23 Council meeting end

Following the closure of meeting, Lady Chiyo was annoyed but could only sigh and say to herself

'This is how much time i can buy for you, Gaara, I wish you good luck'

Baki was still questioning why Rasa the Kazakage had shifted everything concerning Gaara to Lady Chiyo.

But in Rasa's mind, his personality had quickly taken an eighty-degree turn for Gaara, from 'Gaara is an experiment that needs to be controlled or eliminated' to 'Gaara may be our hidden card; we need to tender him well while we can'

Rasa seemed to be afraid of an impending doom for him.

Meanwhile, Gaara, while on the sick bed recovering, was with Shukaku, who was busy lecturing him about how he could have avoided all that happened.

Gaara found another weakness of his: experience.

Gaara had little to no experience in real-life combat situations, and his training was so focused on taijutsu, which he was still poor at, that he was not yet experienced enough with ninjutsu.

Though that was the reason for the academy, it still did not serve his purpose of garnering experience; if only he had gotten into the Ninja ranks, then it would be better.

still training inside with Shukaku and learning his flaws, not knowing that the academy has just unofficially made Gaara a genin.

A week later, after Gaara was up and running in the infirmary, Lady Chiyo had already prepared herself to take Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari out as their sensei and show them the ninja world, as this was their first mission.

Well, she didn't plan on escorting them on a massive C-rank mission, but she did want to see their expertise, so she brought them to the training ground and tested their skills.

Although they were children, if taken lightly, youll probably regret it for a long time.

After a lot of observation, she found out that Gaara on his own was a powerhouse and used his ability to manipulate sand to attack, defend, and trap his opponents. She also found out that he was quite decisive depending on the situation.

Temari, on the other hand, was a wind-style strategist who mostly uses a fan, whom Rasa, her father, gave her for long-range attacks, and has a rough tongue better used for antagonizing her opponents.

Kankuro on the other hand didnt have much of a pattern of fighting so he used mostly poison and underhanded techniques which prompted lady Chiyo to give him a puppet as a gist to assist in his fighting style, though she didnt want to, she had to, these were the sand siblings and she wanted to believe they would be better.

Kankuro in particular had the overbearing feeling of an elder brother, and so he took up the responsibility of catering to his younger brother and not being left behind in terms of power and authority.

This then settled her mind as she found no problems in team sand siblings, Moving on, she accustomed them on being genin along with the do's and don'ts.
