A horde of beasts terrorized the community in silence. It was unclear when this audacity started. Regular guards, adventurers, or knights were helpless in curbing their advances. Hence, ravaged villages and small towns were left on their trail.

The horde inspired fear, sending a message that no one was safe and their fragile man-made walls would not save them.

Concerning this event, the Association sent staff to investigate, and based on reports after visiting the sites and interviewing survivors, they found three peculiarities.

First, upon confirmation from multiple eyewitnesses, the large horde consisted of various species. This fact became more bizarre as beasts that were natural enemies cooperated, instead of biting each other's necks to death. Inherently, this ought to be impossible.
