Chapter 8:Bold Liam

Nakir was still undecided about his next move. All this will not be happening,if only I had payed more attention,i would have perhaps known that the king's life was in danger. His own life and his own stay on earth is shortened too. He is not spending so much time too.
Well playing the blame game now is not the deal. The deal is for him to fulfill all that he is accustomed to. He had one responsibility now,and that is to protect the treasures but he is willing to add one more for the sake of the late king. He is willing to protect the queen and jahzerah. Partly.
Which move will be the game changer and which move will put him in danger. He was being very careful.
"Good heavens!" He said. This is so much.
He closed his eyes and went through nadin's memory. He wanted to have a glimpse of nadin's life and who he is,almost everything about him.
He was in another world entirely. Nadin watched the still water, until an unusual bird with a thin long beak flew a little above the water to drink and pierced a small fish with it's claw and up,up,away it went.It felt as though nakir was present there with him,he could see and feel everything. Nadin listened to the silent movement of the wind and the loud chirping of the birds on the trees. How he loved nature.He was all alone there until Kim called his name.Manservant Kim can be intrusive."Nadin. He called again.Nadin turned to face him."I think it's time we were on our way...the night draws nigh.Nadin was quiet,he didn't want to leave,he looked around once more and finally he spoke."Whatever you say manservant Kim.On their way home some young lads about his age passed and whispered mean things about nadin to themselves. He heard it but was not pained, it was not unusual for him.Nadin clearly doesn't care about what people say about him anymore it just felt sick to be lonely and be disgusted by almost everyone. "Dear Lord,I believe in your existence and I beseech you to let this craze come to an end,let it be as though it were a nightmare and let me wake up from it, I pray."Manservant Kim..."Yes,nadin. What is it ?"Do you feel the same way about me.
"No I honestly don't. Why do you ask?.
"I don't know,I guess you should... Nadin said.
"Am I accustomed to. Manservant Kim.
"Not exactly,but of course why should it be different with you. Is it because you are my servant and perhaps stuck with me for awhile... Manservant Kim stopped and looked into his eyes."Nadin,I honestly don't feel the same way people feel about you. I don't care. He patted his shoulder.It's been years since have been with you and I am not stuck with you I choose to stay. Now don't let people harsh words get to you , don't let them make you feel less important. You're more than what they think you are, you're beautiful, you're unique, you're nadin. He said and continued walking."Was that supposed to make me feel good."Yes,in a way. It's the truth and it's what I feel about you.
"You're the only person have got kim. Nadin confessed.He said his name without attaching manservant. You're my friend.Nakir was touched by their words.His body stopped glowing as he stopped going through nadin's memory.The only priority is to protect the treasures,he arose and prepared to leave for Hills. He stopped,his eyes were glowing. Something is definitely up.
"What is happening now?" He thought.
This could only mean one thing.Nakir rushed outside to check his body.
Behold Liam held it in his arms alongside with him was fifteen armed warriors.
"Why again?"
"Darn!"
Liam had a protective charm on him,nakir sensed it..."curses. He muttered.
"Ohh,who will come without a charm that he may use as a scapegoat and example. Who will that person be?"
It pained him deep. He felt like destroying him to smithereens. The way liam held his body infuriates him. Nakir's blood was beginning to boil with fury.
"What business do you have here young man. Liam asked.
"The same I should ask you. Nakir replied. What have you to do with my... He rethink his word. This feather head is definitely from sirocco. If I say this is my body,he may tell sirocco and BOOM. Sirocco will destroy my body and I will vanish like ash into the air. He thought. "No".
"What have you to do with my treasure. Give it back. Nakir commanded.
"Bound him and bring him with me to sirocco. Liam commanded the big and hefty warriors that came with him to get nakir's body. "Yes,i knew sirocco sent you. I was indeed correct. He was quite bemused. "What could sirocco be planning that he is in need of my body. Nakir sighed. Several thoughts ran through his mind. "Who is this that sirocco sent?" Well of course sirocco will not send a random person for this operation.
"That hell of a wizard turned out to be very smart. Nakir thought.
Nakir caused a heavy wind that blew strong dust and made the air unclear for them to see him. They heard quick footsteps and supposed he ran away,but nakir took an invincible form and attacked everyone of them except liam. Though they were very muscular and huge,he handled them like feather none of them could match his strength. Liam stood there with nakir's body and watched the scene closely.
All the warriors went down in screams and blood.
Nakir stopped and watched liam closely, waiting for his next movement. Liam also watched the area.
"This is certainly nakir's doing". Liam thought.
"How so?"
"I am holding nakir's body, how then is he here".
"Oh, Lord".
Liam was very bold with the presence of the hefty warriors,he had even commanded them to bound nakir. Now they all lay on the ground in the pool of their own blood. They were all dead. The place was dead quiet ,not sound.
He knows nakir is around but he cannot tell where exactly. Nevertheless nakir could not hurt him. He stayed and watched for a while and left.
"That hell sorcerer". Nakir muttered.
