Guy and his team were on a mission or not; as for where he lived, that would take some searching. Walking around, Iruka could tell something was different about Naruto. The Naruto he knew was not as reserved as he was being with him now, which made him worried. Was this a good thing or did something bad happen for him to become like this.
