Viktor was sitting on Tony's couch with a white suit shirt, rolled up sleeves, black suit pants, and black dress shoes.

Kikoku was lying next to him and he was smoking while holding a phone to his ear.

He took a drag and exhaled, saying "Little bear, I'll be back tomorrow morning the earliest."

Viktor was so shocked, his phone flew into the air and he scrambled to catch it, slamming his palms on the phone and letting out a breath of relief before turning around and saying "Really! Don't you know not to sneak up on people?!"

Natalie giggled and said "You weren't paying attention, I even called you 5 times." Viktor rubbed his nose and said "I was dealing with company things, you know… Business." Natalie nodded and said "I totally get it. I tell my business partners I love them all the time."

Then she clicked her tongue and said "Sometimes even 100 times." as she leaned against the wall and crossed her arms with a teasing smile.

Viktor blushed and stuffed his phone in his pocket, picking up Kikoku as he said sharply "Hey, what does a single dog like you know?" Natalie's face turned ugly and Viktor patted her shoulder from behind, squeezing a little as he chuckled "Who isn't jealous? Have you seen my wife? I'm the luckiest man alive. Even if I had to shout out 'I love you' 1000 times at the top of my lungs in front of the world, I would."

Natalie replied stiffly "She's very lucky then…" Viktor looked at her and patted her shoulder saying "Nat. I hope you find someone someday too…" as swiped his fingers on her neck and whispered "I can solve your problem."

Natalie shivered and turned around sharply to see Viktor walking away with Kikoku on his neck and his hand waving over his shoulder, saying "But you'll have to pay~ Hehe~"

Natalie stared at his back and bit her nails, shouting "How did you know?!" Viktor chuckled "I'm the best Doctor in the world, Tony didn't tell you?" before disappearing around the corner, leaving Natalie in a daze.

Viktor came to Tony's room and took out his kit saying "Hey… I can give you an extra 4% of life." Tony turned to him and asked "Maybe I should cancel the party?" Viktor looked at him and replied "Would you?"

Tony fell silent and Viktor pointed to the bed, pulling a chair with him as he continued "I'll try and keep you alive, just don't go too crazy. Drink less, live more, understand?"

Tony laid on the bed with his shirt off and Viktor sat next to him, putting needles in his body as Tony spoke "I just don't know what to do. If this was your last Birthday, how would you spend it?"

Viktor joked, "Hand over your company to your doctor." Tony said "I'm serious." Viktor pursed his lips before smiling extremely softly as he said "I would act outrageously and push everyone away from me so that they don't feel bad that I'm dead. Die alone without making everyone who loves you sad…"

He paused and chuckled, "But that's just me. Don't listen to my nonsense. Just do what you want, don't over do it…" he turned slightly serious and warned "And do NOT overuse the suit!"

Tony stared at the ceiling silently as Viktor cleaned up the poisoned blood from the silver needles quietly. The two were silent and the eavesdropper next to the door was silent as well.

Viktor took out the needles and wiped them with a cloth, saying "Check." Tony sat up and checked his blood, saying "83%... It's 6% lower than before." Viktor sighed and shook his head, "Not enough."

Tony smiled slightly, saying "You tried your best." Viktor looked at Tony saying "I won't let you die so you don't have to worry about it. They don't call me the best Doctor in the World for nothing."

Tony chuckled and pointed out, "They don't call you that at all, so…" Viktor's face turned black and he said angrily "How do you know!?" as he took his things and walked out of the room.

He turned and saw Natalie walking towards the room, holding a box of watches. Viktor glanced at her and curled his lips, passing right by her and going to wash his needles.

A while later

Viktor was sitting at the bar, sipping on a drink as he watched Tony make a fool of himself in the Iron Man suit. He smiled and said "He never listens." Natalie was wearing a leopard print dress as she smiled behind the bar, leaning on it with her elbows "You expected him to?"

Viktor rested his cheek on his fist and his ankle on his knee as he held Kikoku on his lap, replying "Maybe a little… By the way, didn't anyone ever tell you it's impolite to eavesdrop?"

Natalie smiled and retorted "You didn't close the door." Viktor rolled his eyes and sipped his drink, retorting "If I was having sex with the door open would you watch?" Natalie froze and Viktor chuckled "Same principle."

She paused and asked "How did you know?" Viktor pointed at Kikoku and asked "Do you think I have a sword for no reason?" Natalie fell silent and the duo watched Tony fire a repulsor beam at a champagne bottle.

Viktor sighed and said "How much you think that bottle was worth?" Natalie's lips twitched and she said "At least 500$..." Viktor shook his head and sighed again.

A little lady carried a watermelon from god knows where and threw it in the air.

Viktor smacked his lips and said in awe "How did she throw a watermelon up that high? Fuck! Is she Captain America?!" Natalie looked at him with a funny look and he said strangely "Don't look at me like that, look at her, she's smaller than you! The world is really spectacular…"

He paused and muttered "I wonder what her insides look like…" while rubbing his chin with interest, Natalie shivered and shuffled away from him. Viktor looked at her speechlessly and said angrily "I was just saying!"

Natalie nodded "Right, right!" Viktor sighed and said in a bad mood "Forget it… Can you get me another drink?" Natalie pursed her lips teasingly "Another Amaretto Sour, princess?"

Viktor turned green and shouted "Do you have something against me, woman!?" Natalie just laughed, asking "Do you also want a straw?" Viktor picked up Kikoku with a blushing face as Natalie held her stomach, laughing.
