Luck is a something that makes the life wonderful.

At the meeting of Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences they discussed the expected position of the films before the voting.

During that discussion Richards position for best supporting actor kept for last and for the adapted screen play surprisingly kept at third.

During voting weather the judges only remembered Richards face to give sympathy votes or the naturals actually liked the work and gave vote

due to fighting top contenders despairs the vote tiled to his side causing the classic case of fishermen taking the benefits at last.

But what ever the case was luck played a inevitable factor.

So,when Philip Dunne announced "The best adapted screen play goes to E.T,Richard Jackson."

Every research, discussion or reason refreshed and what left was,

'Accident happened , History was made.

Hearing his name being announced brain went blank, it was resume only when his mother hugged him. he gave a load yes while laughing and hugged Steven next to him.

He quickly hugged others who was in-front of him and went to the stage.

He then hugged Philip who congratulated him and gave him the trophy.

Taking the Trophy he closed his eyes and felt the weight, Everything is feeling unreal to him its like he is dreaming the rebirth, the fame and now the trophy. But feeling the weight i can now tell he his real ,everything is real.

Standing in-front of the mike first he raised the trophy in the air resulting the audience to laugh.

"Thank you... thank you.. thank you... judges for giving me and my work recognition."

"It doesn't feel real" causing some chuckles "I don't know what to say"

"U mm thank you Steven for taking my story and making wonderful movie, thank you all crew members for hard work and dedication"

"Specially Thanks Mom and Dad for being such a support" Hanna smiled while removing some tear strain, David laughed wile watching it on tv.

"Finally I like to say that I hope its not the last time i come to this stage."

Saying that Richard left the stage while the audience stood up and clapped for the boy who made history today.

After this accident E.T didn't win any other prize and Gandhi swiped the best actor, best director one after another.

Loosing best director made Steven Spielberg a little sad but still clapped for Richard Attenborough.

Finally the most important award of the show announced the best picture and for presenting best picture Carol Burnett came to the stage.

When the nomination for the best picture called one by one the atmosphere became a bit tense, even Richard became tensed.

Today for best picture among the five two are favorite one E.T other Gandhi. One won The Best Editing which according to tradition who ever win this award wins the Best picture.

On the other hand Gandhi was most favorite through out the show winning 6 awards including the best actor and best director.

The moment everyone waiting for happened, Carol Burnett open the envelope and smiled said

"The Oscars for Best Picture goes to... "

"Gandhi"

All the crew member of Gandhi cheered and all the crew member of E.T sign in disappointment.

With this the 55th Oscar finally closed the curtains.

This Oscars biggest winner was Gandhi winning 7 out of is 11 nominations , Richard Attenborough who won the best director.

Where else E.T won 5 out of its 10 nominations coming in second

The media clamored a lot whether winner Gandhi and its Director Richard Attenborough or the accident of best Adapted screen play creating history or sympathizing the losers

Heated wave of discussions also occurred among the general people as well specifically about the kid who made Oscar history which was also most talked at the dinner table, but the most happy where the book and movie fans of Richard.

As vanity fair didn't start their after Oscar party tradition, the individual winner have individual parties.

At the party of E.T Ricard is standing with his back on the wall looking at the ongoing party in daze while taking rest, he have roamed a lot in the socializing their is limit to child's body.

"Hey congratulation for winning an Oscar." a female voice broke his daze and looked at the source to find a beautiful women.

"Thank you, Beautiful lady." replied Richard with a smile.

"Oh my how charming." teased the lady.

Richard laughed shy and asked "Hello ms. fair lady my name is Richard Jackson." like gentleman. {A/N: pun intended}

The lady laugh at his behavior "Hello my name is Judy foster."

"Nice to meet you ms. Foster. If i am not wrong you are an actress, you appeared in The taxi driver"

"Yes i have but aren't you too young to see that film."

"I really liked your performance in it. My mother had tape of that film at our home and i watched it secretly." replied Richard conspiratorially

Judy laughed at his antics "thank you. see you again then young man"

"By ms. foster hope we can cooperate in the future." said Richard looking at the leaving Judy.

"Sure" replied Judy.

Meeting with Judy Foster was an accident, looks like the problem of the main actress for sleepless in Seattle can be finally solved looks like I don't need to look for Meg Ryan any more. All I need is to finish the Script, After the success of the sixth sense people will defiantly take it.

Thinking Richard went to Steven seeing him getting free.

"Hey Steven"

"Richard what can i do for you kid."

"Remember the promise at E.T box office success party"

"Ah yes, I remember just like this one, Don't tell me you already have script ready."

"Of-course I have."

"Damn kid give me some of your inspiration" joked Steven.

"Sorry only my use only" quipped Richard

After that they both of them laughed.

"hahaha... Send the script to my office tomorrow, I will look into it." Steven replied after laughing for moment.
