"It feels like I have thrown back in time" Shinji enjoying the environment "the air not dirty like in the year 2020, it kinda makes sense, afterall it still the year 2000"

"Isn't I am born around this time in the past life?" Shinji was in deep thought "maybe I can meet my baby self if visit this world version of my country? Afterall aside from Fuyuki there is no much difference in the mundane world"

'Old man, bringing walking cane, red eyes (potentially a vampire), I can't sense him that means he also a magic-user.' Shinji eyes turned bright 'there is only one person that matches the criteria!'

Shinji tensed, ready to fight anytime, Zeltrech was a weird individual, at the height of power he kills the incarnation of the moon (Type-Moon) because he didn't like him, have an obsession with magical girls, a troll, prankster, and an ally of humanity.

Like Shinji, Zeltrech was a Magician, Zeltrech possesses The Second [Operation of Parallel World], that magic literally can control Space-Time a miracle that no human can reach. Also if the user is inexperienced they literally will be forced to endure infinite culture at once making anyone that tries to learn it insane.

If Zeltrech deemed Shinji a threat to humans, Zeltrech will fight Shinji without hesitation. Shinji isn't worried will that he will lose in one on one fight but worried if Zeltrech dies the humanity of this world has one less protector. Afterall this world really needs its protector with all the hidden danger.

Fighting against Zeltrech is bothersome, if you are picking a fight against him that means you are picking a fight with infinite Zeltrech in ****verse. Surrounded by infinite old man…that was a scene straight-out nightmare. If that happens, Shinji knows [Connection to Root] or not, he will lose…even if Shinji wins, well, Shinji will be traumatized for the whole life.

Zeltrech keep staring at Shinji making Shinji really uncomfortable

"Haha it seems you are a young man with good moral" Zeltrech smile "and you are quite strong"

Shinji raised his brow "You know how strong am I?"

"I just see a potential future where you fight with full power" Zeltrech smirked "my sight is more reliable than divination"

Hearing that makes Shinji curious "if you can see a potential future why did you not change the future of you becoming a vampire?"

Shinji can only stare Zeltrech with a new kind of respect 'Too experience all of that but still becoming an ally of humanity, Zeltrech truly a patient person, If it was me I will straight out insane and lashes out at humanity'

"Anyway young man, here my communicator" Zeltrech giving Shinji a phone that clearly too advanced for the year 2000 "with this you can contact Zeltrech for the world you visited "

"Thank you Zeltrech" Shinji pocketed the phone "Are your appearance always the same?"

Zeltrech waved his hand "This is my form for my every incarnation in Nasuverse, outside that I always have different form and name"

"Anyway young man, I need to help my alternate establishing an academy, any suggestion for its name?"

"You are establishing an academy?" Shinji eyes widened "Its honor for me to help naming it but can you tell me what is the academy teaching?"

"I will train people with monstrous talent" Zeltrech smirked

"Monstrous talent…monster…how about naming it Shrek?" Shinji suggested

"Shrek academy…not bad" Zeltrech satisfied, with that he is gone…

"...he truly does what he pleases" Shinji muttered "let us check that apartment now"
