Chapter 1

Eva's pov

I sat down infront of the mirror looking at my reflection, beautifully dressed up in a pure white silk, 

embroidered with intricate designs of birds and flowers. The fabric was soft and light, and it shimmered in the sunlight. I smiled and was satisfied with my looks. Ravenwood Pack won't see what hit them. I have been away for 8 years now and my return will be magnificent. I'll avenge what they did to me and make them all pay for their sins. Alpha Wang rejected me, raped me and still went ahead to hang me to death. Humph..... He's death will be slow, long and excruciatingly painful. I will make him see hell on earth and the death of Grace must be justified.

" My lady young master is here" Lucy, my personal maiden announced.

" Let him in" I ordered.

As soon as the door opened my cute prince jumped in looking exceptionally handsome, in his pure white robe and similar design to mine. 

" Wow ma. You look beautiful. I will tell dada to keep a close watch on you so that no man would dare looks at you twice" he declared, jealously. " You belong to dada alone" 

" Yes master, I belong to your dad alone" I smiled, lifting his small body up. I smiled out in tears remembering how much I hated him in the past. For 7 years, I hated him and saw as a product of rape though we were staying in Starlight Pack as the Luna and crown prince but I still couldn't accept him as my son. Maybe because he was born after been raped by Alpha Wang in the prison, when I was still the prisoner of that pack. Thanks to Alpha Derrick, the most strongest and feared Alpha, who accept me and made me his Luna even after knowing the truth about his birth. Derrick still accept him as his son, to everyone Liam Derrick Vlad is the son of Derrick not knowing the entire truth. And I will forever be indebted to him. I thought he was the most feared, dreadful and strongest Alpha but to me he was the sweetest, funniest and most caring guy ever. Makes me laugh when am sad, my comforter when am crying and my son's nanny.

He single handedly, raised Liam for 7 years even though I was there, that alone made me love him more.

" Mom" Liam's tiny voice brought my thoughts back.

" What my dear!" I asked

" You're crying" he said looking at me sadly. " I have you several times that I have forgiven you for the way you treated me. You were always busy but dad was there for me. He told me that he would take all the works away from you just to give you time to spend with me. And see he did it" he wiped away my tears with his tiny hands before hugging me tightly.

" Hey!! Young man leave my wife alone this minute" a manly voice came from the outside. 

" Derrick...." I called, as he stepped into the room, putting on the same outfit with his son

" Ocean eyes" Liam laughed.

" Why are you calling him that?" I asked 

" Cause he have deep blue eyes" He replied, opening his arms for Derrick to carry him. Derrick carried him, pecked his cheeks before bringing him down.

" Go and join granny ma, she's about going out" he said gently as Liam jogged out giggling. Derrick faced me with a look of concern.

" Are you sure you're ready to face them?" 

" I have been running away from this for so long to an extent that I hated my son for years. I blamed him for his father's mistakes, now it's time for me to show myself to the world. It's time for my vengeance and everyone of them must be ready to face me. I was betrayed by my best friends and abandoned by my own mother, rejected and raped. I will surely make them pay since the fact that they thought am dead, I make a new entry with a new identity and same face. I won't forget the look on Selena's face the day I was killed making me think that she has something to do the death of the Old Beta. It's time for everyone to have there own taste of punishment" I vowed, as anger rushed through my veins like a volcano.

" Just be careful, I don't need you to be consumed by anger and abandon everything and everyone around you especially your son. If you want to trap him now, what will you use and the wife?" He asked but the worry and fear in his face. Maybe fear of loosing Liam?

" I will use my son to trap him. For 8 years now, they have been married yet the pack doesn't have an heir. I wonder what will when she finds out that Liam is the heir of Ravenwood Pack" I smirked devilishly, imaging the look on his face when I reveal his identity to the world.

" What? I know that you want revenge but please don't include Liam in your plan" he cautioned.

" I know you love Liam but I love him more. I won't tell them that Liam is his son, he will figure it out himself then there will be problem in there marriage that's where I can come as the savior just to destroy what's left of there life. Remember that by the ending of this year m, a great illness will befall them and I will be the only person that can help them if I wish. That's the prophecy, I will take advantage of it" 

" Alright. Remember, if you ever need my help, am always here for you" I nodded with a smile

" Liam will go with mother, I will come alone and you should go with Jade" he said, kissed my forehead before walking out. I smiled cruelly, imaging the drama that is about to unfold. 

±±±± RAVENWOOD PACK ±±±±

The Pack is celebrating the 8th anniversary of Alpha Wang and Luna Selena's rule, and the entire pack was decked out in their finest robes and finery. The pack's ancestral lands were decorated with paper lanterns, banners, and colorful streamers. The pack members had prepared a feast of traditional foods, including kimchi, bulgogi, and bibimbap.

The pack members gathered in the main hall of the pack's den, where Alpha Wang and Luna Selena were seated on ornate thrones, looking regal and majestic. The pack members cheered and celebrated, raising their anniversary.

As the feast continued, a group of pack members approached the thrones, bearing gifts for the Alpha and Luna. There were baskets of fruits, vegetables, and flowers; jars of honey and wine; and even a live lamb, for sacrifice. The gifts were laid at the feet of the Alpha and Luna, who accepted them graciously.

"We are honored to be your Alpha and Luna for the past eight years," Alpha Wang pulsed for a while before continuing.

"We have worked hard to bring prosperity and security to the pack, and we will continue to do so for many years to come."

The pack members erupted in cheers, raising them suddenly an announcement was made.

" Old Luna Elizabeth of starlight pack has arrived with her grandson Crowned Prince Liam Derrick Vlad" 

Everyone stood up, as they made there way to the couples who were grinning from ear to ear.

" Congratulations son. I know that the journey will not be an easy one but I want you to know that you are doing a great job in ruling your pack well" Old Luna complimented, as the maids hand out the gifts prepared by her daughter-in-law.

" Thanks alot. We appreciate you presence and that of the crowd prince" Wang said while his eyes were on Liam who was looking out for his secret crush. Wang couldn't fanton the reason why Liam looks so much like him when he was younger. It was as if he affair out side marriage which led to the child but he didn't and to think that he's the son of Derrick Vlad made him wonder more.

" I know that we are looking children but the stare is much, don't make make people think other wise" Selena whispered into his ears smiling. He looked away but the smile on his dried up when he remembered how he brutally raped Eva years ago but he kept up a fake smile.

Derrick Vlad was made known and the gifts handed out as the celebration began.

OUTSIDE THE PACK::::

I got down from the carriage with Jade by my side. As I stared at the gate of where my mystery began, where I was treated like trash and my pride taken away from me with force and brutality, a lone tears dropped from my eyes.

★★★ FLASHBACK★★★

I was dressed in a beautiful flowing pink and golden rope with a golden sash, ready to go out with my friends Selena and Henna, when I heard my mom's call.

" Eva!!" My mom yelled, walking up to my room window.

" Mom, am coming out. Just hold on abit" I assured her. I quickly fix my hair and placed a golden flower on it. Beaming with smiles I step outside the house heading to kitchen where she entered.

" Mother you called for me" I asked trying to gain her attention from the dishes she was washing.

" And where are you going to dressed like this" she asked, returning her glaze to what she was doing. I checked myself out to know if am putting on the right clothes, and I am. Now I wonder what's her problem!!

" Mom!! What's wrong with my clothes?" I asked with a pouty look.

" Dear" she coaxed, drying her hands on her robe. " You that omega's are treated like slaves in this pack, what will happen if the Alpha or the princess meet you playing around with your friends instead of working?" 

I felt like crying. Why are the Omega's not allowed to live like every other werewolves? What wrong have they ever done? 

" Fine mother. Tell me what I need to do" I said, my voice barely concerning my anger.

" Beta Knight's father has fallen I'll and it's my turn to check on him but I too occupied to do that. Please go on my behalf" she said going back to do the dishes.

I walked out of kitchen heading to the Beta's room. As I walked, I was the Alpha sisters coming towards my direction. Starlight, Twilight and Moonlight. 

The most arrogant, and rude princesses of Ravenwood pack. Alpha Wang is a strong and ruthless Alpha along with Beta. Any messes with his sister's or disobey the rule of the pack will severely punished by him.

" Good day my Princesses" I greeted, with a slight bow as they walked by me. My greetings were ignored by them but I didn't care, I was used to their there constant insult and rude behavior.

I arrive at the beta knight's family home.

" Hello" He greeted me, looking haggard and worried.

" Good afternoon Beta Knight" I bowed. " I here to check on your father on my mother's behalf" I explained, not liking looks he was giving to me.

" This way" I entered the bedchamber of the ailing Beta's father, my footsteps muffled by the thick rugs that covered the earthen floor. The air was heavy with the scent of herbs and incense, and I approached the sickly man with a soft tread. I placed a gentle hand on his brow, feeling the heat of his fever.The old man is frail and pale, his breathing labored. I administered the medication, murmuring soothing words of comfort as I did so. He nodded gratefully, his eyes heavy with fatigue.

As I tended to him, I heard the sound of footsteps outside the door, accompanied by the murmur of hushed voices. A moment later, the door creaked open, and the Alpha entered, flanked by his guards. His piercing gaze swept the room, taking in the sight of the Beta, and then fell upon me. My heart raced as I met his gaze, wondering what he would say. The silence stretched, heavy with tension, until finally, he spoke.

" Who are you?" He asked in a deep cold voice.

" She's Catherine's daughter" Beta answered instead of me. The cold dominating aura around him was too much for me. Probably because this is my first time meeting him personally.

" What's your Name?" He asked again, his gaze still piercing.

" Eva" I replied bowing my head as my heart was beating fastly.

" Are you done here" he asked checking the old man out.

" Yes my Alpha" I replied with an unsteady voice. "I bet to take my leave now" I ran out of the room before any of them could reply.

" Find out everything about her, she a great healer and her skills are rare and valuable" I heard the Alpha say.

As I was running, I boomed into Selena.

" Watch it girl" She said calmly, while I stood there patting.

" What happened? Why are you running?" She asked me looking abit worried.

" I went to check up on Beta's father and met the Alpha there" I rushed my words still catching my breath.

" You met Alpha Wang?" Selena asked unbelievably. I nodded.

" Ohh!! Of course. Old Beta Richard is like a father to him. Beta Knight and Alpha Wang has been best friends ever since they were pups. After Alpha Wang father's passing, the old man took him like a son and taught everything that he knows today" Selena explained as she walked me to the kitchen to met mother.

" How you know so much?" I asked her. And slapped the back the back of my head.

" Ouch!!! What for" I whined rubbing the back of my head.

" Cause you are so crazy. Have you forgotten that I'm the Beta's cousin sister?" She asked holding her arms under her boobs.

" Sorry I forgot again" I apologized, hanging my arms around her.

Selena and Henna are identical twins, and also related to the Beta but they are quit different from the others. They are more respectful and makes friends omega's unlike the Alpha's sisters. 

" By the way where is your twin sister? I haven't seen her since morning" I asked

" Maybe running after Greg" she replied rolling her eyes.

" Sometimes I wonder why she fell inlove with someone who isn't her mate. How will she face her mate by the time she gets 18 by next year?" I scoffed,

" Henna will sort it out herself" Selena replied. " Let's go pick flowers for the upcoming party" 

" That's a good idea. I will be able to help as well as stay with you" I murmured.

" MOM!!!" I yelled from backyard.

" What?" My mom replied.

" Am going to pick flowers with Selena, see you later" I said, scroll out before she could call me back because my mum can be handful sometimes.

The air was sweet with the scent of flowers, and the sunlight danced through the trees. Selena led the way, her eyes bright with excitement. We wandered through the garden, gathering armfuls of blooms - sunflowers, lilies, and wildflowers of every color. We chatted as we picked, sharing laughter and stories, and soon the basket was full.

As we made our way back to the palace, carrying the overflowing basket of flowers, we heard a rustling in the undergrowth. Selena froze, her eyes widening as a massive, shadowy figure emerged from the bushes. I gasped in shock as a massive wolf, larger than any I'd ever seen, stalked toward us. Selena, to her credit, didn't back down. She squared her shoulders and called out,

'Show yourself, trespasser!'" she screamed while my legs became wobbly in shock and fear.

Wolf's fur was a deep, rich black, with silver markings on its muzzle and paws. Its eyes were piercing yellow, shining like lanterns in the dim light of the Garden. It advanced towards Selena and me with deliberate, predatory steps, but seemed taken aback by her fierce demand for it to show itself.And as Selena shouted, the wolf seemed to hesitate, as if surprised by her boldness. But then it turned and fled, disappearing into the trees. It was an unnerving encounter, but Selena handled it like a warrior Princess.

" You're strong" I commented, wrapping away my cold sweats from my forehead.

" We need to go back before we encounter another one" Selena as we walked into the palace.

We parted ways at the entrance to our rooms, but not before exchanging a knowing look. Selena's face was flushed with excitement and pride, while I couldn't help but smile at the memory of our brush with danger. 

''Until tomorrow" Selena said but I could only nod.

I stepped into my room with the basket of flowers only to met my mom sitting down with tears in her eyes. I became anxious, I have seen my mom cry so much. 

" Ma what happened?" I asked weeping away the tears from her eyes.

" Old Beta is dead Eva" she cried as she dropped the bomb shell. I staggered back in shock, my legs lost it's strength as I fell on my butt.
