Fire MOTH

-3rd POV-

After some time of Veldora trying to prove that they're not hostile, there could be seen four people in a room. A blonde haired man that is laughing every 5 minutes, a red haired women with yellow eyes with brown pupils looking at a man with white hair and blue eyes. Also there was a girl with bluish-purple hair that is trying to erase her presence as much as possible.

"Kevin.. what happened to you?" The red haired woman said with worry. "I can ask the same for you, HIMEKO. You were emitting enough honkai volts to become a Herrscher. And then suddenly the energy dissipated, I'm happy that you are alive but you need to tell me everything that happened." The white haired man said with a cold voice. HIMEKO looked at Veldora as if saying 'Explain'.

Kevin, his guard still up, glanced at Veldora and asked. "And who even are you? You don't have any honkai energy in you."

Veldora sighed, stood up and took a pose that could count as a JoJo reference. "I am the Storm Dragon and the Outer God Veldora Tempest! Did you come here to learn my super special ~Veldora Killing Arts~? This girl has been learning it for the past week and she is very satisfied! Am I right?! Ku-hahaha!"

Hua hearing her name perked up and said. "Umm it is a kind of martial art? He told me that it was about controlling the information particles in the world to use any and all energies a world could offer to use moves from something he called a "sacred text" it is quite powerful but do I have to scream the moves name everytime I use it?" Veldora slightly happy that she at least listened to him explaining laughed. "Absolutely!"

Kevin and HIMEKO stared at each other before HIMEKO started laughing. "It seems my little bird found a better mentor than me. Even though I couldn't understand half of what he said it still put a smile to my face in this depressing moment, thank you."

Kevin almost out of patience said. "Can we stop joking. This is a serious matter involving humanities survival. HIMEKO if you are really a Herrscher, we need to take your core out of you. I don't want to do this but the higher ups won't be happy about a Herrscher with a core roaming around humans. The process might even kill you." Kevin said with a monotone voice.

"Unless you have something else in mind?" Kevin glanced at Veldora. "Hmm? it's already out though?" Veldora said handing the herrscher core to Kevin.

-Kevin POV-

-Flashback-

"Kevin!" When I was going through the corridors of one of the bases of Fire MOTH, I saw MEI running towards me. "MEI..." She was sweating. 'Why did she run?' "Kevin! We need to hurry with the surgery! There is a Herrscher in Australia!" What MEI said shocked me. 'Already? Project MANTIS still has a week to start.'

"Kevin, if you are really sure you want to go under the surgery. We must hurry!" As I heard MEI we rushed to the lab of Dr. Mobius.

"Hello~ my dear lab rat. Are you ready to make humanity more perfect?" I heard Dr. Mobius say as I was put into a tube. "Hurry. Dr. Mobius, we lose more resources every passing second.

-After the Surgery-

"Kevin, how do you feel? tell me every single detail." I heard MEI say as I started to explain everything I was experiencing. "I feel..stronger and...cold. I feel like I can crush someone's skull with a finger right now." As I started explaining I felt the urge to kill every intelligent life. I heard uncountable voices telling me to kill them. And destroy everything in my way. 'I must get used to these.'

"We need to run some tests about your new body. The Honkai energy of the herrscher has disappeared. After some tests we will send you to investigate." I heard MEI's voice. "Okay."

After some tests, I found out that I could control cold. 'I see, so they used Judgement Class Honkai Parvati's genes.' The negative effect is that my bodies heat won't go below -30 Fahrenheit. 'I can't touch MEI anymore...' As I was lost in my thoughts, MEI's voice startled me. "Kevin, I got bad news. The herrscher is confirmed to be squad 5's leader HIMEKO. The report from Hua, one of squad 5's members state that someone named "Veldora Tempest" neutralized her. This Veldora is unknown to us and he stopped a Herrscher singlehandly, the higher ups order is to kill him if he is not a human. Hua sent us the location of their whereabouts. Your mission is to get the herrscher core. Understood?"

As I heard MEI casually drop several bombs on me, I was preparing to go to the location given to me. 'HIMEKO is a Herrscher? And someone unknown actually defeated a Herrscher? What's next? A dragon teaching me martial arts?' As I comprehended the information given to me. I went to collect some MOTH soldiers to go with me to help me on the mission.

-Flashback End-

'Did he just give me the herrscher core? Could it be a fake? No, it bears enough honkai energy to destroy a continent. But, is that it?'

As I looked at Veldora about to speak, he interrupted me. "How did you-" "Some wise man once told me: "The way to a women's herrscher core, is through the stomache." Or was it heart? Meh I just took it."

As he said that I looked at HIMEKO and Hua for confirmation. HIMEKO looked at Veldora with a dumbfounded face and Hua nodded at me.

"How is she even alive- You know what. I don't want to know. However, Veldora you said you were a dragon. I take it you're not human?"

As I said that Veldora grinned and look at me with a smile. "You are right! I am one of the 6 True Dragons! The Storm Dragon! Ku-hahahaha!"

After I heard that I tensed up. "I'm grateful that you saved HIMEKO, but my orders state that I must kill every non-human." Veldora just smiled at me. 'Why is he smiling?' "Oi you two!" Veldora turned towards HIMEKO and Hua. "Watch me use the supreme ~Veldora Killing Arts~ to teach this Air Conditioner a lesson. Ku-hahaha!"

As I was about to question him. We were teleported to a dark Void like place.
