CHAPTER 39
Since the day they told Penelope that Ronald will start living with them again, the little girl also starts her mission to annoy him. As a six-year-old little girl, Penelope can only do limited things. Her body is also delicate and she always needs someone to take good care of her. But it doesn't stop her from doing some things toward his pretentious uncle.
Penelope always annoys him every time she sees a chance. There are times when she will 'accidentally' hurt his ego and confidence.
