Location- Rias's mansion, Time - 3.6 years after Rias 's birth; Third pov

"So, why am I here again ?" asked Rias with an innocent expression

"To study" said Grayfia who was in her usual maid attire, "It is unfortunately compulsory for heirs of top noble families to know these things at this age" she said with a sad expression which might make people believe that the usual stoic maid is actually sad.

"Oh!, is that why Hiro holes himself in the library ?" the little redheaded asked with a face that showed realization, "Hmm, no, he already has learned this basic knowledge last year only, he is currently learning about magic circles and arrays" Grayfia replied.

"Oh, When will our magic training start ?", "When you turn 4, it is ideal age to start" the maid replied.

"One-chan, what is exactly 4 great devils Hiro usually speak of " Rias asked curiously , "They are one of the strongest devils in the hells and bear titles resembling 7 sins and have major duties in Central Government of Hell" and "What are these 7 sins?", "They are emotions which devils feel most generally, in some individuals only one or two might be shown which generally is called the dominant sin, adult devils must at least have some level of control over these sins or emotions as consumed by these emotions is generally frowned upon." Grayfia answered patiently

Rias who was sitting on a dining table, tap the edge of table three times, a magical screen popped up, she adjusted the temperature of room using the numbers displayed on the screen by touching it and then closed the panel. "So, what are these 7 sins" Rias asked while moving towards the couch 

"Pride, Lust, Wrath, Greed ,Gluttony, Envy and lastly Sloth" Grayfia answered

"Oh, so that's why dad calls Hiro incarnation of Sloth or something" Rias said while lying on the couch.

Grayfia's expression changed for a moment and Rias could swear that it was that of amusement, but it changed back to her usual stoic facade.

"So, shouldn't there be 7 great devils and how are the great satans selected?" Rias asked with a puzzled expression.

"Yes, there are 7 great devils, they are selected by the universe's will and the minimum requirement is to have strength equal to Super Satan or Super Devil class "

(Author here, before somebody point out the contradiction of Kaiya's words, her information source is outdated, this knowledge of titles granted by Universe's will is kind of secret for top echleon)

"Universe 's will ?" 

"It's basically the will of universe we reside in , our universe consists of Three realms, Heaven - the realm where gods of various pantheon reside, Hell- where devil's reside and Human realm - Where humans reside" Grayfia said with a unknown glint in her eyes

"What's this Power level?"

"It's basically the strength of an individual and we classify it in various classes -low class (1-tier 10), middle class(10-20), high class(20-30), arch class(30-40), satan class(40-50), Transcendent(50-60), Super Satan(60-70) each class makes a qualitative change in the individuals and this also gives them ranks in devil society which comes with a lot of privilege" 

Before Rias could say anything, Grayfia beat her to it, "There are 7 hiearchial ranks of devils, They are in the following order - King, Duke, Prince, Marquise, Count, Knight and lastly president"

"Oh, so what will be my rank ?" asked Rias excitedly 

"Well, normally commoners start from no ranks, noble children start from Count or Knight depending on the family, however you being a heir to top noble family gives you directly Marquise rank, however to increase it, you either have to bring achievements " 

"Oh, I see" nodded

"Also, who are these 7 great satans, brother should be one of them, he always say that he is strongest, so he should be on top of these 7 right ?" 

"Indeed, Sirzech is the strongest devil and helds the title of Lucifer, it represents the sin Pride" said Grayfia with a hint of pride in her tone,

"Oh, who is next ?"

"

" Second on the list is Ajuka, he helds the title of Beelzebub, it represents the title of Gluttony, he is a famous scientist and have created many magical related things or concept, one of his best creation is Evil pieces"

"hmm, I think I have heard of that name before, who's third?"

"third will be Serafall, she helds title of Leviathan, it represents the sin Envy, she is .... eccentric and is incharge of Foreign Affairs Department " Grayfia said with a pause

"Next"

" fourth is Falbium, he helds the title of Belphegor, it represents the sin Sloth, he is ... lazy and does the minimum, he deals with military affairs " Grayfia said 

"Oh, maybe Hiro will gain the title next" said Rias with a pondering expression, "I would be surprised if he doesn't gets that " Grayfia said with a amused expression

"Okay, who's the fifth one on the list?"

"That would be me, I hold the title of Satanael, it represents the sin of wrath" Grayfia said in a nonchalant tone.

Rias was awe-stuck, then an understanding look came on her face "Oh, that's why you are always angry" she said in an innocent tone.

"Would you care to repeat what you said?" asked Grayfia in a monotonous voice, but the cold look on her face promised pain

"I was asking who is sixth one, yup the sixth one"

Grayfia sighed and the stoic expression returned "Sixth is Brathy, she holds title of Asmodeus, which represents lust"

"What exactly is lust ?" Rias asked what every curious child could ask, while Grayfia contemplated her next action "Well, you would come to know in few years, it's different to hear about something and experience it " Grayfia said in a sagely tone ?

"I guess " deflated little red head said, and Grayfia dodged a bullet barely. "So, the seventh one should be ... Greed right?"

"Yes, it's Diehauser, he holds the title of Mammon"

"I see"

Location- Rias's Mansion, Time- 3.9 YRB(Years after Rias's birth); third pov

From a portal we can see a magical girl coming out along with a little black haired girl.

"How's it going Sirzech-chan and Grayfia-chan?" the magical girl asked with a goofy smile while doing a pose. The little girl accompanying her was visibly embarrassed.

"Well, Serafall glad to see you coming, but you should have told that you would be coming a bit earlier" Sirzech said with a amiable smile on his face.

"Well, I did said you as soon as I can" Serafall replied back, "and that was 1 hour ago" Grayfia said with a deadpanned expression, "Teh-he✮" Serafall Put one hand above her head and winked one her eyes, looking apologetic, "Don't teh-he me" Grayfia reprimanded while Sirzech just wryly smiled.

"Well, meet my baby sister" Serafall said and motioned her hand towards the person who was accompanying her. After getting attention of 2 of the 7 Great Satans, Sona was visibly nervous.

"he.. Hello my name is Sona Sitri, nice to meet you Sirzech-sama and Grayfia-sama" She strutted at the beginning but gain her bearings soon.

"Oh, you are so cute Sona-chan, don't worry they won't eat you" Serafall said while hugging Sona. "Indeed, we won't eat you and no need to be so formal" Sirzech said with a wryly smile.

Serafall finally stopped hugging her sister and asked "So, where are your siblings which you were boasting about?", Sirzech's expression returned to a amiable one "Well, We just returned now, so they don't know that you are coming" He said with a knowing expression which was replicated by his fellow Super Satan. Grayfia just sighed used to their antics by this point.

They moved towards the hall, where Rias could be seen lying on the couch and watching towards a hologram which was broadcasting a show. Rias tilted her head and looked at the intruders who interrupted her.

Realizing that it's Sirzech she launched towards him and hugged him "Oni-chan, what are you doing here today, did you escaped One-chan again?" Sirzech just awkwardly laughed and looked at Grayfia who had her usual stoic face, but a hint of amusement could be seen.

"So, she is your baby sister?" asked Serafall, Rias looked at her with a curious face, Serafall didn't disappointed "Nice to meet you☆. I am Serafall Leviathan✮. Call me Levia-tan✮", what followed was a grim silence , nobody said anything, Sona was getting Redder with time.

"OK?" said Rias with a confused face, which followed another period of silence. "I think I have heard about your name before" said Rias, trying to remember where she had heard about it before, well she looked trying to remember at least to the adults in the room.

She finally quit her pondering, seemingly coming to a confusion "I can't remember, sorry " She said with a shrug. Serafall just awkwardly laughed, not used to this type of scenario.

"She is one of the Great Devils" Grayfia said, Rias had a look of realization and then pointed her finger towards Serafall " I remember, One-chan told me you are eccentric one".

What followed was another silence and everyone looked at Grayfia who didn't betrayed her stoic look.

"Hello, I am Sona Sitri , nice to meet you " Sona broke the ice in the room, saving the room from another bout of silence.

Well, Rias also introduced herself and talked with Sona enthusiastically as it was her first time to meet somebody her age. Well, adults left the room and moved towards library to meet the other twin.

"So, is it true that he broke one of the high level barriers, like in a minute or two" Serafall asked Grayfia, as she thought that Sirzech was exaggerating about it.

Grayfia just nodded and said " Yes, he actually wanted full access to the Gremory library, he was trying to blackmail Sirzech at that time."

"Ohh, is that so" Serafall looked at her right side at Sirzech with a glint in her eyes.

"So, how did you blackmailed you?" she asked Sirzech who used his right to remain silent.

"Well, the first try was to tell about something Sirzech did previously and threatened to tell me, however, that failed because I already knew what he did" Grayfia said with a amused tone

"The second try was what got him, he said that if Sirzech didn't agreed then he can always ask 'Levia-tan' for a favor" , Serafall was shocked and smirked victoriously towards Sirzech for some reason and that actually irked the guy in question.

They reached the door of the library, Grayfia opened it by putting her thumb on the handle, it was a mana signature sensor which gave access only to people who have their mana signature registered.

Well, moving towards the section where only the life energy present in the room could be perceived, they came across a table, Serafall crouched down and saw a panda.

It was Hiro wearing a panda outfit with a book in front of his face. He peeked from the book and saw a girl wearing a magical girl outfit.

"What's a magical girl doing here ?" He asked aloud as at the position he was lying, he can't see the face of the girl wearing the outfit.

"Nice to meet you☆. I am the Serafall Leviathan☆. Call me Levia-tan✮" the magical said with a pose while crouching.

"Oh" a look of shock could be seen on Hiro's face, but it got replaced with a look of understanding.

"Nice to meet you too, I am Hiro Gremory. Call me H-Chan" He said while closing one of his eyes and doing a peace sign with his right hand which was in front of his opened eye, while still lying down.

The super Satan couple who watched this interaction were speechless. Even Levia-tan was caught off guard, not expected his introduction. But she recovered quickly.

"So, H-chan, why are you camping under the table" She asked, which Hiro or newly dubbed H-chan smirked "Well, I am a panda, that's why" That answered everything and nothing at the same time.

(Author here, today is double release day, if somebody is confused what Ripples arc is, it's basically the 6 year gap which was time skipped in Hiro's pov, in this we are gonna see more about this world and different people's pov and events which were skipped like Millicas 's birth. It won't be continuous as people will get bored , because of that we do have Dungeon arc which is ongoing and the other arc whose last chapter was 'Title at the end'.

I would start power stone goals in a week or so which will reward you extra chapters, so watch out for that. :)
