75 Queen

"Shirou, take the right one, and Sakura takes the left one. I will be dealing with the one in the middle."

After saying that, Shirou and Sakura come with me to deal with a trio of Stray Devils that just killed and ate their master. The said stray devil already changed into a chimera made of humans, lions, and cockroaches—human upper body, with lion lower body and cockroach legs.

They are ugly.

And their voice is the same as their face. Ugly.

I snap from my thoughts when I feel the stray devil under me has not yet died. I teleported away from my current location and saw the stray get up from the ground with her head burned from my previous attack.

Like I said early, this stray is ugly.

I create ten magic circles that shoot out a chain made of energy that binds the stray in front of me. As the stray bond, I stomp my leg on the ground, and suddenly a pillar made of fire appears from the ground and cooks the stray alive.

I let the pillar continue to shoot out from the ground while also maintaining the chain binding the stray. After half of the minutes, there was nothing left of the stray as she turned into ashes. I look to the left and see that Sakura just finished killing the stray by bombarding the stray with many kinds of spells. I look to the right and see Shirou also finished his fight. The corpse of the stray is filled with many kinds of weapons.

"Good work, Shirou Sakura. Sakura, prepare the teleportation spell while I burn the corpse and repair the warehouse."

"Understood."

It has been a month since my father bought land in Kuoh, and I must say that my duty as a landowner in this town is tiring.

"Kuroka? Why are you here? I thought the council was banning you from the underworld."

"They did, but Lord Phenex helped me get out."

I raised one of my eyebrows when I saw her look away from me.

"Kuroka… What do you need to pay to get out from the underworld?"

"Kuroka, please."

"I said that I am willing to become your peerage member!"
