The Final Plan
In a dark room, with minimal light, the Monarchs sat around a round table, waiting for the meeting to start. Each monarch was there representing their rightful element as well as their respectable serpentines, sitting beside them. Only the seats around Zeref were empty, showing that his serpentine was missing.
This was Zeref's first meeting sitting amongst such high individuals in this world and he didn't feel nervous in the slightest.
Although he had the sovereign status, he was there as the Lightning Monarch.
The Lightning Sovereign was the one who beat all the other monarchs and achieved the pinnacle of this world in this timeline, but that Zeref had died. Now replacing him was a younger Zeref with a burning will.
After spending more than a 100 years in the Chrono Chamber, even the pressure he emitted was one of a powerful and undisputable being. He was finally equal in strength to the rest of the monarchs.
