Internal Company Transformation
After removing Shao I-qi, Yang Ruoqian sat at his computer and opened the recently established internal company forum.
With the expansion of the company, it was clear that they couldn't attend to every single matter individually. The company forum was specifically created for employees to raise issues with their superiors.
If employees were dissatisfied with their workload, salary, vacation, or work arrangements, they could directly discuss it on the forum with their superiors, or even with Yang Ruoqian himself.
However, any unreasonable requests made by employees were promptly addressed by Yang Ruoqian.
