After our conversation, Derrick stepped out Abit to do something in which I don't know. He came some later acting like one who was possessed by evil spirit. 

" Hey! Are you okay?" I asked in concern.

" Well, I can't believe am leaving you all alone here tomorrow morning. I will surely miss you " He walks up to me pinning me against the door. I could feel myself slowly loosing my breath as his eyes stared into mine.

Slowly he takes my lips in his taking me into cloud nine. I kiss him back and wrap my hands around his shoulders.

The kiss got hotter and aggressive as I wrapped my legs around his torso.

He carried me and drops me on the bed. I stare into his eyes breathing heavily as his hands fiddle with the cincture of my robe.He loosens it as he parts it open taking it off completely.

Knight sat on his bed clearly lost in thought, when Alpha Wang stepped into his room.

" My Alpha" he bowed, gently as Wang took a sit on his bed. " What brings you here at this orderly hour?" He asked, glancing at the hour clock, the sand is almost running out indicating that it's almost midnight.

" I can't sleep in my chambers tonight, so I was thinking of sleeping here since Grey is busy with something" Wang replied.

" Is there a fight between you and Selena?" He asked.

" Hmmm" Wang nodded. " And the most annoying part is that she always tells Henna to come and apologize on her behalf, making it look like Henna is the one who committed the sin. I have tried several times to correct her mistakes but she can't seem to understand and it's getting to much for me to handle. So times, I feel this is all my fault, if I wasn't stupid back then and protected my fated maybe I won't be suffering this currently " Wang admitted sadly.

" I understand your frustrations Alpha but you should know that I have been with Selena for a long time, and that has been her character even before she was brought to the Palace. She never admits her mistakes and always sends Henna to apologize to who ever she hurts. Am sorry but I will have a word with first thing in the morning, you use the bed while I sleep on the floor " Knight said, going to bring some thick clothes to spread on the floor.

" Okay then, Good night" Wang muttered, pulling of his shoes, laying down to rest. The thought of Xanthe came to him again and he sighed. 

He shouldn't be thinking of another man's wife like this bug he can't just help it. He wishes she's Eva, so that he can rewrite all the wrongs he has done to her in the past.

" Did you find any lead on Lucas's case?" Wang suddenly asked Knight who was about to sleep off.

" Yes. I found out that the person who murdered him in this Palace but I haven't gathered enough evidence about him or her yet. Just give me a few more days, and everything will be sorted out" Knight replied.

They have been secretly following up the case about Lucas because they know that his death was caused by someone very close him. 

" I just hope it's not what am thinking" he muttered closing his eyes to sleep.

A man stood at the entrance gate of the Palace. He has been looking for a way to get into the Palace without been discovered and it seems like the heavens knows that he's running out of time for his plans. He saw a Palace guard patrolling around, he suddenly appeared behind the guard with out been noticed, he snapped his neck killing the guard on the spot, and with a wave of his hands he transformed into the guard. The dead body of the guard disappeared with out a trace.

" Hey!!!! What are doing at the gate ?" Another asked when he noticed some suspicious moment's.

" Nothing. I heard some foots at the gate by this of the night, so I decided to check it out but found nothing" he quickly explained.

" Fine, just go your duty post before the general gets angry " the guard advised him before walking out. Allowing him to release the breathe he didn't know he has holding since.

Selena waited for Wang to come back but hasn't found him yet so she decided to ask the guards where he went to. She walked out of the chamber but couldn't any maid or guards around the chambers.

" Hey!! You what's your name?" She asked the guard she found in the middle of the compound. 

" Am Carl your highness" Carl, the guard bowed.

" Why is no security at my chambers?" She questioned angrily.

" Am sorry Luna but I didn't know about it. I will treat this matter tomorrow morning " he bowed gently.

" Good and now follow me " she ordered walking back to her chambers while Carl filled her obediently. " Where is your Alpha?" 

" At Beta Knight's chambers" he replied but she soon felt light headed and wanted to fall but was caught by Carl. He hand rapped around her waist while she stared deep into his eyes. As if compelled by a strange force, she kissed him. Selena wrapped her her hands around his neck kissing him deeply, shoving her tongue into his mouth, devouring his lips. The kiss was rough but Carl tried to pulled her out but she wouldn't let him and he slowly gave in. Kissing her back at the same pace, using his right to cup her breast, she moaned sweetly into his mouth.

They were so engrossed in the act that they failed to notice a maid who has been watching them with a shocked expression on her face.
