Chapter 15

Hannah Pov:

 I was comforting Jake with his family and Astrid as he told his tale. "I was shot in the back at almost point blank range. Next thing I know I wake up in a concrete medical room. Turns out that after Benjamin had left a man found me. He was a woodsman and alerted the Police, they had heard of him before but thought he was joking." He was shot in the back?!

 "In the end he called an old friend and told him about me. That man he called owed him a favor so he came and helped me out. The man that found me was the strongest in the world, He was the Uncle of ..." He didn't finish as if he remembered something bad? "Stoick, that was what you were going to say." My brother Hiccup said to which Jake nodded.

 Hunter seeing as his brother could go no more decided to finish for him. "Thors, Stoicks Uncle, found him and Stoick got him help. But Benjamin when he came back to confirm his kill found him gone. So he went looking for the woodsman and found him training Jake, who at the time had his hair dyed white. He had also lost his memory from then till around a week after Benjamin came. We were already at a safe house."

 "Benjamin saw him but did not recognize him, though he thought he was similar. Thors asked him what he wanted to which he responded asking if he saw an injured boy the other week. Thors said no and at that Benjamin left. A week later Jake remembered every thing and wanted to go and kill him but Thors said to finish his training first. He gave him a book full of his training regimen and had him go with Stoick. As they were flying off Benjamin came in seeing Jake, whose hair had gone back to its normal color fly off." Hunter continued.

 "He got mad, So he sent 100 men to kill Thors. Thors died but none of the men returned, so Benjamin looked for them finding the almost dead Thors, and all his dead men. Thors said, you will never kill the boy, he is better than I'll ever be, and you have seen what I can do. An with that he fell down dead protecting Jake, we later found out that Jake had Stoick take the original file and hide it. All we knew about Thors is that his daughter married Stoick, and that his son took his position as something in the army. 2 months later we joined you, hiding the original in the safest place in the house. There were other contributors to the original as well, His father and his fathers best friend. That was all he had left of them and they asked him to protect it." Hunter says to us making us realize the trying time Jake has had. And what he has done for his friends and family's work, and what he will do to keep a promise.

 Everyone else comes in and we bear hug Jake. We are so grateful to have a friend like him. "But then how did Stoick get that deal for us on Fortnite?" Snotlout asks.

 "Well, after Benjamins attacks were found out he was prosecuted. But, even if he went to jail, he has pawns. The current person in charge of the company did not know about Benjamins scam. So he did not question Stoick when he asked. Another thing Jake was working on is the current thing we are using, multi squads. It is how we have seven people in the lobby. Though that also requires the other thing that he was working on with it. Expanded map size, that was so it would be harder, but easier with more people." Hunter said.

 "But those were not the only reasons why he was shot. He was working on zones after Twine peaks as I said, which were special. Once you completed Twine peaks and a event to where you have everything form it. You unlocked a place after the game where you could access that event. Or to be more specific it was a zone specialized around that." Hunter finished as Jake was in full break down mode.

 Emma takes Jake up to his room and Hunter calls us over to him before we leave. "Part of the reason that he is unhappy is that he can't be with his cat. He is currently living with our grandparents. Also, the one that he left with the original copy he had to leave behind. After they got it to Stoick, they were found and killed by someone unknown." He says and we realize what he means, Jake is heartbroken.

 I leave and notice that over 30 minutes have passed since Jake told his tale. I head upstairs and instead of going to my room I go to his and knock. I wait a bit before it opens showing Emma. "Yes?" She asked.

 "Can I talk to Jake?" I ask her to which she nods leaving the room. I enter and go to find Jake crying in bed so I comfort him by rubbing his back. "Its ok, he can't get you here." I say trying to calm him.

 "True, but I don't know how my cat is doing since it has been so long. He is currently 14 years old, the average age they live is 16-18 years old. I often wonder if I will ever get to see him again and because of this I have to wait until no-one knows I exist. Mainly because it could come back to haunt me. When ever I am not doing anything I tend to think about different ways things could have gone and endless possibilities. Most either end in death or an undesirable outcome by thinking if the enemy knows something I thought they didn't." He cry's.

 "But, have you thought of something they know but think you don't." I ask him to which he responds saying. "Yes, every time, but they always find a way, evil men always do." He says as he continues to cry.

 Just what has his life been like, he did not give much detail but it seems worse than it sounded!
