Hex-The lies you were told

Lies told to protect you from the truth, to protect you from the weapon and definition of death and destruction? Hex, the name given to the mortal that was so unfairly forced and chosen to become the pain and misery of this power. The 'mother' of all six infinity stones. The Vif of a Norse god

Present day

Loki and Hex left a few minutes after their talk and headed towards his apartment close by. He was always near the Avengers, closely watching and observing them. In a tall skyscraper at the very top sat the penthouse of a god who seemed to watch over the city as it moved around the building. After all these years he sits above, watching through his big windows how everyone and everything around him idly moves along with their lives. A King at the top of his throne. A throne he never wanted and eventually craved for if it meant possibly seeing his love amongst the souls beneath him.

As they entered the penthouse he closely watches Hex as she aimlessly walks around, observing the subtle and classy decoration of the Asgardian's quarters. Black furniture with the hints of gold and emerald green. The small elements of colour lightly decorating the space, the subtleness resembling the light steps of a ballerina dancing on the stage. A performance of colours embracing one another to create a contrast against the darkness that surrounds them.

The dark kitchen on the left of the entrance had crevices amongst its design, almost as if the kitchen itself is tainted with the colour breaking through its core element. Golden handles and emerald green tiles that broke its way through and showcases itself as the priority focus of the back wall. The black sink, fridge and stove sitting idly amongst the forest that resides behind it.

On the right was the only white wall found through out the whole apartment. The opaque colouring a fresh embrace to not completely dull the interior. Past the ominous kitchen and its island was the living space of the apartment. The open space held together with a single leather couch facing the window, outlooking the metropolis. The stars of the night city life shines delicately through the lightly tinted glass. The dark grey blackout curtains hangs tediously on its frame. The soft emerald green carpet draped on the floor bares home to a dark oak coffee table. The wall on the left was home to the various books Loki deemed interesting.

Between the kitchen in the living space was a single glass door that led to the balcony of which held a small garden and pool.

Walking past the opaque wall on your right you are met with the single dark piano. The top open as it sat waiting for a player. Two steps sinks the other half of the apartment down and only seems to keep the kitchen and entrance elevated.

A few strides past where the piano stands, a room divider decorated with gold and black carvings, kept guests from staring directly at the King sized bed. The bed stands alone in the middle of the space past the divider and only had two small side tables, each containing a single golden lightbulb. The wires hung from the roof and kept the bulbs gently above the dark tables. Surrounding the wires were golden chains that decorated the mechanics of the light.

The sliding door to the bathroom was around the corner of the white wall. The wall that held a walk in shower, sink, toilet and free standing black tub. The wall that ended the apartment a few metres past the bed had a single rack held by metal wires attached to it. Loki's clothing hung neatly on it, and his shoes as well as other items sat atop the rack. The rack was flat but had small poles on one half of it which had the hangers attached to it. A unique design which held the room together. A stitch made from wood and golden chains.

"I must say Loki, I think you should ease it on the decoration." Hex turned her head to look him in the eyes. "Some people might mistake you for a hoarder." She laughed and smiled, he only laughed along with her. Admiring how her eyes shone in the dim lighting above their heads.

She shifted her eyes towards the piano, "Play me something? It has been too long since I have heard you play."

He smiled to himself and walked towards the instrument awaiting its master. He refastened his hair in a low loose bun, securing it behind his head. Hex slowly walked towards him as she waited for the sound of pure talent emerge from the piano before Loki. His hands moved to the keys as he lightly placed his fingers on them.

As he starts playing a delicate song, Hex stopped just behind the god. Her hands itching to touch the Asgardian prince before her. She no longer wore her suit, but rather a very casual pair of loose pants and a dark green sweater.

Her hands moved towards his arms and slowly traced her fingers up them. She feels the movement of his muscles underneath his shirt as he played. Her stomach pressed against his back as she hugged his neck. Her cheek resting atop his head and she closed her eyes as he played their favourite song. Loki loved Midgardian music and always ensured that he learned the newest classical pieces. Especially since he found out that Hex seemed to love them as well.

As his fingers danced before him, he too closed his eyes in content. He could feel the heat from her body pressed against him and he moved his head backwards to look at her. All while his hands still played along the keys. She smiled down at him and moved away. A smile on her face as she takes a few steps backward. She held her hand out for him and he conjured his magic of which ensured the song continues itself on the instrument.

He stood from his bench and took her hand in his. His one arm wrapped around her waist while the other held her hand closely to his chest. Her cheek rested against him as she held his hand and held him close with her other. Their moves were slow as they swayed to the music surrounding them. His chin was on her head and both of their eyes were closed, relishing the moment of peace they have with one another. Their souls carefree for the first time in years.

They both knew the love they had for each other but both seemed too scared to act upon it. Hex moved her head and stared straight into the green eyes she loved so much. Her gaze studying his porcelain skin and sculpted features. He studied hers as well, how her one brow seemed to slightly lift when ever she was in thought. How her lips were slightly parted as her breathing became quicker.

Her eyes lingered on his mouth before she moved them down and stared at the top of his chest. She could see the muscle on him and how his heartbeat quickened. She could see the faint scars of previous battles on him, the ink of a tattoo hidden underneath his clothing.

He focused on her delicate hands and how after all these years they still resemble that of a marble sculpture. Her golden rings on her right hand and he remembers that she never wore them on her left. He remembers her saving that hand for her love, even though she knew she probably would never wed. Her sweater dipped slightly at the front of her chest and showed the few freckles she had. The movement of her ragged breathing and his tall stature giving him view of her cleavage.

She moved her gaze upward again and saw his hair of ink loosely portraying a few strands in front of him. She did not want that, she wanted to see all of his hair. Her hands moved up without second thought and she undid his bun. His hair fell to his shoulders as she let the band fall to the floor and she moved her fingers within his soft waves.

He briefly closed his eyes from her movement and stared into her eyes once again. He found himself lost for words for the love she portrays in them. He knows that he too bares that same love they both have been seeking all these years they have known one another. He moved his fingers up towards her face, slowly tracing them on her skin by her neck. She shivered slightly at his touch and her eyes became hooded as she waited for his next move.

She can feel his hand resting on her chin, tilting her head more towards him. His hands held her cheeks as he slowly moves down and places his lips onto hers. His lips brushed delicately on hers and she traced her hands from his hair to his shoulders. Her hands found their way down to the top two buttons of his shirt and she slowly unfastened them.

He slightly deepens their kiss, moving his tongue inside her mouth and his hands moved to the back of her sweater. A single bow held it together and he lightly tugs at it, making it open completely. He dragged the back over shoulders and past her arms and she now stood before him with her top half bare. His hands exploring her and moves them over her soft skin.

She took his shirt in her hands slowly lifted it up towards his head. They briefly broke their kiss and she took his shirt of and let it fall to the ground. Both their shirts piling around their feet. As they kissed she traced her hands on his chest, loving the feeling of his muscle beneath her fingers.

Her grabbed her thighs and lifted her up as she wrapped her legs around his waist. Their chests pressed against one another, leaving no space as they held tightly onto each other. As he slowly walks towards his bed, she once again moved her hands in his hair and pulled his face closer, never wanting to let go.

As he laid her down on her back he briefly stood on his knees, hovering over her. He moved his lips towards her chest and moved to her stomach. He held her waistband of both her pants and undergarments in his hands. His small kisses moved from her hips down as he drags her clothing along with it. His lips were on her thighs and moved down her legs until her clothing was off and left on the floor. He looked up at her and smiled as she sat up, not caring that he is seeing all of her.

She held his shoulders and slowly switched their positions all while they shared another passionate kiss. As she laid him on his back she moved her lips down to his neck, stopping for a brief moment to kiss his tattoo. A plain outline of a hexagon found by his collarbone. She moved down to his stomach and kissed his muscles briefly moving her hands on them. Tugging at his pants she too dragged them down as she moved her kisses from his waist to his thighs, stopping only when his pants were no longer on him but laying next to hers beside the bed.

She smiled as she moved up to straddle him and his hands found themselves in her hair as they kissed. Their bodies pressed against one another as he switches them around. He laid on top her and settled between her legs. His movements were slow as their pleasure burned within their bodies. A love aching to be let out.

His movements were swift and hit every right spot. He slid his arms around her waist and switched them around once again. She moved her hips as she sat up. He watched her for a brief moment before also sitting up and holding her close against him. As she moved their kiss became more sloppy and their breaths became louder and more ragged. She held his shoulders in one hand and grabbed his hair in the other. His hands grabbed her throat and held her hair tight, keeping her with him.

As they both reached their bliss ending, Loki slowly fell backwards as she moved to lay next to him, their breathing slowing down. Her legs wrapped around him as their chests pressed against each other. He held her in his arms and kiss the top of her head before they both fell asleep. Holding each other tightly, never letting the other go. And that is how they slept the entirety of the night. Their souls connected as one.

Neither had to utter a single syllable. They both knew that their actions spoke much louder than what their words would ever be.
