114 Pulling Kisuke into the Illuminati

A blonde man in a white and green hat smiled, "Hello, how can I help you?" Viktor still wasn't over it and said expressionlessly "Kisuke Urahara, you should realize that this isn't your original world."

Kisuke's expression condensed and he said flatly "Well, I could've told you that… Who are you?" Viktor replied expressionlessly "The person responsible." Kisuke hummed "Maybe I should end you right here then?"

Viktor pinched in front of him and caught a blade that suddenly appeared as he said plainly, "You can never go back. The Soul Society and Hueco Mundo also came with you. As well as everyone else. Your worlds have merged essentially. This place is a lot more dangerous than your previous world."

Viktor reached out his other hand behind him and caught a baseball bat as he continued expressionlessly "Let's not talk about if you even can kill me or not, I want you to let the Soul Society know that you need to integrate as quickly as possible. Humans aren't going to be normal humans for very long."

Kisuke waved and took back his sword asking seriously "What does that mean?" Viktor replied, "I induced a serum to Mutate Humans all over the world 2 years ago. They are slowly changing and evolving, transforming into super powered individuals."

Kisuke nearly collapsed as he stared at Viktor in shock, unable to even think of the words to reply.

Viktor continued "This is first of, beyond my control, secondly necessary. Recently half the universe was wiped out of existence. If Earth wants to survive it has to evolve. Magic, Superpowers, Highly Advanced Technology, Aliens, Spaceships, etc. All these things exist already, adding Hollows isn't good for anyone. Luckily, it's only an Earth problem and it can make it stronger…"

He paused and added "Well, out of control Hollows. The ones in Hueco Mundo should be alright. Also, Reiatsu has directly evolved the planet we live on. The concentration of Reiatsu will continue to increase in the coming years until it finally saturates." He grabbed Kisuke and said "The rest will be discussed with the other people in charge."

Kisuke asked, "Where we going?" Viktor said simply "The place that governs the world in secret." before disappearing.

Viktor teleported Kisuke to the floating HQ, renamed Illuminati House.

Viktor created the Illuminati and the members were him, Tony, T'Challa, Steve, Medusa, Wong, and Erik.

Viktor had no qualms about it. The world needed someone to watch over it and the job wasn't very hands on, so he decided to create it.

Medusa was the current leader of the Inhumans after her husband was snapped away. Her power was controlling her extremely long hair. She was pretty powerful despite sounding lame. Her hair was extremely tough and strong.

Viktor gave her the Seimei Kikkan booklet and she upgraded herself.

Kisuke was stunned at all the information he was given as well as all the technology he was shown.

In the end, he joined the Illuminati as well.

For Kisuke this was great fun!

He found out so many new things and even improved some of his own ideas, sharing his own information but found out that it was unnecessary…

He was handed a complete collection of the entire Bleach series.

Everyone looked at Viktor, whose expression was completely flat and emotionless. He simply said "That's your future and past. If there's nothing else, I'll be going." before teleporting away.

Kisuke held the tower of books, asking strangely "Is he always like that?"

Tony sighed and replied "He wasn't. He used to be very cheerful." Erik added with a laugh "He was also a normal person at one point." Kisuke was startled and asked what happened.

Tony sighed again, "His daughter was snapped along with half the universe. Since then, he's been like this." Kisuke froze and sighed "I see… Well, if there's nothing else…" Tony and the rest sent him back before leaving themselves.

Kisuke read all the books and was stunned directly, not really believing it…

Until he inadvertently was caught up in the plot…

In the 4th year, Tony established a base on the moon and connected it with Hex Gates.

Kisuke was also given a Hex Gate but didn't really care for it too much. The Soul Society had their own ways.

He did appreciate Wong's exchange!

The new magic gave him many ideas about his own spells. He exchanged information as Wong basically was the Magic leader on Earth, responsible for all magical information. The Soul Reaper's Kido and Hado techniques were recorded in Kamar-Taj and the duo developed a way to use Reiatsu the same as normal magic.

But also how to use magic without a sling ring!

This was normal as Tony and Viktor could do it without a sling ring anyway…

Sling rings were old news!

New news was that the rate of human evolution was increasing quickly, along with the amount of Hollows. The world was changing fast and people weren't exactly ready for it.

SWORD and the Illuminati were though.

All criminals were proven guilty through the use of Zola's algorithm. The dead Nazi was finally of use.

Although it was a bit out of date, Tony fixed it and updated it.

They monitored the people that Zola's Algorithm deemed threats and it was 70% effective in finding criminals before they appeared.

They proved it through experience, waiting for people to snap and unleash their powers for their own desires.

Though, they never moved on them until they committed a heinous crime.

Prisons were upgraded to hold normal criminals with powers, introducing nullifying cuffs that canceled most superpowers. For the truly evil criminals that went on a killing spree or other crimes of that magnitude, they were sent to the Abyss and never heard from again.

Frankly speaking, you couldn't even break INTO the Abyss, let alone break out…

They were extremely tough on crime.

Nobody was spared.

First of all, the Illuminati were all superheroes. You couldn't bribe them, it was impossible.

Even if someone was bribed, would Steve agree?

Definitely not.

Any government from anywhere who tried to do something evil and sneaky was instantly captured and interrogated. If it was a problem, they were replaced.

So really, although there were countries, there weren't really leaders.

After all, if someone starts a war a lot of people die and they had enough deaths.

As for the UN…

What did they amount to?

The new UN was the Illuminati.

Don't worry about those other fools.

Don't need 'em!

Though nobody really knew because it was a secret.

SWORD was very good at creating accidents, so the only thing people knew was that the world was changing strangely.

Viktor got only 2 tickets this year…

Viktor gave the Force to Emma before giving her the Lightsaber and its blueprints.

He copied them and then sent them to Tony. Emma had no time to research it so she gave the lightsaber to Tony as well.

Then the fifth year rolled around.

Nothing really changed drastically.

Everything was relatively peaceful.

The population noticed that something was going on as more people they knew were mutating as well as there being less and less ugly people…

Even news channels covered it, thinking that it was the after effects of the snap.

It was even difficult to find an ugly person!

Everyone on Earth's average appearance improved drastically. Most people were not bad looking and the rest were very appealing to the eyes.

Soon it became normal again as they accepted the fact that ugly people just didn't exist anymore.

Everyone was much happier. There was even less crime…

Tony was helpless as Viktor had added it in on his own, though he was pleased as well. No one liked ugly things.

Even the Hulk after merging with Banner and becoming Hulk Banner looked pretty good.

Noticeably, comic books started up again and they boomed directly.

There were tons of them.

Viktor just released everything he had… In addition, all his emotions were vented through the pages of manga, comic books, animes, everything he could get his hands on.

His little girls were 5 years old this year…

The little beauties were very silly and cute, everyday Viktor was reminded of Lilith.

He somewhat couldn't handle it…

He almost couldn't even look at them despite loving them in his heart.

He felt immense guilt only looking at them. The kind of guilt that just wouldn't go away. Emma cared deeply for the girls and the little angels were very happy, not knowing that their cold father wasn't truly cold.

They were more attached to Emma…

This also made Viktor sad.

Which resulted in all forms of maga, comic, and anime being created.

It was everywhere.

An orange haired guy in Japan was scratching his head as he read about… well, himself!

Somehow, even the people in the Soul Society got their hands on their own Manga…

They were stunned and there was chaos for a time…

How do you deal with knowing your entire future, even death?

Well you try to change it, of course!

As a result there were disturbances everyday.

But Viktor didn't care about them at all.

Only going through the motions every single day.

Wake up, eat, teach, go home, draw, sleep, repeat.

He was like a zombie!

Though he calmed down recently and became more gentle than cold.

He accidentally met Byakuya Kushiki on the street one day.

It was a very surreal feeling…

Byakuya felt a soul reaper, hollow, and quincy all at once from this guy.

He didn't say anything and released his shikai.

Viktor copied him directly and Byakuya was sluggish before leaving in doubt…

Then Kisuke told him not to worry about Viktor, that guy was a special existence…

The months passed and Viktor only got 1 ticket.

Viktor sent them to Tony through teleportation and forgot about it.

Most of the things from the system were useless to him but useful for the world itself.

He walked on the street with a satchel, in a suit without a tie and jacket, as he went to work at the university.

He returned to class and started teaching.

There were significantly different people now.

Most of them were powered people only some of them were normal still.

Everyone was different, some people didn't have abilities at all but they still went on with their lives.

Viktor taught the same lessons like a robot.

As he was teaching people suddenly started appearing.

Popping into existence just like that!

Where people were before, the person who was standing there was blasted out of the way and a new person appeared.

Viktor froze and everyone was confused.

Viktor's eyes brightened for the first time in 5 years as he looked at the ground next to him anxiously.
