I couldn't pick up the writing style, but if you look at the comments under the chapters after chapter 15, you'll realise that the book gets better with each chapter Worlds visited by the protagonist: Harry Potter, Marvel, Game of thrones For all those who are afraid that the author will jump between worlds forgetting about the previous ones - in the tags of the book there is a kingdom building. This is what the protagonist does, the world of Harry Potter is the main world that the protagonist will - develop, protect, conquer ! Chapter 64 - Announcement/ HE-HE-HE I AM BACK

Having concluded discussions with Valcah, Asmodeus intended to return to his conversation with the elders. However, at that moment, the portrait on the director's wall spoke.

"Albus, Minerva is rushing to your office. She left the tower and hurriedly headed to you."

"Alright, thank you."

Within minutes, Minerva McGonagall entered the office.

"What's the matter, Minerva? Why were you in such a hurry?"

"Albus, something is wrong with the Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance!"

Upon hearing her words, everyone stood up.

"Let's go. To the Small Locked Tower!"

After five minutes, all five arrived at their destination. The Small Locked Tower, closed to students, housed a table, a chair, a couple of candles, and the crucial artifacts invented by the school's founders—the Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance. With these, magical talents were recognized and recorded for acceptance into the school of witchcraft and wizardry. As a child first displayed magical abilities, the Quill would rise into the air, dip into ink, and inscribe the young wizard's name in the Book. For years, professors and the school director had dreamt of witnessing this magical process, attempting to understand the patterns of acceptance, but they never caught that moment. Minerva aimed to do the same today. However, upon entering the tower, she saw the Quill of Acceptance writing continuously, so fast that new ink couldn't replenish, and the pages of the book turned every three seconds.

Seeing what was happening, Albus urgently asked Minerva to bring more ink so that the Quill wouldn't have to wait before recording. Minerva left, and the rest continued observing the Quill of Acceptance.

Dumbledore sighed and looked towards the others.

"Guys... it seems our calculations were wrong. If the book continues to write at this speed, there won't be enough room at Hogwarts for new students!"

"Why is this happening? Wasn't it supposed to just be twice as many natural-born wizards?" Gellert asked.

"No, it seems the mana density is growing exponentially. That is, 1+1 doesn't equal 2, but 5."

"Yes, Nicolas is right. I also thought about it."

"But if that's the case, it means Hogwarts will admit..."

"10 or even 20 times more students than last year..."

"Asmodeus, honestly, I'm glad you built another magic academy."

"Yeah, but that's not enough for everyone at Hogwarts..."

"It's okay. If there are too many people, Hogwarts will build more dormitories."

"What about the teachers?"

"I can allocate people from the Flame Knights."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, but only for a year, no more. You'll have to find your own people afterward."

The Flame Knights are the 1000 strongest squibs trained personally by Asmodeus. It's his so-called rapid reaction group, each on the level of an elite auror. Moreover, they've undergone numerous trials for loyalty and dedication. This 1000 is entirely capable of defeating the other 9000 squibs under Asmodeus's command. Therefore, becoming a Flame Knight among Asmodeus's subordinates is considered the most prestigious achievement.

"How many teachers can you allocate?"

"About 100. Is that enough?"

"That's too many..."

"Looking at the book, it doesn't seem so."

"....."

"We should start building new dormitories as soon as possible."

"Alright..."

"Don't forget, we only have two months."

"Yes, I know... Merlin, I think the construction brigade will soon start a revolt..."

"By the way, want to have some fun?"

"Well?"

"Yeah."

"Tell me"

"Now that there are five magic academies in Europe, not counting Durmstrang and Koldovstoretz. Let's compare our students after a year. Let's hold a tournament of the five schools!"

"Elysium, Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, Nurmengard, and the Druid Academy..."

"That will be interesting."

"I'm in!"

"We just need to find out what the druids think."

"I think they won't mind. Anyway, I'll soon meet with Valchar, and we'll discuss everything then."

"Alright."

"Okay, we have a lot of work, guys. No time to sit around."

"Yeah, I need to go to Austria."

"I need to go to France."

"See you in two weeks!"

Everyone present went about their business.

Asmodeus headed to Elysium Academy, Grindelwald went to his favorite prison, needing to make many changes to turn the former prison into a worthy academy. Nicolas went to France, with many possibilities for improvement at Beauxbatons. Only Dumbledore sat at Hogwarts, trying to figure out where to build new dormitories and how to connect them to the main halls of different houses.

Two weeks later, the magical world trembled again.

Asmodeus finally announced that magical rings are effective not only for squibs but also for Muggles.

Wizarding World News Headlines:

Which Wizard: "Betrayal or salvation? Morningstar is changing the world!"

Warlock at War: "Morningstar is a traitor to the entire magical world!"

Daily Prophet: "Does the magical world no longer need to hide? Asmodeus Morningstar, savior of wizards!?"

The Wizarding World News: "Asmodeus Noren Morningstar claims he can turn Muggles into wizards!"

In reality, there wasn't as much negative reaction as Asmodeus and company expected. Most intelligent wizards understood that turning Muggles into wizards meant lifting the secrecy law and granting full freedom to wizards.

While the entire magical world discussed the future impact of Asmodeus's actions on them, another information bomb was dropped.

The entire magical concealment of Elysium Academy was lifted. In an instant, all the people in the village of Adastra saw a massive castle to the northwest of the village.

When Asmodeus announced that it was a new magical academy he built for the education of elite wizards and Muggles, the world understood that preparations for this had been underway for a long time.

But before people could react, with each passing hour, more and more news emerged. First, there were reports that the former Nurmengard prison would now become an academy, and the once prison would be ready to admit students in two weeks.

After some time, news surfaced that Beauxbâtons Academy of Magic had begun constructing an additional campus and was hiring new teachers. Following Beauxbâtons, Hogwarts also announced the construction of a new campus, but unlike Beauxbâtons, they were not recruiting new staff.

Just when people thought wizards had gone mad, news came that recently appearing ents were also opening their own magic academy.

Just when people thought there wouldn't be any more shocking news for the day, another announcement was made. In a year, the five magic academies would hold a tournament, and the results of this competition would determine the rankings of the European academies.

After these announcements, it wasn't just European wizards who were outraged; wizards from all around the world expressed their displeasure.

"Do these English wizards think we're not good enough for them?!"

In short, for several days, the only topic of conversation in the magical world was the news announced on June 14th.

While the magical world trembled and expressed outrage, Asmodeus, Dumbledore, Nicolas, and Grindelwald received a message demanding their presence at the main office of the International Confederation of Wizards due to accusations of violating the secrecy law and the claim that, as stated in the letter, they posed a "threat to the existence of the magical world." The funniest part was that the International Confederation of Wizards didn't send anyone to forcibly retrieve the quartet; they simply didn't dare. Four wizards, each powerful enough to single-handedly destroy a city. Are you kidding? Employees of the international confederation aren't insane.

A few days later, Asmodeus, Dumbledore, Nicolas, and Gellert arrived in Kathmandu, where the main office of the confederation had been located in recent years.

They entered a round hall with over three hundred people. The attendees represented various governments in the magical world and organizations. They incessantly conversed among themselves, not hiding their hostile glances toward the quartet of Asmodeus.

On a high chair sat Babajide Akingbade, acting as the president of the Confederation today since Dumbledore's presidency was frozen.

*The sound of a table being struck*

"Everyone, quiet. I declare today's session open!"

"Today's defendants are accused of revealing the magical world, violating secrecy status, and providing magic to Muggles!"

"Do the defendants have any objections?"

Asmodeus, tired of standing, snapped his fingers, and through transfiguration, four comfortable chairs appeared from dust on poles. The quartet elegantly sat down, seemingly oblivious to the angry expressions on the officials' faces. Asmodeus took out a teapot and four cigars from his pocket. While brewing tea, he asked, "Could you please repeat your question? I got distracted."

This question and Asmodeus's dismissive attitude infuriated those present. Someone in the hall stood up and shouted, "How dare you! Your actions have jeopardized the existence of the magical world! We have evidence of your communication with the Muggle elite outside official channels. Your Ministry of Magic in England sent wizards to aid during the magical surge without consulting the Confederation. You didn't even attempt to hide your actions from Muggles. There are plenty of Muggles who saw you levitate planes crashing into the city! Moreover, you have also created a method allowing Muggles to study magic! You are traitors to the magical world! You've been planning this for a long time! Hidden construction of a new magical academy, building new campuses, and so on!"

Asmodeus, who is acting as the leader today according to the quartet's decision, exhaled smoke and asked, "So? What can you do about it?"

"You will be condemned and sent to Azkaban for the rest of your days!! The magical academy you built will be managed by the Confederation, and all your organizations will be declared wanted by the International Confederation. Memories of magic will be erased from Muggles who became wizards. Aurors, take them!"

As per the words from someone in the crowd, Aurors who were present at today's session approached Asmodeus.

"Ha-ha-ha," Asmodeus and the three elders genuinely laughed.

"What's so funny here?"

"Oh, excuse us. We thought you were joking, but I must say your joke is quite good."

"We are talking to you in all seriousness; you will be found guilty and detained!"

Hearing everything the Confederation representatives wanted to say, Asmodeus slowly stood up and said, "I doubt that. You guys don't quite understand how this world works. You're just pitiful trash that has no right to dictate terms to us."

"How dare you!!!"

"Don't provoke me!" With a snap of his fingers, the man who had just stood up burst into flames and turned into ashes within a second.

The entire hall fell silent. Officials simply couldn't fathom how someone dared to kill someone right in the building of the Wizarding Confederation.

"I'll continue, with your permission. Firstly, your so-called Confederation is a useless institution, rather even harmful to the magical world. Secondly, the magical academies... how to put it more clearly... you lack the ability to handle this. And most importantly, you must understand a simple truth - in the magical world, strength is paramount. Guys, let's begin."

When Asmodeus's voice fell, a portal appeared next to him, and 100 Flame Knights emerged from it. Grindelwald, Dumbledore, and Nicolas took their combat forms.

"As of today, the International Confederation of Wizards ceases to exist. It will be replaced by the Council of Wizards! Lay down your wands, and you will live."

Asmodeus's people surrounded the members of the Confederation.

"How dare you! Dumbledore, have you gone mad?! You'll destroy the magical world!"

"I doubt it. Our research shows that the secrecy law has made wizards weak!"

"What nonsense are you talking!"

"Babajide, you'd better put down your wand. Any of our people can handle ten of you. If you surrender, you can continue to live peacefully."

"There are about 500 of us, and you're only 100, Dumbledore. Do you think we'll just surrender?!"

"Albus, stop trying to persuade him. It's unnecessary."

"Ah..."

Dumbledore sighed. Fortunately, none of his friends in the Confederation attended today. In fact, Dumbledore learned about the impending removal from the presidency not from an official notification but from his own people. There are a few dozen of his people in the Confederation, and today they didn't come to the session because Dumbledore told them he would handle it himself.

Asmodeus looked with interest at the members of the Confederation drawing their wands and asked, "Guys, are you sure? Well... you know what, I'll ask you again in a minute."

As soon as Asmodeus's words fell, he appeared in front of Babajide and struck him in the stomach. "Hello."

Asmodeus moved very quickly thanks to the magic of the air. While Babajide gasped for air, Asmodeus grabbed him by the hair with his left hand and reached for Babajide's heart with his right hand.

At first, no one understood what Asmodeus was attempting to do until they saw that as soon as Asmodeus's hand approached within a centimeter of Babajide's body, he screamed.

"Aaaaaaah! Stop, it burns!!! Aaaaaaah!!!" Babajide lost consciousness from the pain.

Asmodeus's hand smoothly moved through Babajide's flesh; meat and bones melted like iron in front of Asmodeus' hand until it reached the heart. Asmodeus stopped the magic and pulled out Babajide's heart.

Holding the slightly seared human heart in his hands, Asmodeus asked, "Anyone else want to resist?"

This close combat magic was Asmodeus's new skill. Thanks to the magic of the air, he could create an air film around the entire body. Asmodeus wasn't afraid of burns, as he was, to some extent, made of fire. He created a barrier of air around his palm, and his hand released as much fire as possible. Thus, Asmodeus's hand became something like a soldering iron. Although this could be done with any part of the body.

Some might think this magic is inefficient, but according to Asmodeus, it is perfect for intimidation, and he was right. Seeing Asmodeus's actions, everyone who had raised their wands lost any desire to fight. Babajide's death seemed to them the most painful of all they had witnessed. Just imagining having their hearts pulled out from their chests made all present put their wands down.

"Well done, I'm very glad that we managed to avoid casualties today."

The Council of Wizards is an organization devised by Asmodeus. This organization will be responsible for the main direction of the magical world.

The Council of Wizards will consist of two chambers. The lower chamber will include the best wizards in various fields who are not strong in combat, such as outstanding scholars of the magical world. There will be a total of 50 seats in the lower chamber, chosen by the upper chamber. The lower chamber has the right to develop laws or request funding from the upper chamber if supported by more than 35 members. After approving a draft law, the lower chamber must submit it to the upper chamber for approval.

The upper chamber will include the 13 most powerful wizards in the world. Four out of the 13 seats are permanently reserved for members of the Morningstar, Dumbledore, Grindelwald, and Flamel families. In other words, there will be 9 elective seats. To approve a law or change the course of the magical world, the proposal must be supported by at least 8 members. To expel from the council, a minimum of 2 votes from permanent members and 6 votes from elective members are required. The upper chamber has the right to veto any draft law of the lower chamber with 9 or more votes. A performance evaluation of elected members will be conducted every 10 years.
