Seeing not a single student raise their hand for questions, a pleased smile appeared on Gojo's face. I must admit, seeing him smile like that with his blindfold currently on like that weirded me out a bit.

He had good reason to wear that blindfold though.

It acted as a limiter to his eyes, which were, not a surprise, very special to those who had normal eyes. It was akin to the Rinnegan in Naruto. It was called the Six Eyes, and it allowed Gojo to read and perceive Cursed Energy to his natural ability. If elements existed, it would give him control over all the elements, I'd take it.

It also granted him precise control over techniques he can cast, regardless of what it was. It went hand-in-hand with his other unique skill, which was called Limitless. Limitless consumed insane amounts of Cursed Energy upon each activation.

By using the Six Eyes, he could essentially input and control the amount of Cursed Energy spent down to precisely to the minute digit.

A technique that, as a martial artist, I would gladly accept.

Having the ability to precisely control Cursed Energy would no doubt be a blessing for me once I get that energy unlocked. I bet those eyes could read attack inputs like no tomorrow too.

Unfortunately, it was a luxury that I couldn't afford, even with my newfound wealth.

After all, much like other special techniques, it was inherited. Meaning that only people of the Gojo family could use it.

But there is an upside to that. Considering my current position, MCU and other science-oriented worlds like To-Love Ru were added into the mix, so theoretically, it was possible to create serums. I could only shudder at the possibility of making a serum of Gojo's caliber.

DBZ's technology could likely replicate it. But out of To Love Ru, DBZ, and the MCU, should I seek out Bulma? MCU was currently out of the question. Sure, I was just a normal human like everyone else, but I could easily be misconceived as a mutant or superhuman.

And unless To-Love Ru's story kicked off, I currently do not have the means to travel offworld presently. Sure, getting acquainted with the characters of To-Love Ru was a start, but it was just that.

To really kick it off, I need the first princess of Deviluke to 'flee' from her planet, and find Planet Earth. A girl who went by the name Lala.

And a side note to add to that, her lineage were rulers of the galaxy we were presently in. Should I get acquainted with her, that could offer protection from other threats outside of Earth, if I decided to pursue that route. I don't know how much influence the DBZ realm had on Planet Deviluke, hopefully not a lot, if any at all.

But in the meantime, I'm planning on sticking closer to home. My stats did a full reset so I'm basically starting from scratch. I did have Baki's memory, his body, and more importantly, his muscle memory, so even if I'm weak presently, I hope my body will do most of the moving until my brain starts registering the process easier in the meantime.

Increasing my WIS stat should help with that.

As for my other stats, picking fights was out of the question. At least for this week, I should focus solely on improving them, so if I need to hit the gym I will. Since that was on my mind, I decided to ask Aura another question.

'Say Aura, can you describe the variations of the stats that were given to me? Outside of LUC, mine are all presently 1.]

[Of course, Master. To put it bluntly you are weak.]

Hearing Aura's voice call that out so straightforward like that, I paused.

'I know. To be honest with what happened back at the house, I'm surprised I'm even left standing. Yujiro's arrival wasn't within expectation.', I uttered to myself.

[I would even call it a miracle that you are still left standing, Master. It is likely Yujiro Hanma figured something out with you and didn't go in for the killing blow. If you want my recommendation, you should only focus on improving your stats during the duration of this week, and nothing more. Presently, your stats are equivalent to that of a newborn infant.] Aura explained to me.

'Yikes. If I didn't possess Baki's body during that time, I likely would have died. But if my stats are all presently 1, then why could I move like that on the way to class?', I wondered.

[As you have previously presented, Master, that was Baki's muscle memory taking over. Thankfully it was only for a short burst. If it was for a longer period of time, you would likely be experiencing severe fatigue, or even have fallen unconscious. The ki within your body was exhausted as a result. Have another look at your condition, Master.]

When Aura said that, I decided to have another look at my status screen, at my health and Ki specifically.

HP: 25/100

Ki: 0/10

Sure enough, just like Aura said, I really was exhausted of my ki. I didn't feel any sensations of my body during that time though. Maybe I didn't know what ki feels like yet?

[Your present condition may not be at its best right now, Master. However, do not forget you are a martial artist now. There are many different forms of meditation and healing practices you can research. Those should help improve your natural healing ability.]

'I see. What would it look like if it was the stats of a normal human adult?', I decided to ask.

[A normal human's lifetime would be equivalent to ten, Master. It is harder to judge from there onward, but it wouldn't be surprising to see true caliber martial artists easily reaching the one thousand or ten thousands.] Aura explained.

I wonder what Yujiro Hanma's stars would look like then...perhaps even the hundred thousands? Or even millions?

A cold sweat trickled down my spine seeing as I was at death's door just earlier this morning.

I really was thankful that it didn't escalate further.

[Do not fret, Master. You will gain some stats during school. It may seem like quests in your eyes, but as long as they are actions you have achieved with your own effort. Triggering stat gains are a result of said possibility. Studying subjects on related matters could trigger unique stat gains, benefits along those lines. Unless certain scenarios are met, the only way you can get experience is through fighting.]

'So they're basically quests.', I retorted Aura.

[It will be up to you to perceive them as such, Master. You will get no fancy names or notifications or anything along those lines. If you complete a certain action, you may get rewarded for it. For now, I will suggest that you study during this first hour of class before the Entrance Ceremony begins. Unless that teacher of yours has anything else to say.]

Well that works for me anyway. They won't come with rewards or anything like Quests usually give, like items and such. If I complete certain actions, I could see my stats get boosted.

Figured I should place my planning on hold for the moment. It was a good first step, but I need to take my baby steps first. Improving my stats. From there, I could consider venturing out.

My gaze landed on Gojo-sensei again. During this moment of silence I kept to myself, his happy smile remained, seeing no student raise an issue after he gave us the schedule we will be having going forward.

"Good. It seems no one is in objection to what you guys will be studying for the next year. It will mostly cover the basics of compulsory education. Should you not get held back and go up a grade or two, you can dive into more specialized classes, depending on what you want to become in the future. That helps students, especially the seniors, decide which Uni they want to attend.", Gojo-sensei explained.

Right...

It wasn't like the United States where getting into college depended on one's average grade. The higher the grade, the easier it was to get in. Known as Grade Point Average, or GPA or for short.

No matter where one went here in Japan, it was entrance exams, entrance exams, and entrance exams. Didn't pass? Try again next year. One shot, and one result.

And God accidentally killed me before I even started my first day at Tokyo U. I did pass that entrance exam, but seeing as I'd be spending the next three years here at Sainan High, I wonder if I should make that my target again?

As I thought that, I heard Gojo-sensei continue to speak.

"So with that said, it doesn't look like any of you have any further announcements. We will proceed with a round of introductions. Before that though I will say one thing to you all.", Gojo-sensei suddenly called out, drawing our attention. With my eyes on him, I saw Gojo-sensei pull his arm toward his chest. His hand formed a fist and let his thumb point at his chest.

"And that is I am the strongest. Do not forget that. As much as I welcome challenges, if you decide to challenge me no matter what it may be, you will get thrown out of my class. That is my rule here.", Gojo-sensei declared, causing me to squint my eyes a bit.

'The strongest there is...', I uttered to myself. More than half of the class blinked their eyes hearing that declaration of his, while the rest just showed confusion. Even a few tried to laugh it off. I looked over to Yuji, he had a look of disbelief in his eyes. I wonder, have the two gotten acquainted with each other yet?

I would like to joke about Gojo-sensei's remark but I can't.

He ACTUALLY has the strength to back it up. He wasn't considered one of the strongest cast of characters in Jujutsu Kaisen for no reason.

Yeah nope, getting a blood sample for a future serum was out of the question for me. I ain't looking to get myself killed.

That did pose a question though.

Who would be better in a one on one fight, Gojo-Sensei or Yujiro?

The possibilities began to rise up in my mind as I continued to look at Gojo-sensei making weird gestures with his hand trying to explain his situation to the rest of the students.

As I was lost in my thoughts, Yui glanced her eyes my way, only to raise them slightly ajar. My eyes shifted from Gojo-sensei to the window, letting me get a good luck at the courtyard below, enjoying the cool breeze, pretending to ignore the teacher's antics before studies began...
