Apokalips

As soon as his voice fell, the tunnel finally came to an end and they found themselves in a very hot plain, all around them was nothing but weird fire pits and metal plates.

They couldn't understand what sort of place they were at but they knew that this was where their mission starts.

"Are you sure this is a good idea" Flash asked

"At the moment, we have no choice'

"The Ring tells me that this planet is nearly a million times bigger than Earth, we aren't enough to complete this mission" Hal said

Boom!! Boom!! Boom!!...

Several extremely loud booming sounds were heard as hundreds of boom tubes opened up in the sky above them and looking up, the team saw millions of Sentries flying out of them.

Batman seeing the Sentries gave a nod of approval since it seemed that Nathan had truly thought this mission through.

"It seems our humanoid computer is smarter than he looks" Hal said as a smile bloomed on his face unknowingly

"Lets move, the Sentries would distract any and all remaining defenses while we get our mission done" Batman said

As though obeying him, the sentries immediately flew out and spread themselves throughout the planet as they immediately began destroying all they saw.

"Aye!" Flash said as he zoomed out of the area and the others followed him.

They went around searching for as much information as they could with the suits acting as a translation device and for Hal, his ring took care of that job.

All three of them were incredibly fast as they combed through facility after facility in other to find their aim.

"I found one!" a voice said over the set up contact link

"We are coming over to your location, if you cant do anything then wait for our arrival" Batman called out as he immediately flew in this direction given to him

"God damn it, Why would someone create a planet that is nothing but firepits and metal?" Green lantern screamed into the comms

"Go ask Darkseid but I think I have found what Nathan was talking about?" Flash said

Yes, the group was on a mission on Apokalips and from the massive greeting party they had brought along, it was clear that this wasn't a stealth mission.

Sadly, Nathan didn't have a full map of Apokalips since the Parademons didn't have it so it was entirely up to the team to search and find what they were talking about.

Nathan had selected the three for various reason, Flash because of his speed and enhanced by Superman-level durability, he was unstoppable.

Batman because of his quick decision making and tactical mindset and finally Green lantern because he was one of the heavy hitters of the DC Universe.

Though that was if the hot-headed man could calm down and think things through.

After all the Green Lantern ring was called the most powerful weapon in all existence for a reason but even then it still depends on the person using said weapon.
