Hybrid in the hybrid universe (HPxMarvel)
Klaus always wanted to travel to a magical world, and experience how it feels to be able to use magic and have superpowers. When he wakes up in what looks like his old room,and is given chance to do just that. Only price is that he must make sure that his new world isn't destroyed by humans, mutants, wizards, crazy aliens and many others. While he is at it he should probably do something about all those animals that are going extinct, and that ice that is melting. What is newly created Hybrid to do,but give it his all. ----‐------‐---------------------------------------------------------------------- Mc is tasked with keeping Earth from being destroyed by humans,but at the same time he must let humans prosper,explore and be free. The story will concentrate a lot on magic and how it works while mc lives through human history. (Marvel × Harry Potter)and there might be some elements from DC. This is my first time writing, so constructive criticism is welcome. I am trying to get better at grammar as well as story writing. I noticed that everyone does this so I am going to do it too. I don't own anything except mc and some original characters this is a fanfiction everything else is owned by companies that own them. Author Note.....
So before I actually start with the story I wanted to explain somethings about my main character Klaus and Hybrid race.
First Hybrid race has it own powers and weaknesses that you will come to know through story. But some of the most impotent parts is there immortality( they can't die of old age or sickness, and are really hard to kill but they still can be killed, in this Klaus and Lilly are exception since they are originals(progenitors of the race).
Now we have seen how humans are turned into hybrids ,but there is part that might be confusing. After blood exchange when Klaus killes Lilly she isn't being resurrected ,or reanimated (she doesn't become undead) best way to explain it is to say that her body is being reborn as Hybrids
(this will be explained better when we in later chapters get into soul magic what are souls ,and what role they play in this story).
After there immortality comes there ability to change into two different forms of werecats first is Hybrid form(Half human half cat) and next one is there full cat form.
Hybrid also have super strength , super speed, super durability, super flexibility, super regeneration....you get the point ,but I am still not sure to what extent. I know that those physical ability will grow as Hybrid gets older, but I am not sure to what extent and how strong they can get I know it won't be to much .It is hard to get it right so you will probably notice there strength changing depending on what seems appropriate.
there are some other things about hybrids that you will see in time.
Now onto Klaus. Character Klaus and his powers I have already planned out. Important thing to understand is that Klaus won't be getting any new abilities that weren't already given to him when that seed was absorbed by his soul(Also I almost forgot to mention but some powers that Klaus has don't have anything to do with him being a hybrid meaning that on top of what comes with him being a hybrid he has some other abilities). I won't be telling you what his powers are although you probably noticed one of them. Main thing is he will be powerful after learning how to use what was given to him ,but he won't be able to do something ridiculous like defeat army of celestials or something equally ridiculous.
I would rather see him and Lilly using their wit to win fights and only when they have to resort to row power they do so. This is were magic comes into play.
I don't want to make magic something that after they learn It will turn them into op unstoppable monsters (so I will be working a lot on balancing it) as for the sorcery thet I have noticed became ultimate cheat to becoming op in fanfictio, Klaus and Lilly won't be able to learn it , that again comes to that thing about souls that will be explained later in the story.
I hope that explanation was good. I wrote it more to present what I want to achieve with this characters then to explain what there abilities actually are. Next Chapter is coming out in few hours. Please comment if you have any questions I will try to answer them.
