Edgan was in clean clothes despite being in the cell. As Mel approached the iron railing, he got up from the rotten wooden stool he had been sitting on and moved towards him.
"Have you finally found your way here, Mel?"
The burly young man and the Main Academy Board waiting for four steps behind him had wiped the traces of the massacre from their clothes and bodies, but the energies were telling everything to those who wanted to understand.
"Revenge had to be taken. Are you bothered by that?"
His eyes, like stagnant water, now blazed like a volcano poised to erupt at any moment, and Edgan returned to his pee-smelling stool when he heard the question.
"We both know the bars won't hold you back. Why are you still here?"
