Mortal Sins

"I, as your master, will properly teach you in the way of the sword, and the True Undying Body Art." The mysterious person said with a slightly excited tone. His voice then continued, "But, you have to first defeat the android located on the second floor."

Saber immediately grew impatient since he knew defeating that android was impossible for the current him. The mysterious person saw this expression and instantly continued by saying, "If you can't even defeat that android, then you are not deserving of my teachings." His voice grew cold the longer he talked, Saber's body was then uncontrollably sent towards the tower's doors.

"You have 10 years of this tower's second floor's time to defeat the android, if not, you'll automatically be sent out of the space ring for an indefinite time." The mysterious person said with an emotionless tone as he then began drifting through the space with a transparent screen showing him what was happening inside of the white room.

With a sword in hand, Saber stood unmoving as he gazed at the android who he has no choice but to beat if he ever wanted to get the teachings of his master. Though he was angry, Saber knew that he was simply, at this moment in time, too weak. So, with no other choice, Saber dashed toward the android with the blade in hand.

Clang!

Both metallic swords connected as they began their clash.

(Three Years Later, White Room Time)

Peng Peng Peng!

Clang Clang Clang!

Saber continuously attacked the android as they both flashed across the 20-meter room, leaving multiple afterimages. Saber's eyes were surrounded by insanely huge veins that were bulging out and seemingly trying to tear through his skin. His eyes were leaking dark blood as he continued fighting his opponent.

Saber's sword flashed with bright light as it left a white glow wherever it went. Saber's speed was incredible and not something a mere lifeform with just under 110,000 power level could have. Saber's long red vest fluttered as he and his opponent clashed swords with inhumane speeds.

The very air which surrounded them seemed as if it was able to slice a lifeform in half as they continued to slash at each other. The white walls of this room filled with slash marks as the android's feet landed on it as he used it as a boost to jump toward Saber who was standing in the middle of the room.

Saber's long hair which reached his waist was all over as his breaths were ragged yet, his speed, power, and precision kept increasing. His sword seemed to be a spring as it seemingly curled and then shot towards the android.

The glow never left the sword as the android was on the receiving end of the attack. It hurriedly evaded Saber's attack and then sent an attack of its own. The black metallic sword of the android also glowed with it as it seemed to have curved through the air and approached Saber's neck.

Sensing the attack coming, and seeing it once it entered his domain, Saber ducked and successfully evaded the attack. Unluckily for him, his hair was sliced off and he was left with short neck-length black hair.

While his head was still lowered, Saber slashed horizontally toward the android's legs, causing it to jump in surprise. But, mysteriously enough, the light of Saber's sword disappeared as one could see that the sword itself also disappeared into tiny particles.

Once the android's feet landed on the ground, as if time was rewound, Saber's sword slashed horizontally while his head was lowered.

Slice!

The two legs of the android were sliced cleanly off, as blood splattered on the ground! Shockingly, the android had blood as Saber's eyes didn't show any shock and instead shifted to the neck of the android as his sword went on to slash at it, slicing it off with precision.

Saber stood there with an emotionless face as tears of blood streamed down his face. Instinctively, Saber's body even under enlightenment, moved toward the body of the android as he began chomping down as surprisingly, the android's body was filled with meat and bones.

Clap Clap Clap Clap!

"Truly amazing talent you have. If not blinded by your immense arrogance, you could truly be the one to eventually free me!" The mysterious person said with a smile on his face as he watched Saber chomp down on the body of the android.

Saber didn't care for his words even though he had mysteriously exited his enlightened state since he felt intense hunger. His body felt incredibly weak but, thankfully his strength began appearing once he continued eating the body of the android.

Before long, he finished a meal that was three years late as he then turned his attention to the man responsible for his starvation. Unlike usual, he did not get angry or anything the sort as he instead closed his eyes...and went to sleep!

His body dropped to the floor, as his consciousness entered a sea of darkness. His master smiled once seeing this as he picked Saber's body up from the floor along with his sword and then disappeared from the white room.

Appearing on top of a body of water, Saber's master then rested his disciple's body on the water, as surprisingly enough, Saber's body remained unconscious and unmoving on top of the water. The mysterious person then sat down in a lotus position and closed his eyes as the bright golden light disappeared.

His long hair descended onto the body of water while a serene aura shrouded his body. Like that, hours passed as Saber groggily awoke from his peaceful darkness. His hair had long become black and his eyes also now had black pupils which had a dark blue hue surrounding them. Not only that, but his aura also seemed to be more mature and calm.

Gazing at his surroundings, the scene of a golden-haired young man who looked no older than 25 came into his view. The man had a devilishly handsome face with long golden eyelashes and a pair of cat-like golden pupils. He had an incredibly defined jawline and also a very thin but seemingly enticing pair of lips.

"So, what are we going to do." Seemingly already seeing his master's true appearance, Saber calmly asked with a glint of expectation in his eyes. He was finally going to become stronger, so of course, he was incredibly excited.

Though his sword skills had improved, in fact, according to his master, to defeat the android Saber's sword mastery needed to reach the High Level, yet Saber cared little for that since it couldn't compare to gaining strength.

His way of thinking is, that if he loses his memories, he'll also lose his sword comprehension, but even after losing his memories, true strength wouldn't disappear. So, with excitement visible in his eyes, Saber awaited the answer from his master.

"Of course, we are going to train. We are about to do very important training that will help you for the rest of eternity. What we are about to do will prevent your death on multiple occasions and also have the possibility of even causing you many other benefits."

The mysterious person said with an abstruse smile on his face. Right after, his voice once again resounded in Saber's ears with words that shocked him greatly.

"For the next few years, we will peacefully meditate here and get rid of your imperfection. Your mortal sin arrogance shall disappear."
