Ch 47 : Buggy Bomb

From the sides, Two pirates appeared with swords in their hands and tried to stab Seth at the same time yet from different directions.

But Observation Haki was just a cheat.

Without them even being there, Seth had already known where they would try to attack him.

The brush on his hand moved once again, and an earth wall appeared right next to him, blocking the two attacks.

There were about 10 pirates left. They surrounded him from all directions and looked at him with killing intent.

"Just give up! You have nowhere to run to. If you give up, I will be kind and try to persuade Captain Buggy to recruit you! " Richie tried to persuade Seth.

Until now, the Dragon had not moved once again. But he knew if the Dragon was to move, they would be the one that was decimated.

His only choice was either to kill Seth before the dragon moves or to persuade him to stop. But after that first attempt, it seems that the first option was no longer feasible for them.

"Usually, I don't like killing, but you guys are just too much.. " Seth said as he no longer want to have anything to do with these pirates.

For those bastard pirates, Seth would no longer have mercy.

Just with a snap of his hand, the Dragon moved. And in a mere second, before anyone could react, almost all of them were thrown away as they were swept by the dragon tail.

Their ribs were fractured, and there was a lot of internal injuries. It would be a miracle if they were to survive this incident.

"You…, " Richie was surprised by what he had just witnessed.

He was the only one that survived the attack of the Dragon, but it was not because he was stronger than the other. It was because Seth still needed him to do something.

With a wave of Seth's hand, the brush turned into a sword, and before he knows, Seth appeared in the air, only a half-meter away from Richie's head. His sword was placed right on his neck.

" I need you to bring me to your Captain."

"....."

A few minutes later, Richie finally brought Seth into a place where he could observe Buggy Pirate securely.

Here, he thought Seth would at least let him go. But Seth was obviously not that kind.

The one standing in front of him was a notorious pirate, and he didn't know what he might do to the civilians if he was to be let go so quickly.

Seth broke his four limbs, and after throwing him to a place where no one would see him, he proceeded to observe the Buggy pirate.

About a kilometer away, standing on a high platform. There was a group of pirates. In the middle stood one pirate with a height of 196 cm. He had the captain hat, a rounded red nose, blue hair, and some tattoos on his face, he looked like a circus clown, but Seth was very familiar with this face.

" Buggy…"

To be honest, if he could, Seth didn't really want to have anything with Buggy.

This guy had a connection to Red Hair Shank, and he was a bit afraid that Shanks would come and get some revenge in case Seth really killed Buggy.

Not to be a hypocrite, Seth knew that with his current Strength, Shanks could easily kill him just with a snap of his finger.

But just as Seth thought nothing could go south from here, he suddenly saw something which made his face frown.

In the middle of the pirate group, a beautiful woman with the orange hair was chained to the ground, and right in front of her was a big cannon.

Nami!??? What the heck is she doing here?

Seth couldn't think of any reason why Nami was able to be caught by Buggy. Nonetheless, it was not the time to think. He just could not let Nami be killed here.

Without wasting any more time, Seth quickly scribbled Ao as he jumped right on top of Ao to fly onto the platform.

"Captain Buggy, we are ready now " said one of the pirates.

"I know. Let's stop wasting my time here. Go and prepare the Buggy Bomb," Buggy ordered his man while keeping his eye on Nami. Just now, this little thief was about to steal his treasures, and it had made him furious.

Buggy's underling came along with a cannonball which had a clown drawing. He went to a nearby cannon and put the bomb inside.

"Shoot," Buggy ordered, and his man nodded. He lit up the cannon, and then the cannonball flew toward Nami.

Here, Nami closed her eyes as she was ready to face her death.

There were so many regrets on her mind.

From her village, Nojiko and even… Seth.

The last name was a guy that she had made recently. But the warmth that he had brought had touched her heart, and only now that she realize he had meant a lot more to her than she thought.

" Everyone, I'm sorry… Seth, if we could meet in our next life, then I.."

The second the cannonball left the cannon, it brought a massive momentum that shocked the surrounding.

Buggy Cannon itself was a bomb that could destroy half a town, and there's no way someone so frail like Nami could survive this.

But here, something shocking happened.

Just when Nami thought she would die now, the explosion occurred, but it didn't pose any harm to her.

The surprised Nami opened her eyes a bit, only to see a wide back of that person that was standing right in front of her as if going to give her all the protection and warm from all her misery.

" You don't need to worry anymore. Because I am here!"
