The shields protecting the planet seemingly has the capabilities to transfer the force behind the beam on the entirety of the shield as to preserve the overall integrity of the planetary shields.

Seeing this, the Captain General authorized the increase of beam power for the shield cracker. The former golden color was dyed with red streaks as the floating discs was increased. The floating discs slowly formed what seemed to anyone a half eagle. This discs also directly beamed the reflected rays from the satellite like dishes to the shields. Imprinting the planetary shield with the figure of an eagle.

"Supreme Chancellor! The shield can't hold on!" reported an officer as the level of integrity of the shield immediately plummeted from 67% a couple of seconds ago to 1% in an instant. The shield showed big cracks visible to anyone.

The trapped planes such as fighters, bombers and a couple of straighters converged to form a large strike squadron as they headed for the economy related facilitates of the planet. They aim to cripple the economy of the planet of Coruscant and turn them back to stone age with hell fire bombing raid.

The starfighters of the republic desperately tried to stop this large squadron but they're all ripped to shreds as they got close.

The office of the Supreme Chancellor was in turmoil about this as crippling the economy of Coruscant can have galaxy wide consequences.

"Chancellor! They're heading for the economic centers! We must stop them!" said a senator in ear. He's a senator of a trading company and if this economic centers are turned to hell, the galactic stock market might crash.

"Chancellor! Our home defense fleet was forced to surrendered! W-we're only waiting for them to slaughter us!" informed an officer who just arrived.

Palpatine was massaging his temples in stress. The Imperium really is too unpredictable with their actions.But even if they're unpredictable, the techniques they have are something he can use. For example, creating a large battleship with countless powerful weapons is surely a good way to spread fear. But the sight of the continental sized battleship made Palpatine feel fear something which he is happy about. If the sight of this battleship can make him feel fear then it's a proven and tested technique he'll use and incorporate in his plan for the future.

He suddenly remembered his useless meeting with the supposed officer of the Imperium as he chuckled in enlightenment as he thought of a plan.

"Palpatine, Palpatine... The Imperium knows how shrewd you are Palpatine." the man across Palpatine shook his head lightly while chuckling.

"I'm fairly certain you are shrewd too. We can have a mutual beneficial agreement if you don't want me aboard." said Palatine in slight annoyance. He need the Imperium's support if he wanted to move forward his plans on an unprecedented speed. He plans on creating a bigger enemy for both the separatist and the republic to combat if and only if, he can't strike a deal with them. By doing this his plans on creating an empire will be faster.

"What's on your mind regarding this agreement?" asked the man across Palpatine as he leaned on his back and waited for Palpatine to speak.

"I propose an agreement in the grounds that both of us can reach to one another for help." said Palpatine as he tried to test the bottom line of the Imperium with something clearly disadvantageous for them.

"We're at the disadvantage on that deal so I can't agree." the man across shook his head and slowly slides a folder containing documents.

Palpatine was shocked, he thought they use data pads or something like that, but to use a paper? There must be something about this.

He picked up the folder and skimmed through the contents as each word he read brought a frown on his face.

"We hold the high ground here Palpatine. So you either agree with us or your whole plan falls down the drain." chuckled the man lightly which made Palpatine shiver slightly. The contents of the folder contains everything about him. As if they managed to travel back to the past. They even know where his scars on the body are. Luckily, he didn't saw his grand plan included, it's either they deliberately didn't add it or they didn't managed to unearth It. But he inclines to believe that they didn't add it as their information network is far greater than him.

"What do you want?" asked Palpatine in defeat, he's fighting an enemy far beyond he can imagine. But this what makes him enjoy the most because he'll surely reap great rewards once they fall under his thumb.

"Now we're talking Sheev Palpatine..."

"Those men from the Imperium are a shrewd bunch. They managed to have me give them the way to use kyber crystals. Why woukd they even want the way to use kyber crystals, it's not like they found a deposit for it." thought Palpatine in his mind as he felt absolute annoyance.

He was pulled out of his trance as an officer shouted.

"Chancellor! The shields has cracked! We suggest we evacuate now!" reported the officer in fear. The gigantic object floating just destroyed their shields in less than half a minute. Who wouldn't be afraid of such thing. Palpatine was irritated as his trance got interrupted but nonetheless, he still needs to act natural.

"Tsk, order the planet wide evacuation now! Also send in all clones and prepare for the enemy landing."

Emperor's room, Imperator Somnium...

The Emperor is on his golden armor holding the pot of his bonsai tree. After all those experiments he did, he still didn't forget to tend his bonsai tree. There's something about cultivating bonsai trees that fascinated him. It's probably because you need precision when designing it, just like when governing, you need precision as you slowly shape it to your ideal vision.

Constantin Valdor was at his side, he has a weird nickname of "primarch of the custodes". Something the Emperor thinks is suitable for someone like Constantin Valdor. He was at his side even before the Terran unification wars. His greatest custodian, Constantin Valdor was a special kind of custodian. He's far more powerful than a normal custodian. He only left the Emperor's side when he failed his duty of protecting him. He did a self imposed exile for failing his duty.

For the last ten thousand years Constantin Valdor travelled endlessly searching for ways to resurrect his liege as this was the only way he thought he can do to make up for his failure.

But just as fate played a prank on him. He dreamt of the Emperor calling him back to Terra.The Emperor he saw was not the decaying corpse on the golden throne but the liege he swore to protect. He immediately went and returned to Terra and just like he saw in his dream. The Emperor has ressurected as he immediately beg for forgiveness for failing his duty.

The Emperor easily forgave him as he demanded that he swore once again. Constantin Valdor on that day swore to protect the Emperor till the end of time and never leave his side no matter what happens.

Back inside the room...

Constantin Valdor received the message from the Captain General that everything is all set for the landing. He just thanked Kitten and reported it to the Emperor.

"My liege, it's time" said Constantin to the Emperor which just looked at him and nodded.The Emperor started to walk towards the corridor to the teleporter as he saw an air sealed hatch.

"My liege, is it really necessary for you to go down? I mean you can just send in your custodians and we'll do the rest." said Constantin Valdor as he fears that although the people here are weak, they can't rest relaxingly as the safety of the Emperor is above else.

"I'm not a cripple, at least not now. I'm more than capable of defending myself from any danger. Besides, someone has caught my attention on this planet. A certain man by the name of Sheev. I see someone with a square moustache from him." joked the Emperor which didn't earned a laugh from his custodians except only serious faces. The Emperor has increased his times of joking per day that the people who'll see him and hear him joke will think that not only he sucks at parenting but also joking.

"Go, run to the teleporter and meet me on the planet." ordered the Emperor as he slowly walked to this air hatch and held the valve, intending to open it.

"But my lieg-" the words of Constantin Valdor was cut off as the Emperor looked at him with a knowing face.

"Yes your majesty!" said Constantin Valdor as he waved for the other custodians to run with him to the teleporter.

There are technopriest on stand by as they saw the Emperor was planning to do something with the air hatch.

The Emperor turns the valve easily and opened the hatch. Powerful sucking power hit the Emperor as he savored this force and looked at the technopriests basically saying to seal this hatch once he jumped.

The technopriests immediately got near the hatch and safely harpooned themselves to metal bars as they got ready to seal the hatch.

The Emperor observed the planet as smirk formed on his face. He then jumped out of the hatch and towards the planet.

The golden beam of the custodians also has hit the planet as thousands of Astartes drop pods soared through the atmosphere of the planet following the Emperor.

Jedi temple...

"Evacuate the padawans you go. Transfer Vulkan we will." said Yoda to Mace Windu and Ki-Adi-Mudi as they rushed to the dormitories of the padawan to evacuate them.

"Master the Imperium has attacked us! It's the exact same starfighters we saw a decade ago." said Qui-Gon as he followed Yoda towards the holding cell of Vulkan with fear. Yoda and Obi-Wan was followed by jedi knights as they rushed to the cell of Vulkan.

"Attack us, expected! Hold someone from them we do" informed Yoda as he theorized that they're here for Vulkan. This further enforced his theory that Vulkan really is an important prince not just some spare. He might even be the next heir of this Imperium.

"Master... What if we just give them Vulkan. I'm sure they'll stop this bloodbath." said Obi-Wan with a little bit of uncertainty. Yoda fell into deep thought as he weighed the pros and cons and finally decided.

"Do it we will. Board that ship we must. Strike a deal we do." said Yoda as they finally reached the prison cell and immediately opened it.

"Vulkan, you must help us end this bloodbath!" plead Obi-Wan as he freed Vulkan from the foot chain he has which just gave a knowing look.

"They're finally here huh..." whispered Vulkan in his mind as he's ecstatic. All he did paid off and he'll finally go home.

"Vulkan let's go, we'll have to board that ship!" urged Obi-Wan as they ran on a corridor as stopped on large windows as Obi-Wan pointed at the gigantic continent size battleship.

The shadow of the ship made Vulkan feel extreme afraid. He's familiar with that shadow but he refused to believe it. As Obi-Wan pointed at the sky and he looked at it. His eyes widened as he felt his knees weak.

He slumped on the ground as he said to Yoda and Obi-Wan.

"We can't board that, no, it's impossible to be boarded." said Vulkan as he shakes his head which made everyone feel the fear he's feeling.

At this moment they saw a gigantic golden beam near a gigantic meteor with smaller meteors following it. Vulkan, when he saw this had a weird sad smile as he looked at the figures of Yoda and Obi-Wan.

"He has arrived..."
