Deathly Hallows — The Elder Wand!

Editor: Atlas Studios

The sight of such a face filled Ivan with an unspoken pressure.

Although Tom Riddle was not entirely unscathed by his own attack, he was clearly in better shape than he was.

"I think you should spend some more time thinking about who should be in control of the body…" Ivan swallowed hard, trying to stir up the Horcruxes again.

"We'll talk about it when you're dead!" Tom Riddle said in a voice that overlapped with his own.

"Are you sure, Tom? I don't think you can beat the future you. Why don't we destroy the diadem first?" Ivan suggested.

But he was greeted by several charms!

"It's full of obstacles!" Ivan struggled to create magical barriers in front of him.

However, in this form, Tom Riddle's spells were significantly more powerful than before, and his magical barriers were breached before long.

The protective ring on Ivan's finger flashed and cracked in just three seconds, its protection deteriorating.

Tom Riddle raised his hand again, and a red light shot through the protective barrier and hit Ivan. The effect of the Disarming Charm knocked the wand out of Ivan's hand.

"Looks like I won after all!" Tom Riddle's lips curled into a smile.

However, even without his wand in his hand, Tom did not dare to get too close. Instead, he pointed his wand at the young wizard in front of him and demanded, "Tell me, how did you manage to master both kinds of blood magic?"

"Following Salazar Slytherin's instructions, of course… you could try it if you had the guts!" Ivan replied casually as he wracked his brain for a way out of this situation. He also had a Dragon's Heart wand in his sleeve, but Tom obviously wasn't going to give him the chance.

"You don't want to get smart with me, or do you want to have a taste of Cruciatus?" Tom Riddle's face darkened. He was not going to take Ivan's word for it.

Salazar Slytherin did leave instructions on how to fuse multiple bloodlines, but he did not provide a solution to the problem of blood conflict. Trying to do so would be suicide!

He believed that the young wizard before him would never take such a risk…

Ivan hadn't expected to be threatened by someone when he had just threatened Lockhart with the Cruciatus Curse.

Faced with Tom Riddle, who was losing patience, Ivan could not think of a way out of this situation no matter how hard he tried. His fear of death filled his mind, and his black eyes showed signs of turning into snake eyes.

"Crucifixion…" When Tom Riddle refused to speak, Ivan tried to cast a spell.

Suddenly, Tom Riddle was interrupted by a distant singing voice that echoed through the sealed Chamber.

In the sky above the Chamber of Secrets, a golden-red phoenix was flying towards them. Its beautiful tail feathers streaked across the sky, producing red sparks. Its golden claws seemed to be holding something…

"Dumbledore!" Tom Riddle shouted at Ivan, his smile gone the moment he saw the phoenix.

"He can't save you… Avada Kedavra!"

Tom Riddle waved a Killing Curse,

Ivan tried to dodge, but the green light was faster than ever, and in a moment, death was upon him…

The phoenix in the sky burst into flames and disappeared, its talons slowly descending from the sky.

At the same moment, a ball of fire appeared in front of Ivan, and Fawkes the phoenix flew out of it and sucked the green light into his mouth.

Even a phoenix could not completely avoid harm after taking the Killing Curse.

Fire poured out of its body, and Fox fell to the ground in a small fireball, from which a crumpled, hairless "little turkey" emerged…

The phoenix apparently could no longer help Ivan, and the situation did not seem to have changed, Tom Riddle observed sarcastically.

"This is Dumbledore's way of helping you? It seems he didn't want to save you himself!"

Ivan was silent, having not expected Dumbledore to know what was going on and had sent the phoenix to help him.

However, in the current situation, unless Dumbledore himself is present, even the Phoenix bringing the Sorting Hat and the Sword of Gryffindor will not save him.

Even as Ivan thought this, something long hit him on the head and fell again.

Yvonne reached for it instinctively and looked down at it. It was an Elderling wand, about fifteen inches long, and it shone brightly in the dim chamber.

Just holding it made Ivan feel the magic in his body boil…

Ivan saw a message in the system column.

Ivan couldn't believe that Dumbledore had sent Fawkes to deliver this to him, but the restless magic and the system's prompts told him that this was the Deathly Hallows—the Elder Wand!

"What's that? Dumbledore sent you a wand?" Tom Riddle felt vaguely uneasy, but quickly composed himself. A wand would not change the situation.

"It's something that will end you!" Ivan said without hesitation.

Ivan did not give Tom Riddle time to think. He waved his Elder Wand, and the water in the two pools rose.

Following Ivan's instructions, countless streams of water converged into a giant dragon that was dozens of meters long. It brandished its sharp claws and swooped down from the sky!

"This is impossible!" Tom Riddle shouted in horror as he stared at the gigantic water dragon. He could not understand how Ivan, whom he had defeated, could perform such a powerful spell.

Ravenclaw's diadem burst into violent light!

The two Horcruxes were no longer suppressing each other and were now in control of the same body. An endless magical barrier appeared in front of Tom Riddle, and a large amount of fierce fire rose against the heat wave…

However, all of this was meaningless against the water dragon, which was dozens of meters long. The magical barrier collapsed almost instantly, and the fire, which was said to never go out, was buried in the water.

Tom Riddle is caught in the water dragon's jaws and thrown against the wall behind him…

(P.S.: Voldemort fused his blood before the creation of the first Horcrux, and there is speculation before the main character, as to how Tom brewed the potion, which is mentioned in the later chapters.
