New friend, Natalie!
Tony walked off the stage from the opposite side of Viktor and Happy, checking something with a device in his hands. He also had a grim expression on his face as he looked at it.
Viktor pursed his lips and said "Let's go." Happy looked at him and nodded before they left through the back.
Viktor and Happy came out near Tony and waved at him.
Tony walked over, smiling "How was it? Nice?" Viktor replied while waving his hand, grinning "So-so. The girls were a nice touch." Tony chuckled and grabbed the coat from Happy, replying "I was going to give them real repulsors. Unfortunately, too much paperwork."
Viktor pursed his lips and said "You're crazy." Tony just laughed and replied "You finally understand me, good job!" Viktor rolled his eyes and Happy said "You ready? We're going."
Tony chuckled and said "Who's going to come near me with this guy holding a sword?" as he pointed his thumb at Viktor. Happy rolled his eyes and said "Well anyway, just be careful. You never know."
Viktor added by the side "Plus, I'm not your bodyguard…" they walked through the door as Tony replied with a smirk "You look like one." Viktor just rolled his eyes and hugged Kikoku as he followed him into the crowd.
Tony said "By the way… Looked at the thing you gave me." he whistled and smiled at a man, shaking his hand, saying "Thanks, you too." before continuing "Immensely useful by the way."
Viktor smirked and replied "Obviously. If it wasn't, why would I give it to you? Just for fun?" as he smiled and waved at the people who recognized him. Tony signed Iron Man posters as he said "Stay in school, kid." before replying "To test me? Do I look like a psychic? But I do have to thank you quite a bit. How about dinner and a show?"
All the while, smiling and talking to other people, signing autographs and receiving numbers from girls.
Viktor curled his lips and said "Does the 'show' involve the Ironettes?" Tony laughed as Happy pushed people aside seriously, Tony shook hands with an old man, saying "Thanks for your support, Larry." before smirking "Possibly, did one of them catch your eye?"
Viktor rolled his eyes and replied "I have a wife. I think she'll beat me to death if she found out. I'm quite scared of the consequences." Tony pouted and complained "You're no fun." before turning his attention to the car, asking "Does she come with the new model?"
Happy replied "I hope so." as the group walked over.
Tony smiled "Your name?" The woman smiled, "Marshal." Tony grinned "Irish, I like it." before getting in the car, asking "What are you doing later?" Marshal handed him a slip and said "Handing out subpoenas."
Tony clicked his tongue and said "I'm gonna need a raincheck on that dinner." Viktor rolled his eyes in the backseat, replying "Just don't get arrested and you'll have a chance." Tony let Happy take the subpoena and chuckled "Not planning on it. How far are we from D.C?"
Happy said "D.C? About 250 miles." Tony pursed his lips and drove off, leaving Marshal standing there with pursed lips.
A bit later
Viktor waved goodbye and Tony drove off as Viktor walked home on the stone path. He pressed on the gate and leaned forward.
A scanner appeared on his eye and Mars said "Welcome home, Sir." as the gate opened. Viktor loosened his tie and walked in, the gate closing behind him as he replied "Good to be back."
He suddenly paused and turned his head, saying with a chuckle "A mouse got in? Very brave." he grabbed the air and a man appeared in his hand. Viktor looked at him and asked with a smile "Do you have any last words, mouseman?"
The man shouted in shock "You're a Mutant?!" Viktor sighed and looked at him with pity, saying "Your last words on Earth are this… It's a shame, it wasn't exciting at all!"
He canceled the ROOM and crushed the man's neck before deploying the ROOM again, teleporting the man in an alley 3 blocks away.
Viktor rubbed his hands with a handkerchief and sighed calmly. Not phased at all.
Killing gangsters was almost a daily thing.
These damn retards really didn't know when to quit…
Viktor asked simply "Any witnesses, Mars?"
Mars replied "All civilians and life signs within a 3 mile radius are confirmed to have not seen the event, Sir." Viktor nodded and smiled saying "Excellent." as he walked to the door and rang the bell.
Emma opened the door with a sweet smile and Viktor flipped his palm, a bouquet of flowers appearing in his hands. Emma gasped and looked at him lovingly, Viktor smiled waving Kikoku to the sword rack as he said "Did you miss me?"
Emma took the flowers and kissed him, saying happily "Very much~" Viktor chuckled and walked inside, closing the door behind him.
Needless to say, what happened next was a wonderful thing.
The next day
Viktor was drawing in the Clinic, watching the news at the same time. It was showing Tony in court.
Tony said to Senator Stern, "I am Iron Man. The suit and I are one. To turn over the Iron Man suit would be to turn over myself, which is tantamount to indentured servitude or prostitution, depending on what state you're in."
Viktor snorted with a smile and shook his head.
Stern said "Well, look. I'm no expert-" Tony interrupted him saying "In prostitution? Of course not! You're a senator! Come on!" as he turned back to Pepper and grinned, making her roll her eyes.
Viktor chuckled and continued drawing as a patient walked in. Viktor went to tend to him as the broadcast continued…
Viktor came back after sending the patient away happily, just in time to see Justin Hammer make a fool of himself.
A few days later
Emma got a call from Pepper and screamed "Ahhhhh~! No way! Good for you, Pep! Oh my god, we need to celebrate~!" Viktor was sitting on the couch and nearly jumped into the ceiling in shock. He calmed down and patted his chest, taking a breath as he continued watching TV.
Nearly scared him to death!
Emma crossed her legs and gossiped on the couch, "So? What are you doing to celebrate?" Viktor flipped the channels quickly, trying to find something eye-catching…
Emma said in shock "Going to Monaco?! Wow! What?!" Viktor stopped flipping and turned to her as Emma replied with a troubled expression "I don't know, Pep. I don't want to impose…"
Viktor turned back to the TV and continued flipping.
Why was there nothing on TV.
He sighed to himself and wondered if he could get Inter-Dimensional TV from the system…
Emma looked tangled and asked "Are you sure? Well, I guess I could take a vacation from the school…" before sighing with a smile and adding "Alright, I'll come with you. When are you going?"
Viktor paused again and looked at Emma strangely, she waved at him with a glare as she said "2 days? So soon? Well since you already bought the tickets, I can't refuse anymore…"
She paused before asked strangely, "Girls night? With who? Natalie? Who's Natalie?"
2 days later
Viktor, Emma, Pepper, Tony, and Happy walked into a building that overlooked the Race Track.
Emma shook hands with 'Natalie' and smiled "You must be Natalie. Pepper told me so much about you. Emma Frost, nice to meet you." Natalie smiled and replied "Seems like I don't have to introduce myself anymore. Nice to meet you as well."
Pepper looked at Tony, who just chuckled. She rolled her eyes and smiled "Natalie."
Viktor, Tony, and Happy watched as the 3 girls went from strangers to acquaintances to best friends in 2 seconds.
Viktor rubbed his nose and said "Well." Tony coughed and looked at Viktor saying "My secretary, jealous?" Viktor curled his lips in amusement, replying "Not at all. I think Emma would flay my skin if I had such a secretary…"
Tony wrapped his arm around Viktor's shoulder, saying "Listen, I can teach you my ways, but you know it's gonna cost you…" Viktor looked over his shoulder and asked Happy "Did you pay?"
Happy coughed, replying "Only cost me 3 paychecks."
Viktor smiled wryly and walked with Tony to the bar as he advertised his dating seminar…
Viktor looked at the bartender saying "2- No, 3 Double Vodkas please." Tony clapped and said "We're partying, how come I didn't know?" Viktor retorted, "I'm gonna have to be drunk to listen to your nonsense."
He picked up 2 glasses and said "Happy." Happy took the drink and said "I don't usually drink on the job." Viktor drank his drink in one go, wiping his lips as he said "A single drink won't kill you."
Tony sipped his drink and said "Do you always carry that sword around? Making me nervous. Oh look, my least favorite person- Justin Hammer." Justin slapped Tony's shoulder, laughing "How you doing, Anthony! You're not the only rich guy here with a fancy car. Haha…"
