I'm Not The Protagonist (Naruto fic)

Suddenly I awoke in the arms of a beautiful red-headed woman that I instantly recognized. I knew I was somehow reincarnated into the world of naruto. I steeled myself and endured the pain and solitude, all to prepare for the inevitable future I would have to face. But then, everything changed when the truth was thrust into my face. I'm not the protagonist. --- This is an AU with some minor changes that end up affecting things in a major way down the line. The MC may do things you don't agree with or find stupid, but I will say, there is a reason for everything. Not everything she and others have planned will be shown on screen immediately. The MC is not perfect and, by nature, is a person that thinks about the long term more than the short term at times. This sometimes gets her into trouble.
