It was a joyous occasion because that means this world has one more protector.

A Magician can detect the birth of another Magician, and only a Magician can hide from Magician.

'Did finally the Einzbern managed to reclaim it? But the Holy Grail still dormant until 2004…'

With a thought, Zeltrech appear just outside Einzbern manor

'Hmm, it not the Einzbern, I don't feel the leftover power that needed to reach the root'

'Did that Emiya kid gained some ridiculous cheat again? My alternate said he has a big difference in each worlds' Zeltrech smiled 'There one he has turned into a Great One after going into a place called Yharnam in his dream'

Just like that Zeltrech appear outside the Emiya residence

'Hmm, it seems my world version of Shirou have a magic core and living with Sakura'

Zeltrech was in deep thought 'Sakura living with Shirou means that Shinji and Zouken already dead. It kinda reminds me of that one Shirou that treat the world as an RPG game'

''Speaking of Game…PS2 released this year, right? Let us buy one so that I can play with Waver'

After buying it Zeltrech feel a familiar sensation nearby. The sensation of True Magic.

'The Third is near!'

With haste, Zeltrech chases after it. Only to found a familiar person.

'Seaweed hairstyle…Shinji Matou?! Isn't he supposed to be dead?' Zeltrech observed 'No, it was Shinji body but the soul was a foreigner'

'A threat? Hmm, let us test him, he looks harmless'

With that Zeltrech greet the young man

"Ah son, did you want to buy Playstation 2 too?" Seeing the look of confusion in the young man eyes give Zeltrech a sense of satisfaction

"I am a fan of Sony this PS2, I think this gaming system will become a legend in the future," I said while showing the newly bought PS2 'Afterall I already seeing it become a legend"

Finally, a look of recognition flashed in the Seaweed eyes "Zeltrech!"

"Haha as expected of otherworlder like you can discover who am I in a single glance" I grinned but inwardly I prepare for any attack. 'He is tense seeing me, it seems he think I judging him, well that's good that means he is not a threat. Afterall if he is a threat he will not care for my judgment'

'Just in case, let us check his strength' with that The Second [Operation of Parallel World] manifested

'Each time I explained my ability I always giving it the basic ability, the power to travel between parallel worlds. Usually, I just use it for pranks like switching someone mind with their counterpart that walking using hand or worse.'

'Of course, I always make sure there is no harm in my prank, at best they are mentally scared.'

'But the power of The Second was more than that.'

'Parallel world was a world born because difference or butterfly effect, it was a world that literally born thanks to 'what if' question.'

' Even if the parallel world has a difference they have one thing that always the same. Just like a giant tree that have many branches they have the same root'

'The Beginning, it always starts with a Big Bang. If the big bang lasts more 10 seconds than it supposed to, it turned into a world where everyone is a magical pony. If the big bang ended 10 seconds faster than it supposed to, it turned into a world where people born as talking duck, talking mouse, talking dog, or any talking animal.'

'Just a small difference but it literally makes different worlds'

'If the earth born 10 seconds slower a complete normal universe is born, if it born 10 seconds faster extraterrestrial lifeform outside earth will be born, it depending on how many materials that forming earth it can become a universe with a young boy with a green watch or universe where you get bitten by spider giving you power, or universe with a city with a bat vigilante.'

'The possibility was endless but as a tree, there is a seed. There is a civilization before big bang…that was another can of worm.'

'Anyway, The Second give me the power to check every 'what if' either it already happen or not'

And then it happened too quickly, Zeltrech checking the 'what if' the current Shinji Matou in front of becoming a threat against this world

With that Zeltrech saw…a mountain of corpses. Either it Gods, Humans, Demons piled into a single mountain. There is no wound in every single corpse except a swollen face.

Heck, even Ultimates One or the various Types was among the corpse.

In that single moment, Zeltrech feels a cold sweat. The young man in front of him absolutely can't be given reason to become a THREAT.

"Haha it seems you are a young man with good moral" Zeltrech give the best fake smile that he can do to cover his fear "and you are quite strong"

The young man looks confused "You know how strong am I?"

"I just see a potential future where you fight with full power" Zeltrech smirked finally calmed down "my sight is more reliable than divination"

The young man shows a genuine curiosity "if you can see potential future why did you not change the future of you becoming a vampire?"

'Ah this question again…normally I evade answering it but for this young man I will answer it'

"Young man, you know this world revolves around concept right?" Zeltrech explained

The young man nodded understanding "I know about that"

"Than you know about that there being that didn't have a human concept, like the moon incarnation, because the moon of this world didn't have the concept of magic they didn't have magic, the being from mercury didn't have the concept of death, they can't die " Zeltrech explained "The problem is there is being out there that have concept can't be killed/harmed by native or human"

The young man shocked hearing the information "But isn't the chance for being like that finding earth was low?"

"Don't forget young man, I am the holder of The Second. I already experiencing every 'what if' situation making me more bored than anything. Maybe for you the chance only 0.0000001% but for me it always 100%" I said seriously

The young man can only stare Zeltrech with new kind of respect

"Anyway young man, here my communicator" Zeltrech give the young man a phone that clearly too advanced for the year 2000 "with this you can contact every Zeltrech for the world you visited"

"Thank you Zeltrech" the young man pocketed the phone "Are your appearance always the same?"

Zeltrech waved his hand "This is my form for my every incarnation in Nasuverse, outside that I always have different form and name"

'Nasu…that was the name of the being that makes the difference in this part of parallel word '

"Anyway young man, I need to help my alternate establishing an academy, any suggestion for its name?" I said as of handed comment

"You are establishing an academy?" the young man eyes widened "Its an honor for me to help naming it but can you tell me what is the academy teaching?"

'What kind of people will the academy teaching? Even my alternate still not thought about that…seeing the monstrous young man in front of me, I got an idea.'

With that Zeltrech communicate with his alternate, and they agree to make an academy for monstrous talent.

"I will train people with monstrous talent" Zeltrech smirked

"Monstrous talent…monster…how about naming it Shrek?" the young man suggested

"Shrek academy…not bad" Zeltrech satisfied with that he is gone…and back to his office.

"At least it was better than that alternate world naming sense"
