How To become a God!

As I was walking from school to home, I tripped and fell into a river from the bridge.

"Tch! What a bad day!"

My name is Ren, a typical high school kid with average grades. Just fading into the background and being a side character is my specialty. This special skill has really saved me many times from humiliating myself and getting into any trouble. It's not a god given ability though. I really forced myself to become as boring of a character as I can. But I'm also stuck being a boring person now. An act turned into reality.

But today was just not the right day for me. I didn't only get laughed at in school but now, I'm also bathing in this polluted river. Glad I'm not dead though. Dying like that would be miserable.

Just as I was getting out of the river, I see a small book with a black cover.

"Huh! Did someone drop it?"

As I pick up the book, there were following words on the book:

( How to become a God! )

'Huh! What kind of crap is this?' I thought to myself. But I didn't left the book there. It was pretty interesting so I picked it and dropped it in my bag.

"I'm home."

So what kind of book is this any way? How to become a God? Did some weirdo wrote this or something? Well whatever the case, seems pretty interesting for a boring person like me.

( These are the rules and ways to become a God. There is no owner of this book. If you found this then, from today..... you are the owner of this book. Feel pleased to get this opportunity. )

"What a weird way to start the book? And it's double suspicious."

( First step: Die! )

The heck! What the hell is this crap? It's all filled with some weird steps and rules.

( To become a God, you must die and free yourself from this world. Of course a mere mortal can't become a God . It's impossible! SO DIE NOW!! )

Now I'm sure, some weirdo wrote this and threw it out. Who the hell will believe it anyways? Do you take me for a fool.

I closed the book and left it on my desk. It was already dinner time. Why the hell did I even waste my time on that book? I could have played some games or watched some anime.

I simply slept for the night leaving the book as it is.

I normally wake up around 7. And today was that normal day as well. I washed my face and was getting ready for my school. The book was still there in my desk.

I unconsciously turned the page of the book while picking it up.

( Step 2: You may not believe it but today you are going to die. Anyone who picks this book will die and get the chance to become a God. Isn't that wonderful? If you are reading this then you are not dead even after you learned about the first step. That means you have no idea how to die, right? Well no worries! Anyone who owns this book will have the worst and worst of luck, which basically means death. So goodbye :)

After reading that long paragraph full of BS I threw away the book in the garbage and went straight to school.

"Beep! Beep!..........Bang!"

And now, I'm.....dead. And also Got hit by a truck no less.
