The Guild’s Functions

The return of the translucent pink screens and Izuku's voice in their heads was a surprise to the guild members. Fortunately none of them had been doing anything worse than taking a drink of water and giving a small spit-take when the screen suddenly appeared before them.

Before guild members could completely adjust to the guild being back online, more screens began appearing.

The following is to inform guild members as to updated features and operations of the guild. It is the guild's primary function to guide, support, and/or interfere with the designated IVT target. Towards this purpose, guild members are capable of providing the target skills, abilities, and items from the omniverse. The only limits to this are those set by guild administrator so to prevent excessively harmful or potentially damaging options that could threaten a collapse of reality.

There are three methods the guild can use to provide these to the target: holding a vote, issuing a mission, and requesting a trial.

A vote occurs when the target makes a request of the guild. Guild members will then be able to hold a vote on a particular course of action generated by the system in response to the request.

It is also possible for guild members to hold an internal vote in response to the internal desires and wishes of the target without them making a formal request. However, in this case, the vote must be seconded and the guild member intending to hold the vote must propose what exactly is being voted on such as proposing a [yes] or [no], [either-or], or otherwise provide several options.

On any vote, guild members may suggest additional or alternative options to the vote. In the case of the previous vote, guild members could have suggested alternatives to [Natural Actor] or [Two-Faced]. However, be aware, added suggestions are subject to adjustments by the system to adhere to administrator guidelines and restrictions. Also, only one suggestion can be made per vote per guild member.

After a successful vote, those who voted in the majority will receive some form of compensation according to the scale, significance, and result of the vote. The IVT target's gratitude or grievance toward the result may influence the resulting compensation.

Issuing a mission to the IVT target involves submitting a designated task with defined completion and/or failure conditions. The system will judge the significance and difficulty of the task and generate a corresponding reward for the mission's completion. It may also generate corresponding penalties for a mission's failure.

Once a mission is completed and rewards distributed, the issuer of the mission will receive a corresponding reward. Be warned that, should a mission have penalties for failure, those too will be inflicted upon the issuer if a mission is failed. Also, depending on the intention of the mission - such as wanting the target to fail - it is possible for the target to receive reward while the issuer receives penalty or vice-versa.

Requesting a trial is a reversed situation where a guild member requests to directly bestow a particular skill, ability, or item to the IVT target. The system will then generate a trial for the target to complete in order to obtain this gift. The difficulty of the trial will be determined based on the gift in question - the more powerful, world changing, or significant, the greater the difficulty.

To minimize interference with the world, trials are undertaken within a generated subspace created by the system. Upon creation, the target will be pulled into the created space for the duration of the trial. Be aware, if a trial is deemed too difficult, this will not happen and the target will be given the option to enter the trial at their discretion.

As more difficult trials are expected to take longer and to limit the inconvenience they pose on the target's daily life, the generated spaces where the trials take place are subject to time dilation. One minute in the real world constitutes one hour in the created space with a minimum of one minute elapsing in the real world per trial.

Once a trial is completed, not only will the IVT target receive the intended gift but the requestor will receive a corresponding gift.

Each guild member can only issue one mission and trial at a time. It is possible for the issuer of a mission or requestor of a trial to cancel them due to changing their mind or so to issue/request another. However, canceling a mission is considered an automatic failure and any penalties associated with it will then be distributed to the IVT target and the issuer. There is no consequence for canceling a trial, but an active trial cannot be canceled.

To view current missions or trials as well as their progress, rewards/gifts, and the issuer/requestor, concentrate on 'Heroine Guild Mission Log' and 'Heroine Guild Trial Log'. A screen with the related information will then appear.

Attention! Special message from administrator to registered users 03, 08, and 10! While aware of your proclivities and no restriction will be placed upon you, it is asked that you show restraint in issuing or requesting any suggestive or overly perverse missions or trials.

After reading the wall of text, Nerumi Kayama - otherwise known as R-Rated Hero: Midnight - blinked at the last part. Recalling that she was registered under the designation of 03, she realized that the special message was pointed at her.

As a teacher at U.A. High School, Nerumi was currently on campus working with the other faculty in preparation for the upcoming school year. Sitting at her desk in the teacher's lounge, the screens invisible to anyone else in the room but her had suddenly appeared.

After silently reading through them and seeing the special message, Nerumi could not help but indignantly mutter, "It's not like I'm going to send him…I don't know, used panties or something."

As if in response to her muttering another screen appeared in front of all guild members.

Registered user 03 has chosen to ignore administrative message and requests to send IVT target [used panties]. As registered user 03 is not wearing any and has no laundry to pull from, the panties currently worn by registered user 04 will be claimed as reward for trial.

Trial will begin immediately.

IVT target will be offline while undertaking trial due to time dilation.

Izuku's voice that had become a quiet hum in the back of the guild member's minds suddenly stopped.

Nerumi blinked wide-eyed at the screen before her with a smile frozen on her face.

Elsewhere, Yu Takeyama - otherwise known as the soon to debut Pro Hero Mt Lady or registered user 10 - had been bitter at basically being called a pervert by the 'guild administrator' and was about to complain when this screen popped up. She felt an uncontrollable impulse to laugh at registered user 03's expense.

Yu did not know who user 03 was or what caused them to issue such a reward, but she felt like it was some sort of victory for her to have them embarrassed like this. Maybe she did not like them because they had also been called out by the administrator but that did not explain how she could just tell that issuing used panties as a reward was an accident and they were embarrassed by it.

Little did Yu suspect that she would have been in much the same situation had she been quicker to complain.

At the same time, registered user 08 - real name Ryuko Tsuchikawa, Pro Hero: Pixiebob - was questioning why she was being lumped in with someone who would send used panties to a young boy. Sure she had been getting a little restless lately due to her age and looking for a boyfriend/husband, but she was not that bad…was she?

The strongest reaction had been from registered user 04 - Anan Kurose, Space Hero: Thirteen. Though not a teacher, she was still part of the U.A. faculty and was making sure her facility - the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, USJ - was operational. She was being especially meticulous after hearing Izuku's thoughts yesterday suggesting that students had been endangered in her specially created facility.

However, Anan now found herself mortified as she felt her panties suddenly disappear within her costume. Standing frozen, she was unable to adjust as another translucent screen appeared.

Guild members will not be informed every time an action involving the guild takes place. Individual actions taken by guild members through the guild will only be shown to relevant members.

Notifications to all guild members will only occur when there is a vote, it is from the administrator, regarding an update, or it involves the IVT target.

Guild members will not be notified of issuing a mission or requesting a trial. This instance is an exception by system administrator to provide an example.

Additionally, IVT target's performance in the trial will be recorded and may be reviewed by guild members at their discretion. To access these recordings, concentrate on 'Heroine Guild Trial Records' and an interface will appear to view all completed trials.

The guild members barely had a moment to register the words before they were replaced by another screen - almost one minute after Izuku's trial began.

IVT target has completed trial and been gifted [used panties]. They will be returning to the world momentarily and IVT shall resume 15…14…13…

Nerumi was getting up from her desk when an additional screen appeared uniquely to her - giving her pause.

IVT target has successfully completed trial issued by user. Registered user 03 has been gifted self-cleaning panties. Check mailbox for delivery at your earliest convenience. To prevent theft, package will be invisible and intangible to everyone but the recipient. Packaging will vanish after item is retrieved.

The countdown reached zero and - precisely one minute after Izuku began the trial - he was returned to the real world and his inner voice was transmitted to the guild.

"The fuck was that!"

The sudden exclamation caused several guild members to jump in surprise while others were either uninterested or curious as to what happened.

"Okay, seriously, I wish I could get an instruction manual for this system. I figured it was operating on a 'my life is a show' basis. But how does that equal to that!? Did one of the viewers ask for that to happen? If so, screw them! I want to issue a complaint. Whoever came up with that deserves some kind of punishment."

While Izuku continued to stew, he was unaware that he had instigated a vote among the guild.

Attention! IVT target has expressed grievances, lodged a complaint, and wishes to inflict punishment upon requestor of trial. By majority vote, determine whether to inflict punishment of [10 spankings] onto registered user 03.

Guild members were not given much time to vote with only thirty seconds after reading the options. The mentality of the votes could be divided between uninterested, seeking to punish registered user 03, or feeling one-hundred spankings was too severe. Those in the second group could be further divided into those who took it seriously, those who saw it as getting what they deserved, or those who simply thought it was funny - and in one case kinky.

The vote ended quickly.

Nerumi was walking through the halls of U.A. as she read the latest screen - growing nervous and indignant as she did. "It was an accident," she thought. "I didn't know it was going to do-EEP!!!"

Nerumi's thought was interrupted as she suddenly felt a hard strike against her rear. Her hands moved to cover her butt as she turned around to see who had done it. However, no one was there.

The next second, there was another strike. Nerumi frantically looked around the hall for the perpetrator but found nothing. She contemplated using her Quirk to find the assailant when - after another second - she felt another painful slap.

Suppressing a cry, Nerumi concluded that there was no point. She clearly had her hands covering her rear and yet still felt the spanking unimpeded. This left her to think she could not escape the system's imposed punishment. After another second and another slap, she also concluded that she was going to receive one spanking every second until reaching one hundred.

Nerumi had accepted the invitation to join the guild out of a desire for the promised beauty and longevity - hoping it would prolong her youth. So far, it had proven true.
